    Everything was very ...

    Everything was very good, except that there was no explanation about the amenities at the front desk, so I only realized in my Room that there was no soap, which was a bit inconvenient. All of the breakfast bread was delicious! There is a convenience store inside the Hotel, which is very convenient.

    Thank you for your help when my flight was canceled.

    My flight was canceled, and I stayed for one night. I’ve visited many times in January, but this was my first cancellation, so I was half panicking—rushing to arrange an alternative flight and a Hotel, contacting my workplace, and dealing with everything at once. I was exhausted, but the moment I stepped into the Hotel, a calm and comfortable atmosphere opened up so much that I immediately thought, “It was a bit expensive, but I’m glad I chose this Hotel.” I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but they kindly accommodated me, and I could finally take a breath. The corridor to the Room had restaurants, a bar, and a convenience store along the way, with stylish design touches that made it enjoyable just walking through. The Room was wonderful: through the large window I could see the snowy courtyard view. The bright interior colors felt relaxing as well. The bathroom had a separate washing area; the vanity space was spacious and easy to use with an illuminated magnifying mirror. The in-room counter desk also had convenient lighting, mirrors, and power outlets—perfect for laptop work or writing. There was even a cute sofa and table. It really was a lovely Room. During snow season there is also an airport shuttle bus starting from 6:00 AM, which helped me so much. The station isn’t far away, but not having to travel on snowy roads before sunrise was truly appreciated—and since I worried about possible train delays or stoppages as well, having a reliable way to get there gave me peace of mind. Since Reservation is required for the shuttle bus service, I recommend making sure you book it at check-in so you don’t forget. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and AEON is right next door too—very convenient overall. Even though my flight cancellation really threw me off balance, all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

    I slept well.

    At home, I usually wake up with lower back pain, but I was fine here.\nI slept very well.\nWhen I arrived at night, there were quite a few staff members, which felt a little awkward—but it’s not a big deal.

    Recommended for use near Chitose.

    It was a bit disappointing that no one came out to assist us at the entrance during check-in until we called out, but overall, it was a good experience. The location is convenient as it is close to the station, and the dinner was delicious. I would like to stay here again. However, the toilet in the guest room made a persistent buzzing noise, so it might be worth inspecting.

    Pre-stay

    Due to an early morning flight the next day, we opted for a No Meals Included Plan this time. Thanks to the room upgrade, we were able to relax comfortably. Next time, we would like to choose a plan with breakfast included. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Last time it was a perfect score, but this time it's one star less.

    Last time, you persistently called about arranging a morning taxi and managed to arrange reservations for two taxis. However, this time, even though I was able to request two taxis with full effort last time, the request for one taxi reservation was quickly given up on. I was told to arrange it via an app like GO or that there might be one parked at the entrance... As a result, when I requested again at the front desk early in the morning, they could only talk about one place but couldn't arrange it and gave up. In the end, GO kept saying there were no vehicles available and couldn't be used. I tried to pick up a taxi on the main road outside but couldn't find one. Fortunately, I caught a taxi that arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes later and headed to the airport. (This time it was an emergency stay due to runway closure from heavy snow, but both the airline and hotel let me down!!)

    I arrived late, but

    The arrangement for a taxi the next morning was completed after persistently making phone calls. Additionally, the furnishings in the Room were adequately equipped, and the breakfast was full of local ingredients, which we enjoyed.

    The Hotel is in a great location, the Room is very clean, and there is a delicious soup and curry shop across the street. The Hotel breakfast was surprisingly delicious. It is convenient to stay at as the first destination after arriving at the airport.

    A classic and charming Hotel

    Due to the snow, my flight was delayed, and I arrived late at night, but the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Although the hotel is close to the airport, it was a bit challenging to walk for almost 10 minutes from the station to the hotel in the snow with a suitcase. It's not directly connected to the station, and there are few taxis, so be cautious about that. The main building where I stayed had old facilities, including the room, but it was clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom in the room had a drainage issue, as it got clogged after washing my hair once, and I had to clean it myself, which was a bit unpleasant. The faucets were also stiff and required some effort to operate. In Tokyo, most hotels have newer facilities, and perhaps I had too high expectations because it's part of the ANA group. I had a breakfast-included plan and enjoyed the buffet. It wasn't particularly delicious, but having crab miso soup was a nice touch that felt very Hokkaido-like. There was also a "Namara Don" corner where I had some sashimi, but the variety wasn't extensive, so if you want seafood, it might be better to go to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Additionally, they forgot to provide a hand towel initially, and I had to remind them, and the staff who first guided me to the table was joking with other staff over the intercom while walking, which was not very professional. Unlike the front desk staff, the impression of the buffet staff was not very good. It was nice that the checkout time was at 11 AM, allowing for a leisurely departure.

    Despite arriving late at night, the Room and other arrangements were well-considered, allowing us to have a very pleasant time during our short stay. There was an incident where someone else sat at the table we were guided to for breakfast, but it was quickly resolved, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. However, regarding the amenities, some items were only provided in single quantities. It would be appreciated if they could be set up for the number of guests from the beginning, if possible.

    Namara Don

    Breakfast starts at 5:30. The Namara Don is delicious. There are many restaurants around the Hotel, and there is also an Aeon, which is convenient.

    The service was terrible.

    Used after a business trip. When I checked in and entered the room, I was led to a room that had not been cleaned. When I went down to the front desk, there was no particular apology, and I was told to use a different room. I felt that they were not just failing as hotel staff, but as people. Reluctantly heading to the new room, I found it was upgraded to a much larger one than the previous room. I understand the sentiment, but don't they feel anything about the fact that there are people who pay the original price to stay in this room type? I made the reservation with peace of mind because it was ANA, but I am disappointed. I will never use it again.

    Air Conditioning and Services

    In the new building, the air conditioner did not work when turned on. Upon checking with the front desk, I was informed that it takes about 30 minutes to start after switching it on, and if any settings (such as temperature) are changed, it takes an additional 30 minutes from there. I contacted the front desk about three times by phone, but the response felt indifferent.

    The transfer from Chitose was a bit more challenging than expected.

    Close to Chitose Airport! That's what I thought when I made the reservation, but it's quite far as you have to walk past Aeon to the station, wait at the station, and then take a train from the station. Based on this feedback: - At check-in: Get a ride after returning the rental car - At check-out: Take a taxi to the airport. With this, it was still manageable. For those who need a hotel near Chitose Station, choosing an airport hotel might be a good option. However, there are also advantages. As expected from ANA, it has a luxurious feel, and the room's bath is spacious and nice. Furthermore, the adjacent Aeon is quite impressive. The fresh fish section is quite high-level, and there's a Rokkatei (small but has a variety). I visited various supermarkets in Hokkaido, but the supermarkets near Chitose Airport were overwhelmingly superior in terms of fresh fish. The shops at Chitose Airport feel like a huge product exhibition, so if you want to experience a local vibe, it might be recommended.

    It was far.

    I intended to choose a place near the airport for my flight the next morning, but although it was only two stations away, it was far from Chitose Station, and there was no limousine bus available. The sidewalk was not suitable for walking with a carry-on. Since it was a new building, it was a bit far from the reception, but it was convenient because the breakfast restaurant was right there when I got off the elevator. I chose the Room for its size, so I was able to relax. The breakfast had a limited variety, but they made omelets right in front of us, which my daughter loved. I think it was good in terms of taste as well. The disappointing part was... I love Japanese food and always eat grilled fish, but I was surprised by the number of small bones. I've had many breakfasts, but this was the first time. I didn't want to leave it unfinished, but it was impossible. It was a hassle to have to go to the reception for check-out. I waited just to hand over the card key and hear "Thank you very much." Being used to a more streamlined process, it felt like a waste of time.

    It was comfortable.

    I had a very comfortable stay. Above all, I was pleased that the sheets were not musty and felt smooth. Even in high-class hotels, sheets can often be musty, but there was none of that here, and I was able to sleep comfortably. The only disappointment was the lack of a deodorizing spray for clothes. I had dinner at Shikotsu. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

    Used for the Select Sale

    I used this hotel to attend the Northern Select Sale. During this period, it's difficult to book a room at any hotel due to the sale attendees, and prices are generally high, but this hotel was still reasonably priced. Since I had an early morning flight the next day, I requested a taxi to the airport, and they handled it courteously. I will make a reservation early for next year's sale.

    The menu is exactly the same every day. Moreover, it's not tasty. The bread becomes dry and inedible when toasted. I hope for quality improvement. The miso soup and types of bread... it's tiresome for guests staying multiple nights.

    It was far from Chitose Airport.

    I stayed for one night in an Executive Twin room with a dinner and breakfast plan. It's a bit far to walk from Chitose Station. The sidewalks are uneven, making it difficult to move with large luggage like suitcases. It seemed necessary to take a taxi. The shuttle bus service was suspended, and a taxi ride costs just under 3,000 yen, so it seemed challenging to use this hotel for a stay before or after a flight at Chitose Airport. The Executive Twin room was in the new building, so it was new and clean. It was 33 square meters, which was just right for one person, but it felt a bit cramped for two people. Although the Executive Twin is considered a higher-tier room, the quality of amenities was low, akin to a business hotel, due to cost-cutting measures under the name of SDG, which was disappointing. The bath amenities were large fixed bottles, and the coffee was instant powder. For a room of this level, a coffee maker or at least drip coffee packs would have been appreciated. As for the view, I stayed on the 6th floor, and it was just Aeon in front with airplanes visible in the distance. For dinner, I had the "Hana Course," which is worth about 15,000 yen, at the robatayaki "Shikotsu." The service was good, but the crucial part, the food, was lacking. The seasoning was either too strong or too weak, which was not to my taste. I thought ordering à la carte might have been better. Breakfast was at the restaurant "Haskap The Garden," and it was nice that it opened early at 5:30. However, the selection felt limited and the content was simple. The lids of the iron pots were very heavy, and I was concerned whether women could open them. I felt disappointed because my expectations were high.

    Breakfast

    I use this place regularly, but despite my requests, there have been no improvements. The breakfast menu is exactly the same every day. Not a single item changes. As guests staying for consecutive nights, we are very disappointed. Even the variety of bread remains unchanged.

    The bath is separate and comfortable.

    I used this place because I had to go to New Chitose early the next morning. It was a shame that the shuttle bus service was suspended, but the bath was completely separated from the toilet, making it very comfortable. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a variety, which made me happy. When I contacted the front desk for something I wanted brought to my room, their response was excellent as expected.

    City hotel near Chitose

    Consistent ANA-affiliated Crowne Plaza; the hotel lobby, rooms, furniture, amenities, and everything else provided a sense of reliability. I intend to use it again for my next stay in Chitose.
