  The air conditioning was not working. There was nothing I found delicious in the food.

  The air conditioning was not working. Even though it was a hot season with the door closed, the air conditioning did not work, and only the heating was on. We couldn't sleep with the window open, and the Room became like a sauna. Everyone fell ill. As for the food, there were no condiments placed near the tasteless dishes, and the fried foods at the buffet were dry, with vegetable stems mixed in, which was quite unacceptable. The breakfast omelet had bacon flakes added, but since it was not properly crumbled during the replacement, it was in chunks and too salty to eat. I think Hotel meals are one of the pleasures, but there were no delicious or luxurious items, which was disappointing. The staff's response was not bad, but... I thought you would understand well if you stayed once.

  I have stayed multiple times. I am satisfied with the room, onsen, and meals. The checkout is also relaxed, so I can take it easy.

  It's been a while.

  I visited again after a long time. Whenever I go to Nasu, I always stay here. The building is old, but as usual, the rooms are spacious, and the meal content has improved, making it even better. The temperature of the hot spring was just right this time. Many people might find it lukewarm and be dissatisfied, but I like it lukewarm, so it was good for me. The last time I visited, the hot spring was too hot, and I hesitated to come back (laughs). I would like to visit again when I go to Nasu.
