    A Gift Trip for Parents

    I always use this accommodation when returning to Japan. This time, I used it as a gift trip for my daughter, who was on a short stay, and my parents to celebrate Valentine's Day. We chose the dinner and onsen plan with Japanese cuisine. They were very satisfied with the dishes made from plenty of seasonal ingredients. The outdoor onsen bath had reopened, which was also wonderful. Thank you for upgrading our room as well. My daughter had a flight the next day and stayed in a separate room, making her stay very comfortable. To all the staff, thank you for your always heartwarming hospitality!

    The walls are thin, possibly due to the building's age.

    Due to the time difference, some foreigners were making noise late at night. The walls seemed thin as I could hear everything clearly and couldn't sleep due to the rumbling sounds.

    Disappointed...

    The reviews were good, so I had high expectations... Even though we stayed as a group of four, only amenities for two were provided. We were told the onsen required an additional fee and only accepted cash, but after exchanging money, we found out it could be charged to the room. The front desk service was poor and left us feeling disappointed. However, the breakfast was varied and delicious.

    Feel the Healing Atmosphere

    I always visit because of the Onsen. Ideally, I would like to stay from Sunday to Monday, but since the Onsen is closed on Mondays and I can't enjoy a morning bath, I have no choice but to adjust my schedule. However, my husband finds it difficult to take two weekdays off and isn't very enthusiastic about it. While I understand there may be maintenance or staff scheduling issues, could you consider keeping the Onsen open without closing? Additionally, if it could stay open until midnight at night, it would be convenient for those arriving on late-night flights. It's a shame that facilities like the currently unused observation lounge aren't being utilized more effectively for creating wonderful plans. I truly love this Hotel and hope you will consider these suggestions!

    Overnight Stay Before an International Trip

    I stayed in a Comfort Twin (Main Building) with breakfast included, aiming for the 10-day free parking (haha). Years ago, I stayed here when it was under the View Hotel name, and I was surprised to see how much it has improved since then. First of all, the breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the Onsen was also a wonderful feature. Additionally, having a convenience store inside the Hotel was a big plus. The only downside was the airport Shuttle Service. Perhaps it was due to the busy season, but on the way to the airport, we barely managed to get on as the last two passengers. On the way back, we waited 30 minutes at the airport, but most people couldn’t get on the bus. (I was at the front of the line, so I managed to get on, but more than 10 people were left behind. I think it’s not ideal for most of the waiting passengers to be unable to board.) Overall, it was a great stay.

    Satisfaction

    I stayed on the 10th floor of the main building. The room was conveniently located right by the elevator, making every move easy. Next time, I would like to stay with a plan that offers a view of the airport. Inside the room, conversations from the hallway were quite audible, but other than that, it was quiet and I slept well. Also, due to the structure, when opening the curtains, the window of the next room is visible, so I tried not to get too close to the window to avoid eye contact while in my underwear. There were no free drinks in the refrigerator, but the nearby vending machine was reassuring. The onsen and breakfast venue were excellent and I really liked them. The clientele seemed to be about 40% Japanese and 60% foreigners, but there was no impression of any ill-mannered guests. Despite the low price, there were plenty of satisfying points, making it my favorite hotel in the Narita area. The staff were efficient, allowing for a smooth check-in and check-out. *The photo is of the courtyard on B1, where steam was rising, possibly due to geothermal heat from the natural onsen.

    I stayed in a suite....

    I stayed in a suite. I think it would be nice to have bottled water available. The bath area seemed to be crowded during peak hours, as there were no open washing stations, and a few people were standing and waiting. I would like to request improvements in this regard.

    The Onsen was excellent.

    I used the Property for accommodation after returning from overseas, and I was very satisfied with soaking in the Onsen for the first time in a while, and there was also an open-air bath. The staff responded politely. However, there was a point of concern that I would like to mention. The shuttle bus arrived 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in, and the lobby was crowded with guests waiting to check in one after another, but we were told to wait. Check-in started at 3:00 PM regardless of guests who had been waiting early or those who came in later. A long line formed at the front desk, and I was finally able to enter the Room around 3:30 PM. After a long flight and jet lag, I wanted to enter the Room as soon as possible... Is there no measure such as distributing numbered tickets? That was the only disappointing point.

    Onsen is...

    I am a repeat visitor. It's convenient to reach from Tokyo and reasonably priced, so I find it very useful! The Deluxe Twin Room is spacious, and depending on the location, you can have a room with an airplane view, which is fantastic. The Onsen is also wonderful, but it seems there have been continuous malfunctions... This time, some of the indoor baths were out of order. Since it's a full-service Hotel in Narita with Onsen facilities as a selling point, I would love to see a major renovation.

    Convenient Hotel

    The free shuttle service to the airport with relatively detailed time settings was very much appreciated. The reception staff were also kind. I was looking forward to using the Onsen, but unfortunately, during my stay, the outdoor bath was under renovation and I couldn't use it, which was disappointing.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for the first shrine visit of the year. It was my first time using the property, but both the facility and the staff were truly wonderful. There were some harsh reviews about the facility, but perhaps it has been renovated, as it was clean and well-maintained. I used the buffet for dinner and breakfast, and the variety of dishes was as good as a high-end restaurant, which was very satisfying. The onsen was comfortable, and I used it many times. It was pleasant. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    The food is excellent!

    I was looking for a Hotel with a large public bath and enjoyable meals, and considering the cost performance, it is a Hotel that is sufficiently satisfying. As mentioned in other people's Reviews, the age of the Hotel is quite noticeable. However, all the staff are very dedicated, making it a very reassuring Hotel. I would like to use it again, so thank you in advance.

    This is my second time using it.

    I used it three months ago to use Narita Airport, and this is my second time using it. I have used the main building both times. Last time, I enjoyed the Onsen, and the proximity of the airplanes was thrilling and exciting. This time, I didn't use the Onsen, but I appreciated the thoughtful upgrade to a twin room with an extra bed. The shuttle bus to the airport is a very helpful service that I use every time! The staff are all pleasant, and having a convenience store is very helpful. I will use it again. Thank you!

    I used this place fo...

    I used this place for an overnight stay due to an early morning flight. The building is a bit old, but it was well-maintained and clean. The staff were kind and attentive. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Cheap and Comfortable

    I used it for the first time. The shuttle bus from the airport took 20-25 minutes as it was during the busy evening hours. It can't be helped as it also stops at another Hotel. The morning bus to the airport took less than 10 minutes. The place feels quite old and you can hear the voices next door, but overall it is quiet. The Room felt very spacious. I had the dinner buffet. There was no time limit, and the variety was abundant, which was very nice.

    I used it for a pre-...

    I used it for a pre-stay. The room I stayed in had new facilities, was equipped with everything necessary, and was comfortable. Additionally, every staff member was cheerful, articulate, and provided attentive service, enhancing the pre-stay experience. They gladly accommodated difficult requests, making it a very satisfying stay. The onsen was spacious and relaxing, and I definitely plan to use it again next time. Thank you, everyone.
