    The exterior and location are excellent.

    The majestic building that catches your eye as soon as you arrive at the station is truly impressive. Even if you arrive in the morning, you can conveniently leave your luggage and directly enter Huis Ten Bosch via a canal cruise from the hotel. Re-entry is allowed, so after taking a short break at the hotel, you can enjoy yourself leisurely until closing time. As a hotel for enjoying Huis Ten Bosch, it is perfect. However, since many guests follow a similar schedule, the large public bath becomes very crowded after closing time (not sure if this only happens on weekends). The breakfast restaurant was also quite full even around 7 AM. The local dishes like sea bream chazuke in the buffet were delightful.

    I want to come back!

    Although the weather was unfortunate, the Hotel was excellent. We chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and not only was the food delicious, but the staff's service was also outstanding. I have loved The Okura in Toranomon since I was young, and the staff here were equally pleasant and accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay!

    Very good Hotel.

    Directly connected to Huis Ten Bosch, the accommodation also features an on-site convenience store, making it very convenient. Additionally, the hotel includes an Onsen, which is a great advantage as other accommodations within Huis Ten Bosch require a bus ride just to enjoy a bath. This makes this hotel particularly recommended for families with small children. The beds were single-sized but had a comfortable firmness and could be moved together to prevent children from falling off. We did not dine at the accommodation since meals are available within Huis Ten Bosch, which allowed us to stay at a more affordable rate. We definitely plan to visit again. It would have been perfect if parking for guests was free of charge.

    Poor-quality dinner buffet

    The breakfast buffet was barely acceptable, but the dinner buffet was disappointing for the price. The ingredients were not of high quality, and the worst part was the slow preparation of sushi. The toppings were mediocre, not particularly tasty, and it’s unclear why they made such a show of serving it.

    Mother's birthday surprise was a great success!

    The hospitality, service, meals, and room were all absolutely perfect. The surprise room upgrade and the adorable bear-themed welcome made it an unforgettable day. It was also a great learning experience in hospitality. Thank you so much for a heartwarming and wonderful day!

    Spring Tulip Viewing

    I have stayed at Hotel Okura several times and have always been satisfied with its affordability and the variety of buffet options. While I mainly go out for off-track betting, the spacious rooms and excellent service provide hospitality that exceeds the price. The convenience of having a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor is also a great feature. I enjoy being able to easily purchase sports newspapers and spend time in my room enjoying morning room service. In the past, I rotated between Hotel Europe, Hotel Amsterdam, and Hotel Okura, but considering the quality of the buffet, I now prefer Hotel Okura. I look forward to staying again during my next horse racing trip!

    I will stay again!

    The hotel's shuttle service was very convenient, and the driver was humorous, making the ride enjoyable from the start. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a lovely floral fragrance and a luxurious atmosphere that felt extraordinary. The room was impeccably maintained, showing no signs of age, and it was very comfortable. The staff were kind and polite, with greetings that matched the quality of top Disney hotels I often stay at. The exclusive cruise for hotel guests was wonderful, and breakfast at Kissuitei restaurant was absolutely delicious. It became such a memorable experience! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Huis Ten Bosch!

    Used for entry to Huis Ten Bosch.

    We chose this Hotel over the ones inside Huis Ten Bosch, and it was the perfect decision. The convenience of accessing Huis Ten Bosch's entrance directly through the convenience store inside the Hotel was excellent. Plus, being able to buy various items at the store on our way back and bring them to our Room was very helpful. As expected from Okura, the Hotel had a solid and clean design. Moreover, there is even an Onsen available. Although it was a bit crowded at times, we appreciated how kind and attentive the staff were. We stayed in a triple Room at a great value, and it felt spacious without any sense of tightness. If we visit Huis Ten Bosch again in the future, we would definitely choose this place again!

    Large-scale near the station

    I traveled from Hakata on the Huis Ten Bosch Limited Express, and soon there was an announcement on the train. The view of the Hotel from the window was breathtaking. It is convenient to board a ship to Huis Ten Bosch directly from within the Hotel. We were a group of five women, and our Room was spacious and clean. We also used the Onsen, but even the bath in our Room was large and enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, which left us satisfied. Thank you to all the staff; it became a wonderful memory for us.

    One Person Huis Ten Bosch

    Although it is located outside the park, it is a Hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the station, and I find the staff's service to be pleasant. As expected from the Okura brand, the buffet is also satisfying, and I have used it during lunch. Above all, I consider the reasonable rates to be attractive. The Hotel also has an attached convenience store, making it a recommended choice for its convenience. I will use it again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The Best 60th Birthday Trip

    I made a reservation for a connecting room on the 11th floor, fully prepared 10 months in advance. The adjacent rooms are connected by an inner door, allowing four people to move freely and enjoy each other's company. It was unfortunate that the women's open-air bath was under construction, but it turned out to be the best 60th birthday trip. I recommend it for groups.

    The room had a great...

    The room had a great view, and I was soothed by the sight of the Wassenaar villas and the sea beyond. It was a wonderful experience to be able to take a boat from in front of the hotel to the park. Unfortunately, there was no mirror in the guest room. I thought it would be nice to have a mirror on the desk for doing makeup in the morning. Also, for a room of this level, I would prefer the bath and toilet to be separate. The hotel staff, including those at the front desk and restaurant, were all pleasant, and overall it was a satisfying stay.

    Enjoy Huis Ten Bosch

    The rooms are spacious and more comfortable than the hotels within the park. If you have a park view, you can overlook Huis Ten Bosch. It's nice to have a natural Onsen, but it can get very crowded at certain times. It's a pity that only the buffet is open for lunch. The breakfast was a cost-effective buffet with typical Okura-style dishes, which was very satisfying. Access to the airport and JR is also very good, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Huis Ten Bosch next time.

    The view from the Room was wonderful.

    Since it was my first visit to Huis Ten Bosch, I reserved a park view room. The view from the room's window was more spectacular than expected, and I was able to enjoy the feeling of being in a foreign country. With a ticket that allowed entry to Huis Ten Bosch from 3 PM, I entered Huis Ten Bosch using the canal cruiser from the pier in front of the hotel, so I was also able to enjoy the waterwheels and Western-style buildings viewed from the waterways. The hotel staff were kind and courteous, leaving a very good impression. It is a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Huis Ten Bosch.

    A leisurely and relaxing trip for adults

    I have been using this hotel every 2 or 3 years, and I am always healed by the spaciousness of the hotel facilities, the view from the room, and the hot springs. Huis Ten Bosch has been changing from a facility that adults enjoy to one that children enjoy, and it is disappointing that the enjoyment for adults to walk around leisurely has decreased.
