    Satisfied.

    I stayed here to attend a nearby event. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations as there weren't many other options, but the Room was spacious, free of cigarette smell, and the bathroom area was clean, which made me satisfied. It’s understandable due to fewer guests, but I would have been happy if the bar had been open.

    This is a location where finding dinner options can be challenging.

    Located in the mountains, this is a quiet and secluded place. The facility feels dim and lacks energy as there are few people inside. The room was a spacious twin room used for single occupancy, equipped with a humidifier, which was appreciated. However, the building facilities are old. As expected of Okura's service, the staff provided excellent and refined hospitality. However, being in the mountains means limited restaurant options; within the facility itself, only Camellia on the 1st floor is available. Although there are three restaurants offering Chinese and Japanese cuisine among others, reservations must be made before check-in to avoid restrictions on dining at even one café-restaurant or becoming stranded for dinner options. I had dinner at Camellia on the 1st floor: Hamburger steak ¥2,700 and one glass of wine ¥1,000 felt expensive.

    I wonder if it's worth the price.

    I could hear talking and noise from the neighboring Room at bedtime, but it wasn't to the extent that I couldn't sleep. I couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature, but it was just right, not too hot or too cold.

    The building is old, but the service maintains the level of Okura.

    Due to traveling with a pet, we had a lot of luggage, but it was helpful that the porter carried it to the room at check-in and to the car at check-out. However, points were deducted for not providing etiquette bags for dogs. The dog run was private, and there were enough walking courses, so I felt comfortable bringing my pet. Despite being relatively empty due to the day of the week, I wondered why they placed guests in the adjacent room. The neighbors talked late into the night, which disturbed both me and my pet's sleep; perhaps because of thin walls. The washroom, bath, shower room, and toilet are combined into one room but are quite spacious with a door on the toilet allowing each Facility to be used comfortably. We chose Chinese cuisine for dinner; as expected from Momokarin's taste (Momokarin), it was very delicious. Unfortunately, there was considerably less shark fin than what was listed on their website. Next time I would like to try French cuisine.

    I was reminded once again that it is a wonderful place to visit at any time.

    I have visited several times before and stayed again after a long time, and I felt once again that it is a truly wonderful hotel. It is located in a calm and quiet environment, but not only the outside, the air inside the facility, pleasant service, and delicious breakfast were all very satisfying. Next time, I would like to enjoy a little more leisurely with a Multiple Night Stay. There are absolutely no negative points. Thank you very much.

    If there is a large public bath...

    Thank you for your hospitality, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness. I was able to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Thank you for taking care of me.

    Comfortable rooms!

    I stayed for two nights. Upon arrival by car, I was immediately greeted by the staff who kindly loaded my luggage onto a cart, for which I am grateful! Since I had informed them of my check-in time in advance, a male staff member approached me inside the building and asked, "Are you Mr./Ms. ○○?" and guided me to the front desk. Such attentiveness captures the hearts of guests and leaves a good impression of the Hotel. I was also truly impressed by the big surprise of presenting a bed for my dog. It reminded me of my days working as a hotel staff member. Recently, many guest rooms and interiors have become modern, but I love the antique-style retro atmosphere. Next time, I would like to visit in the summer. Thank you very much.

    A hotel where you can spend time quietly!

    This time, my husband stayed for two nights. He seemed to have been able to spend his time warmly in a sunlit Room. He said it was the perfect Hotel for relaxing without going out much. There is no shop, but drinks (tea, coffee, mineral water) are provided, so there is no inconvenience. There are also vending machines and an ice maker in the building. The breakfast and dinner were also delicious. There is a gym and a pool, so it would be perfect if there was a large public bath.

    A comfortable Room for dogs too!

    We stayed for two nights on our first trip with our dog. The Room was very spacious, and we were impressed. All the amenities for dogs (including dishwashing detergent) were provided, so we only needed to use the wide sheets we brought. The cage was also very spacious and comfortable for our dog. The guest Room was clean, and we were delighted to find cassette coffee, tea, and mineral water available. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower booth, which was convenient, but it was a pity that there was no shower curtain for the bathtub. I thought the towels could have been a bit softer. Perhaps because it was the off-season, there were few people, and there was no shop, which felt a bit lonely, but we were very satisfied with the solid construction and the guest Room. The road was covered with greenery all around, and although the narrow road was a bit scary, it was a very enjoyable trip. At check-in, we were even given a bed for our dog as a gift, and I thought the service of Okura (Okura) was excellent. It's a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again!

    This is my second time using it, and it's still amazing!

    We stayed here to enjoy tennis with the family, as there is a tennis court. This is our second time using this property, and as expected, it is wonderful! Just over an hour from Tokyo, we were able to relax in a hotel decorated with Christmas ornaments in a naturally rich and quiet environment. We enjoyed tennis, had a light meal while admiring the beautiful garden in the lounge, relaxed in a spacious and clean room, and for dinner, we all enjoyed takeout from the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. The next morning, after working up a sweat playing tennis early, we enjoyed a breakfast with a wide variety of menu options. It was a very satisfying weekend. The staff continued to provide kind and courteous hospitality. Thank you very much!

    This is my second time using this service. I truly appreciate the excellent management and high level of hospitality of the Okura group. My brother, who accompanied me, was also very pleased. I will use this service again.
