    Yuming and Ishikawa's Journey

    I recently stayed for two nights at your accommodation during the Yuming concert and sightseeing in Kanazawa, Ishikawa. Due to snowfall in Hokkaido, my departure point, I arrived at the hotel past 8 PM, later than planned. Upon arrival, I was informed at the front desk that the club lounge was still open. I immediately visited and enjoyed drinks and other services there. The staff's courteous service made me very happy and instantly relieved my travel fatigue. With assistance such as shipping luggage and arranging a taxi to the concert venue, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

    Excellent service and great location!

    Upon arriving by taxi, the doorman carefully handled our luggage, leaving a great first impression. The Hotel and Room were very clean and comfortable. Many tourist attractions, as well as oden restaurants and izakayas, were within walking distance, making it very convenient. The drinks and tableware in the lounge were excellent, allowing us to relax. I would definitely choose this Accommodation again when staying in Kanazawa.

    Satisfaction with elegant time and space

    I had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel life. Upon arrival, I was deeply impressed by the doorman's wonderful smile and graceful demeanor. At the Club Lounge, there were various alcoholic beverages available during afternoon tea time, providing a perfect space to reflect on my journey or plan an evening stroll around the city. This time was a solo trip, but next time I would love to stay again with my daughter.

    A Couple's Trip to Kanazawa

    A two-day, one-night trip to Kanazawa, staying at the centrally located Tokyu Hotel. (Positive points) 1. Great location: The Samurai District is just behind the hotel. Katamachi is a 5-minute walk, and Kenrokuen Garden and the castle ruins are also within walking distance, making it a convenient Hotel for city sightseeing. 2. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Additionally, the staff's service was excellent and provided top-notch hospitality. (Improvement points) Around midnight (12:00 AM), noise from the neighboring Room woke us up, leaving both of us sleep-deprived. As the building is old, sounds from adjacent Rooms can be heard clearly. Improvements in soundproofing are necessary.

    I was able to rest comfortably and relax.

    The sound from the neighboring Room was not bothersome, and the view of Kanazawa City from the window was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The lounge was simple but offered solid snacks, drinks, and a light breakfast that were satisfying. We had a wonderful anniversary trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Excellent staff service

    Stayed for 2 nights, and the best part was the staff's service—they were always willing to help, which was truly heartwarming. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lounge service was also excellent. The location is not too far from the station, and local buses make it convenient to get around. The restaurant offers Italian cuisine, which was delicious. I would love to visit again!

    Convenient Access and Comfortable Stay

    Before the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen, I visited Kanazawa once and found it to be a wonderful place that I wanted to visit again. At that time, I stayed at a Hotel near Kanazawa Station, but access to tourist spots felt slightly inconvenient. This time, choosing the Korinbo area was the right decision. For those who don’t mind walking, Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden make for a pleasant stroll, while the Samurai Residence District is just behind. The Hokkoku Shimbun Akabane Hall, where stage performances are held, is also within walking distance. During my 3-night stay, I enjoyed sightseeing in the city using only an unlimited bus pass and a light-up bus ticket for one day. Located in the heart of Korinbo and offering excellent Hotel services, Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel provided a comfortable stay even during breakfast hours when it was busy with domestic and international guests due to peak tourist season. There were plenty of dining seats available as well. While not brand new, the Room was impeccably clean and made for a very pleasant stay overall. When I visit Kanazawa again—a city I’d love to return to—this is definitely where I’d like to stay again!

    Located in the cente...

    Located in the center of Kanazawa, both the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art and Kenrokuen Garden are within walking distance. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Above all, the staff's hospitality was excellent, allowing for a very pleasant stay. The Room facilities felt slightly dated but were well-maintained, so there was no inconvenience. Since there aren't many bakery cafes open early in Kanazawa, I had breakfast at the Hotel instead. The variety and taste were excellent, making it a great choice. However, I stayed on the 6th floor where there was a window but no view to enjoy; next time I visit Kanazawa, I'd like to stay on a higher floor.

    The staff, from the welcoming at the entrance to the reception, were all polite and kind. The Room offered great cost performance. I enjoyed a relaxing time with a clear view of the night scenery. In the morning, they also helped ensure that my taxi was not taken by someone else. Next time, I will bring my wife along.     This was my first st...

    This was my first stay at Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. The calm atmosphere was very pleasant. However, it was disappointing that the overall lighting was dim, both at the front desk and in the room. I used the lounge several times as it was available, and I enjoyed the light snacks provided. The staff were extremely courteous, and I was impressed by their professionalism befitting a first-class hotel.

    Peaceful Accommodation

    Returning for the Kanazawa Marathon after two years, staying at my usual spot near the starting line. After finishing the marathon, I enjoyed a refreshing shower and relaxed in the Club Lounge—a blissful moment. The overall atmosphere is calm and refined, with staff proudly dedicated to their roles. Yes, this is exactly what a luxury Hotel should feel like. The Hotel restaurant "Marée d'Or" is also exceptionally delicious.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed here during our trip for our wedding anniversary. We reserved a room with lounge access but were upgraded to a larger room, which made our stay very comfortable. Although breakfast was crowded and we had to wait a bit, the meal was highly satisfying, especially the delicious curry. The lounge offered plenty of light snacks (like cakes) and post-dinner drinks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was excellent and very convenient for sightseeing. We would love to stay here again next time!

    The restaurant "Mare d'Or" was excellent.

    I made a last-minute reservation at the hotel's restaurant "Mare d'Or" and received very courteous service. The meal was delicious and well worth the price, leaving me extremely satisfied. In particular, the dinner set that can be added to the meal for 4,000 yen offered excellent value for money. I was amazed.

    The location is excellent!

    Conveniently located for sightseeing, with everything nearby and comfortable. Most places can be reached on foot or by bus. Behind the Hotel is a samurai residence area, perfect for a refreshing morning walk. The Hotel itself is an older building but clean, with sufficient amenities and towels provided. The staff was polite and attentive, making the stay satisfying. There is no Onsen available, so I used the Room's bath instead. The breakfast buffet offered delicious Japanese and Western dishes.

    A samurai residence is located at the back, and Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art are just a few minutes' walk away, making it an excellent location. The atmosphere from the entrance to the guest rooms is calm and relaxing. It’s appreciated that in this price range, the bathroom and toilet are separate. Parking is available at Korinbo Underground Parking under the hotel for 1,500 yen from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day. However, due to a holiday period, it was extremely crowded. This parking lot seems to have several entrances, which caused delays in moving through car lines. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes with egg dishes and pho served by chefs. However, when being seated at tables despite availability elsewhere, guests were made to sit closely together from one end of the room. This made conversations impossible due to proximity. Other guests also refrained from talking out of consideration for others. It was disappointing that staff prioritized operational efficiency over guest comfort.

    I live in Yokohama, but I often stay at Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel when visiting a shop in Kikura-machi. I really like the calm atmosphere and the convenient location near Samurai Residences, Kenrokuen Garden, and Kanazawa Castle Park. The proximity to Daiwa Department Store is also incredibly convenient! I look forward to staying again in the future.

    I stayed at the accommodation to attend a wedding reception. I was deeply moved by the heartfelt service of the doorman when I arrived at the main entrance by car and during outings. The staff at the front desk, breakfast service, and room cleaning all conveyed their gratitude to guests and wishes for a safe journey, which I felt every time I interacted with them. I was truly delighted to have stayed at this hotel. It made me realize how wonderful Kanazawa is as a city. The wedding reception was also fantastic, and every dish left me in awe. The red wine was especially delicious! Although it was Japanese cuisine, it paired perfectly with the wine. If it were available for purchase, I would have bought some for New Year's (laughs). Breakfast was also very delicious. I particularly enjoyed Kanazawa's local dishes, but the croissants, pumpkin soup, curry, and panna cotta dessert were equally delightful! Although I couldn't try everything on offer, I'm sure each item would have been just as tasty. While trendy inclusive accommodations or budget hotels are nice too, experiencing this classic style of hospitality left me impressed and full of gratitude. Thank you very much!

    The location is excellent, but...

    Located right in front of Korinbo Daiwa, it offers an excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. The underground parking was very convenient. While the building is understandably old, cleanliness was an issue. Hair was left on the soap holder in the bathroom and the sink. There was also dust near the bedside and on the air purifier, which was disappointing. The nightwear provided was a one-piece type; a two-piece pajama set would have been preferable. My legs felt cold, making it hard to sleep.

Most sightseeing spots were within walking distance, we had dinner at nearby restaurants, and then enjoyed a relaxing drink at the hotel lounge. The breakfast buffet was delicious and exceptional.     It was very comfortable.

    This time, due to a sudden and short stay, I stayed at this hotel as I do once a year. I usually clean my nearby family home, which is unoccupied, before returning. However, the hospitality of this hotel always makes me feel at ease. Although no one lives in my family home anymore, staying here gives me the feeling of returning home.     I had a very comfortable stay.

    Korinbo is such a convenient area. During sightseeing, I could return to the hotel for a quick rest and head out again, allowing me to fully enjoy Kanazawa without getting exhausted from the heat. Around the hotel, I was able to buy delicious local souvenirs and there were plenty of restaurants, so meals were never an issue. Since it was a hot season, I thought a shower would be sufficient and chose a room with a unit bath. The water pressure in the shower was strong and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included Ishikawa rice and local dishes, which were very delicious. The hotel staff were all kind, making my stay extremely pleasant. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Kanazawa!
