The young staff were wonderful.

I stayed here when visiting Hanamomo no Sato. They were waiting for me outside at my expected arrival time and provided valet parking. The staff who assisted with meals were also very pleasant, and the in-Room dining was even more enjoyable. Including the male staff member who guided me to the night tour bus stop, every staff member’s smiles and attentive service made this an even more wonderful stay. The hot spring water quality was excellent, and the renovated guest Room was comfortable—this Accommodation exceeded my expectations. The Diamond Member benefits were also very good.
