    Returning guest.

    I used it after a long time. I relaxed in the jacuzzi and enjoyed the view from the window. This time, I didn't know in advance, but there was a live performance by a certain artist, and I was lucky to watch fireworks right in front of me. The Room was clean and comfortable. The reason for giving 4 stars is due to poor drainage in the shower booth. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance!

    It was a delightful and elegant experience.

    The Facility is indeed old, but it offers a sense of spaciousness not found in newer Hotels, making it very comfortable. There are four elevators, so you can ride one quickly. The water flow is abundant. Storage space is ample. The staff are pleasant. The lighting design is stylish. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    It was excellent!

    I stayed at the accommodation to have my daughter’s kimono dressing done the next morning. I enjoyed a relaxing check-in at the lovely lounge and was comforted by the spacious and cozy room! The kimono dressing at the beauty salon was quick and meticulous. The staff were very kind, so I would love to stay here again.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Revisit Time and Again

    Thank you for providing a room with the desired view once again. Thanks to the attentive care of the Hotel staff, I had a comfortable stay. I also noticed some improvements in the room's wiring, which had concerned me during my previous stay, showing your efforts. As for breakfast, I understand that charging an additional fee for omelets is a reasonable change considering recent price increases. A few points I found slightly disappointing this time: 1. I mentioned this to the front desk during my stay, but there were noticeable brown stains scattered on the fabric of the bed's headboard. Since it’s close to one’s face, it wasn’t very pleasant. It seemed like splashes from coffee or a similar liquid, and given the age of the property, I believe extra attention to cleanliness is essential. The balance between an aged charm and cleanliness feels delicate here. 2. While the overall concept of "Manhattan residence" is well-executed, I found that compared to other hotels, the bath amenities lacked a sense of luxury and felt more utilitarian. The design and contents of fixed bottles gave off an impression similar to those found in public baths or golf course facilities. While fixed bottles for shampoo and such are acceptable, enhancing their texture, fragrance, and visual appeal could elevate the happiness of spending time in your luxurious view bath even further.

    Excellent hospitality

    A Hotel with outstanding hospitality, which has become rare these days. The staff's attentiveness was excellent. The suite Room also had a wonderful view. The only issue I felt could be improved was that the last order for all restaurants in the Hotel was at 8 PM. Since it is a quiet area without convenience stores nearby, it was inconvenient when checking in late.

    The Room with large windows and a bathtub is very comfortable!

    I noticed a highly-rated hotel near the city center and decided to stay for one night over the weekend. As mentioned in the reviews, from the moment I arrived, the bellman and front desk staff welcomed me smoothly and politely, creating a very pleasant start to my vacation. The top-floor lounge, currently open only on weekends, was lovely and offered both a café experience and stunning views. The room was comfortable, with a bathtub by large windows that provided an open atmosphere for a relaxing soak. I also enjoyed taking a walk to the nearby beach, where I peacefully watched the autumn equinox sunset.

    Luxury like an overseas Hotel

    The hoteliers were wonderful, and I had a very comfortable stay. The classical Room was spacious, cozy, and very relaxing. The marble bathroom included a shower booth, allowing for a leisurely and luxurious bathing experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring freshly made French toast and self-cook waffles, which added to the fun. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Makuhari. Thank you!

    It was great.

    I stayed during the summer festival. The staff's attentiveness, including guiding us to the room, was excellent. The room was clean, and although the bath required manually filling it with water, as noted in the instructions, it filled up very quickly and was extremely convenient. It seemed quite popular and hard to book, but I was lucky to secure a reservation this time. I would love to stay again!

    Event at Makuhari Messe

    I chose this accommodation for my stay during an event in Kaihin Makuhari. It is conveniently located near the station, and the surrounding environment is pleasant. Although the building has aged, it features a luxurious interior, with a particularly impressive marble bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, making this an accommodation I would love to visit again.

    Highly Satisfied

    We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. We made a reservation for a triple room and chose this hotel to enjoy a relaxed morning checkout. Even when we were slightly lost while checking in, the staff immediately assisted us, and they also kindly guided us when we went out shopping. The front desk was very spacious, and the luxury twin room was large with plenty of storage space. The bathroom, in particular, was spacious and very satisfying. An extra bed was provided, which turned out to be much sturdier and wider than expected—another point of satisfaction. Both the restaurant "Originya" and "The Terrace" were comfortable spaces, with the French toast at breakfast being especially delicious. If given the chance, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again!

    A classic Hotel with a sense of hospitality

    It was my first stay, and the staff were generally kind, providing attentive service that was not part of a mass operation for inbound guests, which left a very positive impression. The classic atmosphere reminded me of Okura Tokyo Bay, and I particularly liked the marble-like design around the bathtub. I booked a smoking room as it was the only one available, but the smell of tobacco lingered. Next time, I will book a non-smoking room. The dinner buffet at night was very delicious, and I ended up eating too much after a long time!

    It is a small but elegant and atmospheric hotel. However, cancellations are charged in full regardless of the number of days before your stay. Please note this as sudden changes may occur. Breakfast might be a bit disappointing? With no meals included and if your plans are fixed, it’s a five-star accommodation.

    We have previously used this accommodation for weddings and celebrations. Recently, we stayed for my husband's birthday and dined at Belarus, but the quality of the food has declined compared to before, which was very disappointing. However, the hotel room and staff provided excellent service as always.

    A Hotel with Hospitality

    Stayed with a toddler after visiting Disney. Although we arrived late around 8 PM, both the front desk staff and the Hotel staff who guided us to our Room were polite, calm, and perfectly matched the atmosphere of the Hotel. I really liked their hospitality, the spaciousness of the Hotel, the usability of the Room, and its solid structure. The view from the 20th floor was also excellent. However, there was some noticeable aging in the bathtub area. While it seemed cleaned in terms of plumbing, I was concerned about peeling tiles and stubborn water stains that couldn't be removed.

    Birthday Party.

    Stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday party with my best friend. I was delighted to receive baked sweets as a gift. The check-in process and guidance to the Room were very courteous. Perhaps due to the age of the building, the windows were not very clean, which was a bit disappointing when viewing the night scenery. Dinner was satisfying with generous portions, but the freshly made French toast at breakfast was especially delicious and truly satisfying.

    In conclusion, it was a very lovely hotel that made me want to stay again. When I stayed there once when it was just opened, everything was sparkling. Due to the era's background, only the bubble-like feeling remained in my memory, and time passed without feeling like revisiting... This time, it was my first stay in decades, but thanks to the careful maintenance and cleaning, it had a good sense of aging that matched the original concept. As a fan of classic hotels, whether domestic or international, I tend to choose the old building if there is a new and old building, so it suited my taste very well. Due to the location of Makuhari, it was almost free from the hustle and bustle of inbound tourists during the Spring Festival, offering tranquility. At check-in, I received suggestions about the room, and they listened carefully to my requests, allowing me to spend a relaxing time enjoying the wonderful view. The front desk, bell service, and restaurant each provided attentive service beyond just following the manual, which was very impressive. There were two points of concern. 1. It may be difficult to update the room's electrical system, but the extension cords with too few outlets and a tangle of wires were concerning for safety. Could there be more effort to match the colors or reduce the number of lighting lamps and stands that seem excessive for the room size? 2. The breakfast restaurant being quiet and empty was nice, but due to that silence, the chatter of the staff in the back yard was noticeable. Even if it's friendly communication, it can make the guests feel a bit uncomfortable.

    Reminiscent of the movie "The Shining"

    It was an old but well-maintained Hotel. The entire building is themed around movies, so I can't help but imagine "The Shining" in the long corridors. I requested wine pairing with the full course, and despite not being prepared, they flexibly accommodated us, and the generous pouring of wine into the glasses was much appreciated. It's close to the station and right in front of the outlet, making it perfect for a break from hard work.
