ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose

Everything was very good, except that there was no explanation about the amenities at the front desk, so I only realized in my Room that there was no soap, which was a bit inconvenient. All of the breakfast bread was delicious! There is a convenience store inside the Hotel, which is very convenient.

My flight was canceled, and I stayed for one night. I’ve visited many times in January, but this was my first cancellation, so I was half panicking—rushing to arrange an alternative flight and a Hotel, contacting my workplace, and dealing with everything at once. I was exhausted, but the moment I stepped into the Hotel, a calm and comfortable atmosphere opened up so much that I immediately thought, “It was a bit expensive, but I’m glad I chose this Hotel.” I arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but they kindly accommodated me, and I could finally take a breath. The corridor to the Room had restaurants, a bar, and a convenience store along the way, with stylish design touches that made it enjoyable just walking through. The Room was wonderful: through the large window I could see the snowy courtyard view. The bright interior colors felt relaxing as well. The bathroom had a separate washing area; the vanity space was spacious and easy to use with an illuminated magnifying mirror. The in-room counter desk also had convenient lighting, mirrors, and power outlets—perfect for laptop work or writing. There was even a cute sofa and table. It really was a lovely Room. During snow season there is also an airport shuttle bus starting from 6:00 AM, which helped me so much. The station isn’t far away, but not having to travel on snowy roads before sunrise was truly appreciated—and since I worried about possible train delays or stoppages as well, having a reliable way to get there gave me peace of mind. Since Reservation is required for the shuttle bus service, I recommend making sure you book it at check-in so you don’t forget. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and AEON is right next door too—very convenient overall. Even though my flight cancellation really threw me off balance, all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you very much.
