    We had a relaxing stay.

    The Room was simple and uncluttered, and I was able to stay very comfortably. They lent me a lovely, sturdy umbrella that could be used as both a parasol and a rain umbrella, which was helpful in both sudden rain and strong sunshine. I had a Multiple Night Stay for 2 nights, but on the second morning breakfast felt like there were fewer items—perhaps because it was crowded or simply because the menu changed—though I still enjoyed it at a relaxed pace.

    Wonderful

    I truly had a very comfortable stay. The front desk, the service when passing staff in the hallways, the overall hospitality, and the cleanliness were all excellent. I never expected to receive this level of service during the busy Obon holiday season at a tourist destination. The location was also great—right by a bus stop served by multiple routes, and from the bus stop across the street I could use an underground passage to enter the Hotel without getting wet in the rain. I would like to stay again. Next time, I’ll make time to try the restaurant as well.

    We enjoyed another wonderful trip to Kanazawa. The staff at the club lounge were very kind and took great care of us. The green tea jelly was especially delicious. Thank you very much! We’re looking forward to visiting again in winter.

    The hospitality and ...

    The hospitality and service were worthy of a top-class Hotel, making for a very comfortable stay. The Room was kept clean, and we were fortunate to be assigned a high-floor Room with a great view. I rated the Facility and amenities as 3 because the fixtures felt a bit dated—for example, there were no USB ports and the TV did not support streaming services. However, it seems renovations to address these points have just begun, so I hope they will be updated soon.

    Location is everything.

    It was conveniently located for getting anywhere. Overall, it felt a bit dated, but it was kept very clean and I had a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff, front desk staff, and guides were all polite and pleasant. However, I felt the breakfast selection was limited. Also, while the location of the coffee was explained, there was no explanation about the enzyme drink or other items—I would have liked to have them before breakfast.

    Conveniently located near Katamachi, ideal for sightseeing.

    I have stayed here several times, and the location is great—close to Katamachi and convenient for sightseeing. The Facility is showing its age, so I hope it will be renovated.

    There’s no better location.

    As this Facility has been open for over 40 years, you may notice its age overall, but that is to be expected. However, its excellent location more than makes up for it. In addition, the staff understand the Hotel’s history and role, so the service feels consistently high in quality. This is a Hotel in Kanazawa that you will want to remember as part of your trip.

    Satisfying for a Business Hotel.

    Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel doesn’t seem to be a Business Hotel, but I got the impression that it is run with a Business Hotel mindset. The reason is that what I’m about to describe makes sense if you think of it as a Business Hotel. First, I mistakenly assumed pajamas would be provided. When I checked the website again, it said “nightwear,” which is not a two-piece set but a one-piece type that buttons in front—in other words, something that can fit people of many sizes. I assume this is because providing separate top-and-bottom pajamas would require stocking multiple sizes. When I asked the front desk whether they had pajamas available for loan, they told me they did not. The next day we went to MUJI near the station and bought some for my spouse and me. Also, the Room temperature was cold, so I tried to switch the air conditioner to heating, but it couldn’t be set to heat. I had a cold that day and wasn’t feeling well; it was rainy season with rain and lower temperatures, so it felt chilly. When I asked the front desk, they said: from now on it’s summer settings and heating will not work—only cooling is available. Regarding the brightness of the Room: when I asked if it could be made brighter because it was dark, they replied that this was the kind of Room I had chosen. I checked the website again, but there was no explanation like that anywhere. Looking back after returning home, I feel there could have been many service options—for example offering a desk lamp. As for the lounge: there weren’t many items and there were few guests, so it felt lacking in energy; however, what was served tasted good and the staff were pleasant, so we were able to use it comfortably. The breakfast buffet—the selection, venue atmosphere, and staff service—was all very good and extremely satisfying. Overall, considering everything together: because the service aspect was not good enough for me personally, I don’t think I will stay again. If someone asked me about it: For those who don’t mind a Business Hotel style experience (even though this is not actually a Business Hotel), I would recommend it because the breakfast buffet is delicious; however, for those seeking top-tier hotel service standards، I wouldn’t recommend it.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed for two nights. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of Kanazawa specialties—especially the Kanazawa yakisoba. It seems that only the main dining room restaurant is open, which felt a bit disappointing. The location is convenient for sightseeing and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so it was great. I’d like to stay again.

    Mostly satisfied

    I made a somewhat troublesome request at the front desk, but I truly appreciate how politely and carefully they handled it. However, I was a bit bothered by the toilet’s water supply and drainage noise being somewhat loud. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kanazawa.

    Perfect for a girls’ trip.

    We stayed here as our Accommodation for a classmates’ trip for the first time in 20 years. This was the only Hotel we could find that could accommodate five people, so we booked the top-floor Residential Suite, a condominium-style Room. It was far beyond our expectations—absolutely wonderful. The Room was so spacious it felt almost too big even for five of us, and we loved the night view through the large windows. Everyone was also thrilled with the counter area that felt perfect for using like a bar. We would definitely love to stay again. Of course, the Hotel staff were kind, and we found the lobby—gently scented with wood—very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, and the service from the person who assisted us was so outstanding that we kept talking about it all day! We’re truly grateful for such a wonderful memory.

    This Hotel is conveniently located.

    It is a little far from Kanazawa Station. However, Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle Park are within walking distance. Restaurants in Katamachi are also close by, so it is a good location for sightseeing. The Room is clean, and the staff are kind. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Excellent location, a convenient lounge, and outstanding service.

    This was my first visit to Kanazawa in three years, and my first trip here with my parents in four. When we arrived at the Hotel and stepped out of the elevator, I made eye contact with the concierge who has helped me many times before, and they welcomed us with a beaming smile. At that moment I thought, “I’m back in Kanazawa—and I’m so glad we chose this Hotel again.” When traveling with my parents, we need to take breaks along the way, so the club lounge is incredibly helpful. We also had a light breakfast there, which was perfect—when I eat at a buffet, I usually can’t manage lunch afterward. I heard that from April 1 onward, lounge service will start in the afternoon only. I’m glad we made it in time this visit, though it does feel a bit disappointing for future stays. One more thing that stood out this time was how pleasant the greetings were from the Room cleaning staff. Both international staff and older staff members greeted us with bright smiles and refreshing warmth—it truly lifted my spirits. My father turned 83 this year, and we approached this trip as possibly our last visit to Kanazawa together. We were able to do everything my parents still wanted to experience: our usual Kenrokuen Garden; sushi and Kanazawa oden; places we hadn’t visited before such as the Kanazawa Architecture Museum and Korin-ji Temple; Nomura-ke Samurai Residence; the Gold Leaf Craft Museum; plus foods we had missed before like Hanton Rice, Kanazawa curry, and udon at Kobashi Otafuku. Being able to cover so much—while still taking breaks back in our Room—was possible thanks to this Hotel’s excellent location. I also had a chance to speak with that concierge again in the lounge, and I’m truly grateful for their kindness as well as the warm hospitality of all your staff. I’m not sure how many of us will come next time, but I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you very much.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed for a one-night, two-day family trip. Overall, we were satisfied, but what left the strongest impression was the excellent service from a doorman (a tall, slim man in his 50s?). From the moment we arrived by taxi, he smoothly helped with our luggage and guided us to the front desk. When we checked out the next day, he was there again; since no taxi was waiting, he went to the main street to call one for us. Thanks to his pleasant service at both arrival and departure, we felt truly refreshed. Thank you very much.

    The bright club lounge, filled with natural light, is comfortable.

    It was a bit of a splurge, but I booked a Multiple Night Stay on the luxury floor. The location is excellent, but what really decided it for me was how comfortable the club lounge is. There are places with more upscale services, but from morning you can feel the weather outside through the windows, and you can even see part of the Korinbo intersection, which gives a great sense of openness. The only reasons it wasn’t a perfect score were that it wasn’t a Room with separate bath and toilet, and during my Multiple Night Stay I found it slightly inconvenient that there was no chest of drawers. Still, I’d like to stay again.

    We ended up taking a...

    We ended up taking a last-minute family trip to Kanazawa and stayed at the Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel. The location is excellent—Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art are all within walking distance, so you can even enjoy a morning stroll. If you walk a bit farther (quite a bit?), you can also visit the D.T. Suzuki Museum, surrounded by trees. The Room was comfortable (we had two extra beds added), and the washroom was as spacious as it looked in the photos beforehand, which was very convenient for our family. We were able to relax in the club lounge, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with local specialties. We headed home talking about how we’d like to come back again.

    It was a comfortable business trip.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also pleasant, and you can enjoy a long soak in the bathtub. I often use a PC on business trips, and there was plenty of space to set up a laptop and work comfortably, making it ideal for business travel. The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind as well, which made for a great trip.

    I’m a fan of older hotels.

    With Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden nearby and easy access to department store food halls, the location was very convenient, so I booked a Multiple Night Stay. I’m a fan of older Hotels because they often have a distinctive sense of calm and tasteful greenery, even if they can’t offer a large garden. However, here the view from the window was mostly just the dull rooftops of neighboring buildings. It was also disappointing that there isn’t a Japanese restaurant on-site despite being in Kanazawa. That said, the staff’s hospitality was exactly as expected. I heard that a green space will be created on the adjacent former Bank of Japan site; having that borrowed scenery would make things even better.

    About Our Services

    I’ve been to Kanazawa many times on business, and since the Tokyu Hotel had a reasonably priced Plan that fit within my expense budget, I stayed here for the first time. The Room had a very comfortable layout and felt relaxing, and the front desk service was good. However, there were two disappointing points. First, there were loud footsteps from the floor above for a long time, and eventually there was a very booming sound as if something had been dropped. I couldn’t tolerate it and contacted the front desk. They said they would check, but I never received any follow-up, and the loud noises continued several times afterward; the footsteps also lasted until late at night. It may be unavoidable due to the building’s structure (the ceiling is low), but there was no comment about it even at checkout. Also, they kept my luggage until evening after checkout, and when I went to pick it up a female staff member brought it over. As I thanked her and was about to leave after greeting her, she had already disappeared, which surprised me.

    Excellent location

    There are many Hotels near Kanazawa Station, but this Hotel in Korinbo is ideally located—right behind it is the Samurai District, and Kenrokuen Garden, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Kanazawa Castle Ruins are all just a short walk away. The atmosphere of the area is also wonderful, so I’m glad I chose this Hotel. Buses run frequently between Kanazawa Station and Korinbo, so getting around was very easy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were excellent as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed here for a quick nearby getaway. Even though I had mistakenly made a Reservation for the wrong Room, the staff kindly changed it to the Room I wanted. Thank you very much. The Hotel had a refined, classic atmosphere, and everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant was gracious and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was carefully prepared with a great variety of dishes, all delicious—I left completely satisfied. I would love to stay again.

    Regular Accommodation in Kanazawa

    This time, I stayed for 3 nights. The parking lot is very convenient for parking. The Room was upgraded for me. Breakfast included local dishes, which is always nice. Although I felt the TV monitor was small for modern standards, the Room lighting was dim, and it was a bit difficult to trim my nails due to the darkness, the overall comfort was good. Easy access to Kenrokuen Garden is also a great advantage.

    We stayed at the accommodation with our family at the end of the year. We were able to stay in a spacious room with lounge access at an affordable price. The room had a great view and was very comfortable. Since the lounge opened from 7 AM, we booked without breakfast, but there were juices, fruits, yogurt, cereal, croissants, danishes, and bread available—sufficient for those who don't eat much in the morning. The only disappointment was that there were no staff in the lounge; dishes piled up at the return area with no place to clear them away. The snowy Kenrokuen Garden was within walking distance and very convenient. We would love to stay again!

    Once again, we had a wonderful stay thanks to your hospitality. (We also appreciate your assistance with the lost item—thank you so much.) The Club Lounge was bustling with many visitors and very lively. We enjoyed a variety of delicious cakes and more this time as well. This year, it was snowy, windy, and quite cold, but we were able to relax comfortably at the Hotel and get plenty of rest. We look forward to staying again next year!

    Yuming and Ishikawa's Journey

    I recently stayed for two nights at your accommodation during the Yuming concert and sightseeing in Kanazawa, Ishikawa. Due to snowfall in Hokkaido, my departure point, I arrived at the hotel past 8 PM, later than planned. Upon arrival, I was informed at the front desk that the club lounge was still open. I immediately visited and enjoyed drinks and other services there. The staff's courteous service made me very happy and instantly relieved my travel fatigue. With assistance such as shipping luggage and arranging a taxi to the concert venue, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

    Excellent service and great location!

    Upon arriving by taxi, the doorman carefully handled our luggage, leaving a great first impression. The Hotel and Room were very clean and comfortable. Many tourist attractions, as well as oden restaurants and izakayas, were within walking distance, making it very convenient. The drinks and tableware in the lounge were excellent, allowing us to relax. I would definitely choose this Accommodation again when staying in Kanazawa.

    Satisfaction with elegant time and space

    I had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel life. Upon arrival, I was deeply impressed by the doorman's wonderful smile and graceful demeanor. At the Club Lounge, there were various alcoholic beverages available during afternoon tea time, providing a perfect space to reflect on my journey or plan an evening stroll around the city. This time was a solo trip, but next time I would love to stay again with my daughter.
