    We enjoyed a wonderful dinner.

    At the end of the Obon holidays, when we were tired from the crowds, we were able to relax and unwind. The restaurant’s service and food were excellent, and we would love to visit again.

    Conveniently located near Toyama Station

    In the evening, we chose a nearby restaurant and requested breakfast only. It was very convenient, right in front of the station. During the Obon holiday, dinner places were crowded and it was hard to find somewhere to eat. The Hotel does not have a large public bath, and the Room bath felt a bit small.

    It was incredibly comfortable.

    I had booked another Hotel for a business trip to Toyama, but changed to this one thanks to an IKYU campaign. The access from the station, the floor level of the room, and the spaciousness were all excellent. The amenities were more than sufficient, and I had a very comfortable stay. The in-room TV was also large and came with apps installed, so I enjoyed spending time in the room as well. The tenants in the adjacent building and parts of the Hotel lobby space were somewhat underwhelming, but with such great access, I have no complaints. If I have another chance to visit Toyama, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    It was our first tim...

    It was our first time staying near Toyama Station, and we stayed as a family. There were three women, but the Room was spacious enough, and it was great to have a facial steamer and massage equipment in the Room, as well as amenities like a choice of shampoo we liked. The location was excellent too. We booked a Plan that included parking, and even though we went in and out several times, they provided us with tickets accordingly, which was very helpful. When we visit Toyama again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

    Although I booked a Room-assigned Plan, you provided a larger Room on the top floor. Thank you very much. After trying various breakfast options, the seafood hot pot was especially delicious. Next time I stay, I’ll skip the other items and go straight for this.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, with a spacious lobby and clean Rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent. It’s served at the top-floor restaurant with great views and is available from 6:00 a.m., which is convenient on business trips—especially for those who go for a morning run, as it leaves enough time to take a shower. The buffet menu also features many local ingredients and feels thoughtfully prepared.

    Dissatisfied with breakfast.

    Breakfast starts at 6:30, but when I went around 6:40 it was already full, with another 15–20 people waiting in line. I waited while worrying about my departure time for work and just barely made it, but some people gave up and left. When my turn came and I went in, there were several empty seats. Other hotels manage this better by using time-slot cards or having guests mark the time they want to come. I stay at many hotels, but this was the first time I experienced something like this. The Facility is excellent, but since there’s a chance you might not be able to eat breakfast even after paying for it, I’m unsure whether I would stay here again.

    Great hospitality and excellent value for money.

    As this was a last-minute trip, I stayed at an affordable Hotel near the station. From the outside it looked old, but the interior has been renovated and was clean and well maintained. The Room size was decent, and the unit bath/toilet felt reasonable for a Business Hotel in this price range. Basic amenities are provided, but there were no extra value-added items—understandable at this rate. On the other hand, the staff were always smiling, and whenever I paused to think they immediately offered help; their service was on par with a luxury Hotel, which made my stay very comfortable and reassuring. Thank you very much.

    The bed is too firm...

    Right in front of Toyama Station, with great access for sightseeing, and the staff were kind and helpful. However, perhaps because the Hotel is old, the bed mattress felt very worn and I could feel the springs. It was far too firm from the moment I sat down. On the first night, my back hurt even while lying down and I couldn’t fall asleep. The bath and Room were kept clean despite the age, but I was surprised this could happen even with IKYU. On the second night, I folded a borrowed blanket into thirds and placed it between the mattress and sheet so I could manage to sleep, but my family’s mattress was also quite sagging. It was a cold night with bad weather, yet the duvet was thin and didn’t feel warm enough. Overall, the bedding was very disappointing—I felt even a business Hotel might have been better. Because most amenities are not provided as part of eco-friendly measures, I hope that improvements can be made to enhance the Room Facility accordingly.

    I slept comfortably.

    Because six large groups were staying, we were advised to have a later breakfast after 8:00. Although we shared the elevator with many international guests, the room was very quiet as always—I didn’t hear any footsteps or voices and slept well. Thanks to that, I could also enjoy breakfast peacefully and at a relaxed pace. The air conditioning was comfortable, and I slept soundly. I’ll stay here again. I really like this place!

    It can’t be helped.

    I’m posting this on behalf of my son. It was a smoking floor, but the cigarette smell was much stronger than in smoking Rooms at other Hotels. Perhaps the previous guest was an extremely heavy smoker. Also, a large group of foreign guests were staying on the same floor and were making a lot of noise—leaving their doors open, drinking, singing, and so on. He says he couldn’t sleep because he endured it instead of asking the front desk to change Rooms. I don’t intend to exclude foreign guests, but since you seem to accept many group bookings, I hope you will consider measures to prevent this. For reference, my own Accommodation floor was very quiet.

    Although years have passed,

    Everything, including the cleaning, was well taken care of, and I appreciated that the Room was spacious. The chair in the ladies’ room was red, so I thought it might be a designer piece, but it seemed like a massage chair. However, although it was plugged in, it wouldn’t turn on, which was disappointing. The building felt spacious overall, so it seemed like you could relax at the front desk area as well (though I didn’t use it). Most of the services were automated.

    We had dinner at the restaurant upstairs, and it was a very good value Hotel. The food was delicious, and we were glad we chose this place.

    Highly satisfied.

    This was probably my first stay. It may have been by chance, but the room was affordable and spacious, and I had no complaints. The amenities were sufficient, and the Facility was fine overall—if anything, the elevator was just a bit slow. I was also satisfied with breakfast, which offered a good selection of local items. I don’t visit Toyama often, but if I have another chance, I’d definitely like to stay again.

    Recently, I’ve been staying almost exclusively at Tokyu group Hotels.

    Thank you very much for a truly comfortable stay. It also seemed to be during a promotion, and the price felt almost too good to accept. What I like about the Tokyu Hotel: It’s quiet—every Tokyu Hotel I’ve stayed at is quiet. You can’t hear any noise from the hallway at all, and even sounds from the air conditioning don’t bother me. Thanks to that, I sleep soundly until morning. I’ve used it for lunch before and felt it was great value for money, and the food was delicious as well. This time I had the breakfast buffet and ate far too much—I even gained weight. Toyama City has many good Hotels at reasonable prices, but this is my top recommendation among them.

    Affordable Full-Course Meal

    Reserve an IKYU restaurant exclusive menu. Ricomonte Full course from welcome drink and amuse to dessert with more than expected portions. However, the steak was overcooked, which was disappointing.

    Very convenient

    I stayed for just one night, but I was very satisfied. The Hotel is right in front of the station and seems slightly older, but it has been beautifully renovated. There is also a gift shop connected on the first floor of the Hotel, which is convenient. Next time, I want to stay longer.

    Comfortable Stay

    I stayed for two nights and truly appreciated the courteous service of all the staff. At the entrance and other areas, they always greeted me with a smile, which gave me a sense of comfort. The location is very convenient, being less than a 3-minute walk from Toyama Station. There are plenty of restaurants inside the station and many izakayas around the Hotel, so finding meals is not an issue. Thank you for your hospitality!

For us Japanese travelers especially—bathing plays an integral role during holidays!     The train service was suspended midway, so I called, and the response was excellent. I managed to find an alternative way to get there. The Room was upgraded to a larger one, and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you. It is conveniently located near the station. I would like to use it again if I have the chance to visit.

    Overall: The spacious lobby at the Hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast: A variety of local specialties from Toyama were served, making breakfast enjoyable. View: We were given a Room on the side facing the Tateyama Mountain Range (unfortunately, it was not the best season for clear views). Front Desk: When leaving, I tried to greet the front desk staff, but they often seemed preoccupied or engaged in conversations with each other. Perhaps this is part of the Hotel's policy. Since there is some distance between the reception and entrance, it might be challenging to exchange greetings; however, as a guest, even a slight nod would feel appreciated. That said, perhaps such gestures are considered unnecessary in today's times by many people.
