    The Facility has been renovated, ensuring a comfortable stay. The reception staff provided smart and courteous service, and their kind handling of forgotten items was highly satisfactory. Highly recommended.

    Aging and more

    I often used this prestigious Hotel when visiting Toyama. However, during my recent stay, the Facility felt outdated, which was disappointing. At the breakfast venue, there were too few staff members, and I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    We appreciate the courteous service from the staff during check-in. The Room on the 14th floor was spacious and comfortable. We chose this Hotel near Toyama Station to visit the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route the next morning, and it was truly a convenient location. There is a convenience store right in front, along with numerous restaurants nearby. Thank you very much!

    The breakfast buffet was excellent!

    The morning buffet featuring a variety of Toyama-style dishes was excellent. If you're short on time, we recommend arriving before the opening time (6:30 AM). By 6:25 AM, there were already about 10 people in line. Due to limited time, I couldn't try all the dishes and would like to visit again with a more relaxed schedule.

    Came to Toyama to see the cherry blossoms.

    The view from the Room is not very impressive, but the breakfast venue is located on a high floor, offering great views. It is also close to the station, making it very convenient.

    Close to the station and offers great value for money.

    Thank you for your hospitality during my visit. I appreciate the spacious Room and bathroom, as well as the reasonable pricing. This time, I accidentally left a gift of kombu-jime from a friend in the refrigerator, and you kindly sent it to me. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you sincerely for your assistance.

    The location is perfect, right in front of the station, but the building (including the Room) felt old. I can see the effort being made, but I felt a Business Hotel would have been a better choice. There are many Hotels near the station, and I couldn't find a reason to choose this one specifically.

    Over a quarter-century

    I stayed at this accommodation once shortly after its completion many years ago, and this was my first visit in over 30 years. Most of my memories had faded except for the atmosphere of the elevator hall on the accommodation floor, which felt nostalgic. Given the passage of time, I was slightly concerned about the condition of the facility when visiting. However, aside from noticing some age in aspects like the number and speed of elevators or water system design (which were still well-maintained), I found that everything else was well-kept, and my concerns proved unnecessary. The location is highly convenient right by the station with excellent views, and all staff members were pleasant and made my stay very comfortable. For breakfast, I chose a buffet option but felt it could have been slightly better in terms of variety—especially as I expected more local seafood specialties to be featured. That said, it wasn’t bad taste-wise. At the breakfast venue, there was a very attentive female staff member who left a great impression on me. When I went to get food and noticed some items were out or nearly out of stock, she promptly responded with comments like “That will be replenished soon.” She also asked if there was anything else we needed or noticed when we looked puzzled due to missing utensils like rice paddles: “The rice paddle is being washed; please wait just a moment.” Even at luxury-class hotels where staff often remain silent while working diligently without much interaction, such attentiveness is rare—it made me genuinely happy! Unfortunately, I didn’t properly express my gratitude at that moment but would like to take this opportunity to say thank you here. This time around was for attending an event related to someone special to me; however next time I'd love to return purely for sightseeing purposes!

    Blessed with clear skies, we enjoyed a beautiful mountain view from the restaurant offering a breakfast buffet, which was truly satisfying. The accommodation was conveniently located near Toyama Station and very clean.

    I stayed for just on...

    I stayed for just one night during my first trip to Toyama. Although I checked in after 7 PM, I was assigned a room on the Tateyama Mountain Range side as per my request. Waking up the next morning, I was moved by the magnificent view of the Tateyama Mountain Range and the sunrise-lit sky. The Standard Twin Room was spacious enough, and both check-in and check-out were pleasant with warm smiles and friendly communication from the staff. The Japanese-style breakfast featuring Himi yellowtail radish stew and marinated firefly squid was also delicious. I look forward to staying here again!

    The massage chair in the ladies' room was so comfortable that I used it continuously. Since it was a weekday, I could stay at a lower price, making it an excellent trip to Toyama.

    I stayed on 1/25. The room was clean and well-organized. I had a Japanese set meal for breakfast, and the simmered yellowtail with daikon radish was exquisite and delicious. Also, I left something in the room, so I contacted the hotel, and they kindly mailed it to me, for which I am grateful.

    A property where you can spend a relaxing time.

    I stayed for the first time. Since it is a hotel close to a long-established one, I thought the facility might be old, but it was well cleaned, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. It was a single room, but it was spacious and nice. I was delighted with the massage machine and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the top floor while taking in the view. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.
