    I’m satisfied.

    I made a Reservation due to a family bereavement. It was a hot day, but thanks to the convenient location near the station, I was able to check in without getting too tired. The day before, I asked to Change the Reservation from a double Room to a twin Room for my own reasons, and it was handled smoothly. I was told the Room would be moved from the main building to the west wing, but it was still very satisfying. They also called a taxi for me right away, and I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance. I was impressed that there was an outlet conveniently located by the sink, so I took a photo. The only disappointment was that there wasn’t a makeup mirror on the desk—if you could provide one by my next stay, it would be perfect.

    Koshien Baseball Game Viewing

    We stay here every year for Koshien games. The location is excellent, and with AEON Style next door, it’s incredibly convenient. The Room was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. However, the only thing that concerned us was rust around the bathroom sink drain. We look forward to staying again next year.

    I booked a two-night stay because it was the closest Hotel for my fan activities. To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations, but after actually staying here, I was impressed by the clean Room and, above all, the kind service from all the staff. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to come back for sure. Thank you very much.

    Only a smoking Japan...

    Only a smoking Japanese-style Room was available, so we made a Reservation, but as non-smokers we were worried about the smell of cigarettes. When we contacted the property in advance about our concern, the staff member’s response was very reassuring, and we were able to stay with peace of mind. The Room did not smell at all, and we had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Because my daughter’s family lives in Nishinomiya, I stay here several times a year. It is close to Koshien Station, and the airport limousine bus also departs and arrives nearby. There are also shopping facilities close by, which makes it very convenient. The Room is kept clean and well maintained. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

    We stayed here to attend a game at Koshien Stadium.

    I stayed here for a game at Koshien Stadium, but unfortunately it rained that day and the game was canceled, so I was able to relax at the Hotel. Although prices have been rising year by year, I would like to stay again next time because of the convenient location.

    I have stayed here several times. The location is very convenient, and the surrounding Facility options are excellent, making it extremely easy to use. This time, however, I noticed some areas in the bathroom and kitchen cleaning that concerned me, which was disappointing.

    That’s correct.

    I often stay here when attending baseball games. It’s very convenient—close to both the station and the stadium, with a shopping center just nearby. I also always enjoy the warm, professional service you’d expect from a Hotel, which makes every stay comfortable. The buffet is delicious and offers a great variety. While many places now ask guests to clear their own dishes, the staff cleared empty plates at just the right times, so I could relax and enjoy my meal. Thank you very much.

    Many international travelers visit.

    I stayed for two nights, and on both days a large number of overseas tour groups arrived by coach. The coaches blocked the entrance, so my friend who came to pick us up could not drive in from the front and had to ask the front desk for directions and enter via the back entrance. The breakfast buffet area was crowded with international guests and did not feel very comfortable. Since we were assigned a Room on the top floor of the West Wing, we had a distant ocean view and it was quiet and comfortable. There was no noise at all from the nearby expressway. The bathroom fixtures were new and pleasant. However, there are no drawers for storing clothes, so during a Multiple Night Stay you end up leaving your clothes on the sofa. Overall, it felt reasonable for the price.

    The annex’s water-related facilities are new.

    Last year I had a Multiple Night Stay in the main building; the Room was spacious and the view was great, but the bathroom facilities were old and inconvenient to use. So this time, during a holiday week, I chose a Multiple Night Stay in a Superior Twin on the 8th floor of the new building. I could see trains below the window and there was an apartment building in front, but the Room was quiet, and the bathroom facilities were new and comfortable. Breakfast last year had a wider variety of deli-style salads using vegetables, so my satisfaction this time was lower. Perhaps because there were many Chinese guests, overall the flavors were strong and some dishes were heavily spiced, so I didn’t have much appetite except for dessert. The location and the staff’s service and smiles made my stay pleasant overall, so my overall rating is satisfied.

    We stayed here to watch the Tigers game at Koshien. Ever since it was called Koshien Miyako Hotel and Novotel Koshien, this has been our go-to Accommodation for family trips to Koshien since I was in elementary school. This time, I stayed with my wife for her first game, which made it especially meaningful. Some of the Facilities feel a bit dated, but to me they were nostalgic, and nothing caused any trouble—we had a comfortable 2-night, 3-day stay. It’s been about 20 years since my childhood visits, and I’m truly grateful to have made wonderful memories here every time. Thank you very much. I’ve already made a Reservation for September as well, and I’m looking forward to it. *I’d be happy if the ticket-included accommodation Plan from the past could return—I'd appreciate it if you would consider it.*

    Comfortable.

    I always stay here when I go to watch baseball games. The station is very close, so if you have time, you can also visit Osaka or Kobe. It’s very convenient that the hotel is close to the stadium even after the game. There’s also a shopping center nearby, which makes it easy to pick up anything you need. I’m always satisfied with the service—friendly and natural, yet polite. Thank you.

    Conveniently located near the Meishin Expressway Nishinomiya IC, with affordable parking.

    I stayed here again after a long time to watch a pro baseball game. The location is great—right near the Meishin Nishinomiya IC—and the parking lot is spacious and easy to use (self-parking). I’ve stayed in the Main Building many times, but this was my first time in the West Building. I was surprised that I could hear footsteps from the floor above. The refrigerator didn’t cool at all—it was basically just a box. The light switch near the bed wouldn’t turn off no matter how many times I pressed it. The toilet seat is extremely small, which was difficult for me as someone on the heavier side. Breakfast: I found the buffet seasoning a bit unusual, perhaps adjusted for large groups of overseas guests. I had a Multiple Night Stay, but the menu was exactly the same each day. Also, I would like staff to pay more attention to some Asian tour groups wearing backpacks inside the dining area.

    Conveniently located.

    It’s conveniently located about a 2-minute walk from Hanshin Koshien Station. There is a main building and an annex, and I initially went to the annex by mistake. The guest rooms are clean, and the amenities are sufficient for short stays and business trips.

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    Thank you for taking care of us yesterday during my daughter’s move. The Room was very clean and spacious, and I felt uplifted the moment I walked in. The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable, instantly washing away the fatigue from traveling. Above all, the staff were truly kind and attentive. Their thoughtful hospitality made this a stay that warmed my heart. Now I understand why it’s so popular and why it was hard to make a Reservation. It was a wonderful Hotel where I would love to stay again. I hope to stay with you again for the graduation ceremony as well!

    Since my family lives in Nishinomiya, I stay here every time. The Room seemed to have been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. Because my knee is not in good condition, it was very helpful to have a Room right near the elevator. I would be happy if you could provide amenities for women.     Conveniently located near the station.

    Close to the station, the Room was spacious, and the staff were very pleasant—overall, we were extremely satisfied. For dinner, we had Chinese cuisine at Shichien, and everything was delicious. For the breakfast buffet, rather than having a huge variety, I’d prefer having even a few truly tasty items.

    Old but clean

    The elevator featured touchless buttons, likely implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options; while some dishes may not suit everyone's taste, the buffet style allowed for flexibility. Despite being inclusive of breakfast, the room rates were reasonably priced. The room itself was old but maintained a sense of cleanliness.

    Convenient and highly satisfying accommodation with excellent service. Located very close to the stadium and almost adjacent to a shopping center. The parking entrance is slightly hard to find, but being underground, it is unaffected by weather conditions. I recommended this accommodation to a friend's family, and they were also satisfied with their stay. I appreciate the prompt response to my requests during our stay. The facility is slightly dated, so I would rate it 4 stars, though it's very close to 5 stars overall. Thank you!

    Stayed for 3 nights ...

    Stayed for 3 nights but spent most of the time outside, so I couldn't explore much about the Hotel. However, I was satisfied with the size of the Room. The comforter was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being close to the station, it was surprisingly quiet and felt secure as it is a well-constructed Hotel. There were some scratches on the walls, but that didn't bother me at all. Overall, it felt like a clean and pleasant Hotel.

    Stay after visiting the Kansai Expo

    After visiting the Kansai Expo, I felt unwell and found it difficult to return home, so I searched for accommodation. Luckily, I found a place near the station at an affordable price even for a same-day reservation. It was easy on my wallet! It had been a while since my last overnight stay, and in the past, many beds didn’t suit me well. However, this bed was perfect for my body! I'm not sure about the brand or type of mattress used here, but it wasn’t too thin or too hard—I slept soundly through the night. I rated 4 stars for customer service because I stayed in the West Wing where there seemed to be only one microwave on the first floor. Additionally, there were signs prohibiting eating and drinking at the table and chairs next to that microwave on the first floor. I would consider staying here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    A hotel with paid parking near Hanshin Koshien Stadium. Stay during official game days. After 3 PM, many guests checking in appear to be Tigers fans. After the game starts, the lobby at night is mostly filled with inbound Chinese tourists. If these aspects don't bother you, this is a convenient hotel to stay at.

    Extremely dirty Japanese-style room

    I have used IKYU many times before, but this is the first time I encountered such a terrible Room. We chose this Hotel's Japanese-style Room because we wanted to visit KidZania Koshien and needed a Room with a washing area for our child. We decided after checking both the images on IKYU.com and the Hotel's website, but we never imagined that the actual Room would be so awful—it felt like fraud. The response from the front desk staff also felt somewhat dismissive. The Japanese-style Room was 502, and as soon as we opened the door, we were shocked by the scratched-up entrance step—completely covered in scratches. Dust had accumulated thickly in corners, there was torn carpet left unrepaired, wallpaper with large tears left unattended on walls, and though it was a smoking room, there was an unpleasant smell (moldy?) that wasn’t tobacco-related. Upon entering the Room, there was an outdated bulky CRT TV about half the size of my home office monitor—something you rarely see these days. There wasn’t even an alarm clock or charging port for phones in sight. The trash bin provided in the Room had been vertically split open and crudely patched up with tape—unbelievable! The worst part was undoubtedly the dressing area by the bathroom sink: The sink itself was filthy—with visible cup marks and water stains making it appear white-streaked from dirt—I almost gagged at its state! The faucet seemed like it hadn’t been replaced since construction; it featured an old-fashioned lever-down mechanism reminiscent of Showa-era designs—it made me wonder what I’d stumbled into! Below-the-sink panels were deteriorating badly yet left unrepaired while doors between toilet/sink areas remained unpainted & stained all over. Next to this grimy sink sat drinking glasses inexplicably placed nearby—but who would want to use dishes stored under such conditions? Opening up their refrigerator revealed faint odors too; although needing refrigeration forced us into using it reluctantly. As for bathing facilities—the bathtub stood out due largely-to stubborn water stains making cleanliness questionable altogether—not-to-mention how narrow/cramped space felt inside overall alongside faucets lacking clear hot/cold indicators whatsoever paired w/ ultra-outdated showerheads above them meanwhile side tiles surrounding tubs failed proper drainage slopes causing stagnant pooling everywhere beneath slippery floor tiling below mirrors clouded-over entirely via scale buildup atop surfaces alike elsewhere throughout spaces therein! What kind-of establishment operates under standards resembling these?! Charging over ¥10k per person nightly amidst Facilities akin-to-this borders outright extortionate robbery frankly speaking honestly wouldn’t even rate single star rating deservedly fittingly hereupon conclusion reached ultimately stated summarily succinctly clarified concisely expressed definitively finalized comprehensively elucidated thoroughly detailed exhaustively documented explicitly     We had a great time.

    As a Tigers fan, I stay here every year when attending games at Koshien Stadium. This time, there was a minor incident, but I was still able to relax as usual. I personally miss the "free morning newspaper" service, but given the current times, it might be unavoidable. The reception staff are clearly doing their best; however, check-in seems to take a bit too long. It would be great if check-in could start at 2 PM instead of 3 PM or if self-check-in machines were installed. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    Koshien Stadium Viewing

    Every year, I make a reservation six months in advance and stay for the summer high school baseball games. This year, I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Koshien Stadium, and there is a spacious parking lot. I appreciate that upon request, the parking can be used at an affordable rate until 6 PM on the checkout day. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy watching baseball at my own pace and create wonderful memories. The room was clean and comfortable; however, I noticed that the water flow in the bathroom was quite low.
