    Accommodation on March 8

    This was my first stay at the accommodation, and I was very satisfied. The Accommodation Fee was reasonable, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfect. Everyone was amazed at the quality of the meals for this price. However, there was one unpleasant experience: the person making omelets during breakfast did not greet us or respond when we asked for four omelets for our group of four. Aside from that, everything else deserves full marks.

    Teppanyaki KEYAKI Meals

    The meal at Teppanyaki KEYAKI was excellent. The spacious Room, which was more than enough for a large group, offered a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. Perhaps because the Hotel is large, the bath was somewhat crowded no matter what time we went. It was disappointing that the washing area was not immediately available.

    We stayed with a fam...

    We stayed with a family of 10. Since it was a buffet style, everyone from adults to children could enjoy it. A birthday commemorative plate was prepared for me and my son, who were born in January. The view of Mt. Fuji before dawn from the hotel room was very beautiful. I forgot my favorite Tsuge comb at the hotel, but when I inquired, they sent it to me immediately. Thank you for your hospitality.

    As per the review

    The bathroom is slippery. Room cleaning is inadequate. Despite clear indications of areas needing improvement, no action has been taken, which is very disappointing. Dining with slippers is impossible. There are many unhygienic spots. For a hotel meant for special occasions, the hospitality is insufficient. I will not use this Hotel again, but I believe more attention should be paid to user feedback.

    It was amazing!

    We used the plan to relax in the room from 12 to 17 for a girls' year-end party. The front desk staff were consistently pleasant, and when we asked if we could borrow plates and cutlery, they set them up in the room for us. The room was a spacious Japanese-style room, and from the window, we could see the sunlit Mt. Fuji. We quickly changed into yukata and enjoyed a girls' party with delicious Koshu wine and food we brought from Kofu Station, which was the ultimate happiness. Around 3 PM, we went to the bath, and there were hardly any other guests in the two large indoor baths and the open-air bath. The water temperature was just right, and the scent of the Onsen was soothing. The open-air bath had floating autumn leaves, making it a wonderful bath that seemed like a staged scene. We relaxed too much, and when we returned to the room, it was already past 4 PM. Fun times are short. My friends were delighted, saying, "We can come here every year!" and "I can recommend this place to my friends!" As the organizer, it was a big hit, and I was very grateful for the day. Thank you for taking care of us. We will definitely come again.

    The breakfast buffet was good, but...

    We enjoyed a breakfast buffet on the 14th floor, the top floor. The venue offers a panoramic view of Mount Fuji and the Kofu Basin, is spacious and clean, and the food is delicious with a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. My accompanying grandchild even had a second helping of the omelet (open kitchen). However, one concern was that a floor staff member (a young woman) was wearing high-heeled shoes while working. During breakfast, staff need to move around the floor for guidance and clearing tables, so high heels seem mismatched (perhaps acceptable for a dinner buffet). As expected, while clearing tables, she lost her balance and dropped a glass, breaking it. Additionally, at check-in, I needed to wash some dirty clothes, and upon consulting the front desk, I was directed to a "coin laundry" at the shopping mall across the street. It was very helpful as I could wash and dry my clothes in about an hour.

    A Hotel conveniently located a short distance from Kofu Station

    Since it was a corner Room on a high floor, I was expecting a view of Mt. Fuji from Yamanashi, but the next morning it was cloudy and I could only see the top half. Breakfast was buffet style, and it seemed that omelets were popular, as there was a line. However, I noticed several people ordering two plates each, which made the wait longer, and I wondered if this was appropriate. Wouldn't it be better to limit it to one plate per person to reduce waiting time? Also, I appreciate the female staff member who ran to inform me when the taxi I had requested arrived, even though I was in a distant part of the lobby. Thank you very much.

    It would be better to do something about the bath.

    The room was clean and the view was fantastic. I thought it would be nice if the breakfast buffet had a bit more variety. However, if I were to prioritize improvements, it would be the bath. There were two indoor baths and one open-air bath, but both indoor baths were too lukewarm to enter. (You'll catch a cold) The only good temperature was the open-air bath, but the outside air was cold, so both at night and in the morning, we took turns with other guests to use only the open-air bath. And to top it off, the mirror was so stained with water spots that it was hard to see. You can clean it with lemon peel, so the older staff who are pointlessly helping with the morning checkout machine should prioritize cleaning the bath. The bath is important! (The Hot Spring Tax can be collected at check-in, just insert the card and it's done) It's understandable that the photos of the bath differ from reality due to aging, but maintenance can be done. I hope the staff will actually try it out and come up with improvement ideas.

    The meals and Onsen are wonderful.

    The meals (breakfast) and Onsen were wonderful. However, there were stains from spilled drinks stuck on the wide window sill, which was unpleasant. It was hidden by the curtain and might have been overlooked during cleaning, which was a bit disappointing.

    It was good.

    Stayed without meals, and since check-in and check-out were done by machines, I didn't interact with the hotel staff at all. However, considering the price, the facilities were very good. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, but everything else was fine. I could see efforts to keep things clean in various places. So, I didn't feel uncomfortable. Just wondering if the toilet was properly wiped down to the floor? There was a smell. The building itself isn't new, but it's impressive and I think it's good. I was satisfied with the low price, but I feel that if some things were improved, it could become an even better hotel. It felt a bit like a missed opportunity.
