    Excellent!

    We stay here for an overnight stop after traveling abroad. The Onsen is very relaxing, and the meals are exceptionally delicious. The staff are wonderful as well, and it has become our go-to Accommodation after every trip.

    Affordable and great.

    I visited mainly for the Onsen, so I was fairly satisfied. However, it was pouring rain, so I couldn’t enjoy the open-air bath. Why don’t they build a roof? Disappointing.\nI might consider staying again in a different season.

    We stayed mainly for the meals. Bold Kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants. We enjoyed dinner and the morning buffet.

    Aging and deterioration

    I stayed here for one night before my trip. The Onsen Facility is well equipped, but the Room was in an annex away from the main building and felt quite dated. There was only one key for the Room, which was inconvenient when sharing with two people.

    I stayed mainly for the Onsen, but I didn’t enjoy it much. It was disappointing because people were using hair dryers at the sinks, and the lockers were extremely crowded. The elevator to the Onsen was convenient. The water temperature was just right. I wish I could have checked how crowded the Onsen was from my Room.

    This was my second stay.

    As someone living overseas, I really appreciate being able to use the Onsen when I return to Japan temporarily. This time, I was assigned to the older building. Everything felt old—the elevator, the Room bathroom, and even the wiring. It seemed like foreign guests were prioritized for the newer, nicer building, but there were some advantages: it was very quiet, and it was relatively easy to get to the Onsen area. The front desk staff—both Japanese and non-Japanese—were very pleasant.

    We enjoyed a relaxing stay nearby. We were surprised that the AC controls were on the ceiling.

    The bathroom and kitchen areas are dirty.

    It was a garden-side Room. Since it was on the first floor, it was nice to be able to step out into the garden, but the Room had a strong musty smell, and the unit bath was covered in mold, so I hesitated to use it. My husband went to the Onsen and said it was good, though there was an extra charge, but the bath in the Room was very dirty. Breakfast was lavish and delicious.

    The breakfast was good, but the Room felt outdated.

    It seems the Room grade differs between the annex and the main building. This time, I booked without realizing it and ended up in an annex Room. The entrance door to the Room is quite old—it's almost surprising that it still works with a key card. The Room itself has been renovated and was fine, but the bathroom clearly shows its age. The bathtub surface was peeling, the caulking in the corners of the tiled floor had discolored, and the sink felt very dated. Given the condition of the Room, I didn’t expect much—but surprisingly, breakfast was excellent. The coffee was great, the salad vegetables were fresh, and the scrambled eggs were perfectly creamy. There were even dessert cakes, which made me very satisfied. When you weigh how good breakfast was against the condition of the Room, it comes out slightly positive overall. I’d like to stay here again when traveling abroad—next time in a main building Room.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    With lots of luggage, the Shuttle Service bus from Narita Airport was a huge help. Also, breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Since we were returning from overseas, our whole family was thrilled. We also used the bath and really enjoyed the silky-smooth water and the kettle bath. We would love to stay again when staying overnight near Narita. Thank you very much.

    I’d love to stay here again!

    We had a very enjoyable stay! Even at a low price, the Deluxe Room was spacious and clean, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets offered a great variety. We enjoyed delicious food in a stylish setting. All of the staff were very kind and attentive, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. A Review mentioned that children in diapers are not allowed to use the Onsen and would need to use the in-room unit bath instead, so we brought some bath toys and were still able to enjoy bath time. There was also a convenience store open 24 hours, which made us feel at ease. We felt lucky to receive such wonderful service at this price—honestly, it was amazing! That said, if I may, I have two requests: 1) Please provide one hand towel. In addition to each guest’s bath towels, having one extra hand towel would be very helpful. It’s fine when staying as a family, but when staying with friends it can be awkward after washing hands—whose towel should you use? I would appreciate your consideration. 2) Please offer additional bath towels and toothbrushes for an optional fee. Since Child Sharing Existing Bedding is free, I understand that they may not come with bath towels or toothbrushes. I also understand that not stocking extra items like children’s slippers or yukata helps keep prices low. However, it would be very helpful if you could offer something like: “For Child Sharing Existing Bedding guests who would like a bath towel or toothbrush set, available for an optional fee of XX yen.” Perhaps this service already exists, but I couldn’t find it on your website, so we decided to go without. Sorry for the long message. It was a wonderful Hotel, and we would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

    About the Onsen, Room amenities, and cleaning

    I stayed for one night recently. The front desk staff were pleasant, and check-in was smooth. I did not contact the property during my stay, but there was a leftover razor cover on the Room sink. Both glass cups were very dirty, which surprised me. The Onsen was also unfortunately not in a clean condition.

    The Onsen offered excellent value for money.

    As other Reviews mention, the Facility was old, but it was well maintained. I was especially impressed with the Onsen—my soles felt wonderfully smooth. Breakfast also offered many dishes made with local ingredients, and I was very satisfied. Since I arrived at Narita Airport in the evening, I decided to stay overnight in Narita; the next day I visited Naritasan before heading home. It turned out to be a great itinerary. Next time I arrive at Narita on a late flight, I’d like to stay at Art Hotel again. It was too cold to take a walk in the garden, so next time I’d love to visit during a warmer season.

    Women's Bath Restroom

    There were no slippers in the restroom of the women's public bath, which felt a bit unusual. It would definitely be better to have them!

    The Hotel is old, but the meals are delicious.

    The hotel offers a Shuttle Service from the airport and is a beautiful venue where weddings can also be held. However, it might not be ideal for those who dislike older-style rooms. I was looking for a Hotel with an Onsen, so I was very satisfied. The meals featured a seafood-focused menu, all of which were incredibly delicious, and the staff were kind, making for an enjoyable stay.

    The Onsen was excellent.

    I stayed here after an overseas trip. I was unexpectedly assigned a barrier-free Room, which made me uncomfortable. The toilet was fully visible from the Room when the lights were on, so I ended up using the one on the second floor instead. The Room was clean, but the bathroom area felt slimy and unpleasant. The public bath was nice.

    A Hotel with a reddish Onsen and the full ambiance of airplane landing sounds

    This Hotel offers authentic Onsen experiences at an affordable price. The open-air bath was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after returning to Japan. There is also a convenience store on-site, making it very convenient. The next day, I took a bus to Narita Station and visited Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. A free shuttle bus from the airport to the Hotel is available, providing excellent accessibility. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the Narita Airport area in the future.

    The dinner was an autumn Japanese course, and it was absolutely delicious. The seasoning and ingredients were exceptional, with dishes we had never tasted before. Even my partner, who loves fish, was deeply impressed.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. Although I checked in a bit late, I truly appreciated the courteous service at the front desk and restaurant. The Facility and bath were clean, allowing me to have a comfortable stay, which was highly satisfying. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. As a smoker, I noticed that the smoking area outside had some trash left behind and the enclosure showed signs of wear and dirt; regular cleaning would be greatly appreciated by smokers like myself. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you very much!

    A Hotel in Narita Where You Can Relax and Enjoy Onsen

    I stay here when I go golfing. The Onsen is very relaxing and enjoyable. It would be great to have a TV in the sauna. It would also be nice if the chairs around the open-air bath were upgraded to better ones. A casual and reasonably priced Hotel—I’ll visit again!

    Convenient access to Narita Airport

    I stayed the night before to catch an early morning flight from Narita. The frequent bus services to Narita Airport were very convenient. The staff's hospitality was excellent.

    The front desk service was excellent, but the restaurant staff lacked any sense of hospitality. It felt like they just wanted to finish their work quickly.

    The service was excellent. Reserved with an early bird discount and No Meals Included. The price for a family of three during G.W is amazing! I'm glad we stayed here!

    Hotel with Delicious Breakfast

    We visit every year during this season with four generations of our family. The Onsen is available, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options (especially the peanut-filled tantanmen you can make yourself), which is very satisfying. Additionally, the Room is spacious, and having separate areas for the sink, bath, and toilet is a great convenience. We plan to visit again next year.
