    The Accommodation was wonderful, but I was disappointed only with the final response.

    The meals were delicious, the Room was comfortable, and it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. However, at breakfast on the final day, our one-year-old child stood up on a chair. Just as we were trying to calm them down and have them sit, a staff member told us in a rather forceful tone, “Please make sure they don’t stand,” which was disappointing. Of course, we understand the need to ensure safety, and we were doing our utmost not to disturb others. Still, it is difficult to get a small child to do exactly what you want immediately, and being spoken to strongly without consideration of the situation made us feel very uncomfortable. If not for that incident, it would have been a 5/5 stay, so it is truly unfortunate that this was the lasting impression at the end.

    Family Trip

    This trip also served as a celebration for my grandchild’s birthday. We chose this Hotel because it offers a child-friendly Plan and the Reviews said the food was delicious. We don’t often get the chance to do handheld fireworks, so being able to enjoy the fireworks included in the Plan made my grandchild very happy. For dinner, there was a kids’ buffet corner with a wide variety of options, and there was also a DIY hand-rolled sushi corner. Even my grandchild, who doesn’t usually eat much, happily ate the sushi they made themselves. There were some unique dishes, and overall everything was delicious. The main steak also tasted excellent—just as the Reviews said. The IKYU member–exclusive Eggs Benedict at breakfast was even better than I expected. The Onsen had both hot baths and very hot baths, which felt great. The changing room was also clean. The Room was Japanese-style, but I noticed some stains on the wall and that there wasn’t a sink in the toilet area. Overall, we were satisfied with this Hotel. All of the staff we met greeted us with smiles, making our stay very pleasant. If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    The steak is excellent.

    We chose the steak course, and it was tender and delicious. The buffet was also satisfying, and the value for money was excellent. Thank you as well for your thoughtful care for our elderly guests. We visited with a large group, and everyone was very satisfied.

    The Onsen was great.

    I stayed here with my elderly mother. We relaxed and enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace, and ate our fill with the main dish plus a buffet-style meal. Many of the staff were from overseas, but they were well trained and provided pleasant service. Next time, I’d like to visit during a slightly warmer season. Thank you very much.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed here with my husband in January. We have visited Nasu many times, but this was our first time at this Hotel. A Hotel set within a ranch has walking paths and is surrounded by nature. I think visiting in early summer would offer a different kind of enjoyment. There was a small shoulder bag in the Room (it was convenient for carrying valuables to meals or the bath). Having two keys was great! The Japanese-style Room was close to the bath. I would have liked hair-care amenities. It was nice not having to carry towels around. I wish there had been some tea snacks in the Room. I’d prefer the welcome drink to be free. The Onsen was great. We also enjoyed the meals. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

    The bathroom is dimly lit and may be unsafe.

    The room is spacious and clean, which is great, but the open-air bath is dark and can be dangerous when entering. Some people have slipped. Additionally, there are large stones in the water that can cause tripping; clear markers would be helpful.

    Old Accommodation

    The bathroom feels old due to aging. The hairdryer is Dyson, which is a nice touch. Towels are well-prepared in the dressing area. The lounge does not offer free drinks; coffee costs 100 yen per cup. It would be better if coffee were free and other drink options were available. The Room feels outdated, and the en-suite bathroom has an unpleasant smell. The morning buffet has limited options, and latecomers may only find leftovers, so it’s better to go early. Unless the service improves, I probably won’t return.

    Relax and unwind.

    This was my second stay. The accommodation had a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The room was also large, making me feel elegant. I appreciated that I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. The Halloween decorations were lovely as well. Additionally, seeing the cows at the ranch and experiencing milk milking was a wonderful experience. I would love to visit this hotel again! Thank you for your hospitality.

    I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    We stayed for the first time with my 86-year-old mother and my husband, and it was a heartwarming experience thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of the hotel staff from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, offering a sense of openness and relaxation. For dinner, we ordered room service and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious hamburger steak and regular steak. The onsen was excellent, helping us relieve our fatigue. It was an accommodation that made us want to come back again. Thank you for your kind attention. One small note: the geta sandals were a bit heavy and slightly difficult to walk in. However, the samue outfit was very comfortable to wear.

    It was comfortable, but...

    The facility felt slightly dated, but the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The two washbasins were also convenient. The Onsen in the large public bath was good; however, there were several large insects in the changing area, which was difficult for me as I am not fond of bugs. While it might be unavoidable due to the season, it did slightly lower my impression of the Onsen experience. The meals were somewhat disappointing. Although we received special menu items as part of a Diamond Member benefit for both dinner and breakfast, honestly, it would have been better without them. The selection of Western dishes at the buffet was limited and lacked variety in flavor. As for drinks, there was only one type each of sparkling wine, white wine, and red wine available with no information on their varieties. What bothered me most was that water had already been poured into glasses at our table before we arrived—it seemed like leftover water from someone else’s glass and felt unpleasant. Since dining is an important part of travel enjoyment, I hope improvements can be made in this area.

    Surrounded by greenery, we had a wonderful time.

    This was my first visit. I was amazed to find a farm within the premises. From the terrace of the cheese workshop near the parking lot, I could overlook the farm. There were cows in the distance and goats grazing nearby. The view of the green meadows was truly enjoyable. The Hotel had a very stylish design, with a fireplace located beyond the entrance area. The Room was very spacious, with large beds that were moderately firm and comfortable for sleeping. I could also watch the sunrise from the balcony. The bathroom, toilet, and sink were all separate, making them pleasant to use. The meals were delicious as well, with a wide variety on offer and beautifully presented dishes. The steak—true to being in a hotel surrounded by farmland—was tender and incredibly tasty! The Onsen was fantastic too; I enjoyed soaking in an open-air bath while admiring lush greenery around me. I wondered if it would be possible to enjoy coffee by watching fireplace flames during wintertime here... I would love to stay again!

    Thank you for the room upgrade. The buffet was inconvenient without trays; larger plates would have been better. The quality of the breakfast was poor overall. The staff in charge of the room was pleasant.

    One-night stay

    Using IKYU.com upgraded my membership, and the hospitality was exceptional. When I arrived at the Room, there was a wine bottle waiting for me. Although it was breakfast only, there was a special menu that I thoroughly enjoyed—it was delicious and satisfying. The services for children were excellent, including an all-you-can-fill candy bag and ice cream after the bath. The bath itself was fantastic as well—truly perfect! I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    It was great.

    The meal was included in the Room Service Plan, so I could enjoy eating comfortably in the room. It would be nice to have more options, such as other drinks besides red wine. The bathroom was convenient with towels provided. I was very satisfied with my stay.

    Dinner served in the Room was in a bento box style, delicious and relaxing. The full bottle of wine was also a great deal. For breakfast, the special menu for Diamond members featured Eggs Benedict, but the muffin was hard and not very appealing. Desserts or fruits might have been more enjoyable.

    Nasu is wonderful!

    I visited to relax from the fatigue of work during Golden Week. The Room on the 5th floor had high ceilings, making the spacious Room feel even larger. Outside, birds were chirping, and the fresh greenery was beautiful. I also enjoyed the bath. It was my first time experiencing a Mirable showerhead—it was great! The changing room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very pleasant. The meals were delicious as well. The menu was quite interesting, and everything tasted wonderful. I ended up eating until I was completely full. What stood out as amusing was the elevator—when you press a button, both elevators usually arrive at once. Why is that!? Haha! What I found disappointing was that since it’s already May, there wasn’t a fire in the lobby fireplace! Also, in our Room, they had switched to air conditioning starting in April—it felt a bit chilly so I should have brought warmer clothes. I wish I could have stayed one more night!

    Excellent service with a smile.

    We stayed for one night on May 4th during Golden Week. The hotel is very close to a ranch, offering picturesque views with many cows in the scenery. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with guidance for parking, check-in, and various services such as additional pillows and blankets. Despite the chilly weather typical of a summer retreat in early May, they kindly provided us with a heater promptly upon request. We enjoyed the Onsen both at night and in the morning with our child. The indoor bath was spacious and relaxing, while the lockers in the bathroom were clean. The outdoor bath is located down some stairs from the main bath area; it felt slightly eerie at night due to dim lighting but was incredibly refreshing in the morning under clear blue skies. The meals were delightful as well. We added steak to our dinner menu—though there weren’t too many buffet options, it was more than sufficient. The steak, yogurt, milk, and other items were delicious enough to satisfy both me and my child completely! My child even exclaimed it was "5 out of 5 stars!" Egg Benedict seemed to be an acquired taste for some guests though. While the room and building showed signs of age over time, everything was well-maintained and had a sense of cleanliness throughout all facilities.

    We stayed for a special occasion. The room smelled of tobacco, and the food was disappointing. We were looking forward to dining in the room, but the radish was too hard, which surprised us that it was served like that. The omelet at breakfast was freshly made in front of us and tasted delicious. The bath with an open-air option was nice. However, it was very disappointing that staff communication seemed lacking.

    The view from the Hotel is excellent, but

    Upgraded to a suite room, but the bathroom was not properly cleaned, with water stains on windows and faucets. The bathroom in the Room had many insects, making it far from comfortable. Breakfast was decent with tasty yogurt and milk, but other items were underwhelming. The dining area was also very dark. Overall, it was quite disappointing. I hope the Hotel improves its services in the future (especially cleanliness as a must). The faucet in the Room was broken and came off during use; it seemed like an issue that the Hotel might have been aware of but left unrepaired. Retro charm and cleanliness should be considered separately.

    Resort Area

    The hotel beyond the ranch was a resort. We stayed here the night before our golf trip, and having the option of a bento meal in the Room was very convenient. It was also very delicious. The large public bath with fine bubbles and Dyson amenities was excellent. Next time, we would like to visit at a more leisurely pace.

    It is a nice Hotel where you can relax.

    It was a very quiet Hotel with excellent service and the Onsen was amazing. For dinner, I enjoyed a very delicious steak and hamburger bento from room service. It would be even better if the portions were a bit larger. It was incredibly relaxing. Thank you very much.

    The bath was nice.

    I had always wanted to stay at Floracion Nasu. Inside the Western-style building on the ranch, the chandelier and fireplace were lovely. The room was a deluxe twin, spacious with a balcony. The bath had three types, including an indoor bath with slightly brown water and a charming rock open-air bath. Although going down the stairs was a bit scary, the large rock bath was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the plan included breakfast, but overall it felt a bit lonely, with the omelet and bread being dry and hard. The Eggs Benedict, exclusive to Diamond members, took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, and by the time it came, I had forgotten about it and couldn't eat it. The lobby and entrance were lovely, but the carpet at the elevator landing on the guest room floor was slightly curled up, and I almost tripped. I really liked the bath, so I would like to visit again.

    A healing Hotel in the ranch

    The spacious design of the room, the deliciousness of the room service steak, and the quality of the Onsen helped me to relieve the fatigue of the year-end and New Year holidays. It is a hotel that makes you forget the time. The reason for the 3 in service is that the conversation with the service staff when we arrived at the entrance and the guidance to the parking lot were a bit disappointing. Other than that, the front desk staff and the person who delivered the room service were friendly and nice.

    Open-air bath

    Thank you for your hospitality on November 26th. We arrived early, but since the Room was already cleaned, we were able to check in. Our Room was on the same floor as the large public bath, which had towels in various sizes, and the latest shower heads and hairdryers. This was our first time staying, and we were comfortable in the Japanese-style Room. We had ordered the pork steak Plan for dinner, but unfortunately, due to a toothache, I couldn't finish it. However, we were very satisfied with the freshly made pasta and the Western, Chinese, and Japanese buffet. There was bread, but no butter. However, there was butter available at the breakfast buffet. We preferred the breakfast menu, which made us want to order cheese, ham, and wine. Being able to wear the in-house attire to the dining area made us feel like we were truly on vacation. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The staff, especially the person whose nationality I forgot to ask, was efficient and had a wonderful smile. Thank you very much.

    The air conditioning was not working. There was nothing I found delicious in the food.

    The air conditioning was not working. Even though it was a hot season with the door closed, the air conditioning did not work, and only the heating was on. We couldn't sleep with the window open, and the Room became like a sauna. Everyone fell ill. As for the food, there were no condiments placed near the tasteless dishes, and the fried foods at the buffet were dry, with vegetable stems mixed in, which was quite unacceptable. The breakfast omelet had bacon flakes added, but since it was not properly crumbled during the replacement, it was in chunks and too salty to eat. I think Hotel meals are one of the pleasures, but there were no delicious or luxurious items, which was disappointing. The staff's response was not bad, but... I thought you would understand well if you stayed once.
