    The staff are highly professional. The facilities are old, but it’s a Hotel built in a great era, and I really like it. I don’t usually leave Reviews, but every front desk staff member I met was so pleasant that it made me happy, so I’m leaving a comment. I stayed expecting a typical business hotel, but it exceeded my expectations in the best way. Next time, I’d like to bring my family too.

    We had a wonderful stay.

    I stayed here while reuniting with an old friend. As soon as I entered the Room, fireworks at Marine Stadium went off, making it feel like a warm welcome. The check-in and guidance were very courteous, and breakfast the next morning was truly delicious. My friend who traveled from far away was also very happy. I will stay here again. Thank you very much, and congratulations on your 35th anniversary!

    The hospitality is excellent, but…

    The staff’s service is excellent, and the hospitality is outstanding, so I have stayed here several times because it is very comfortable. This time was also very comfortable; however, there were about five strands of hair from a previous guest stuck to the inside bathroom door. It’s a Hotel I love and would like to continue staying at, so I hope this can be improved.

    The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth, and I appreciated the careful guidance on the Room amenities and other details. However, the guest room itself felt old, dusty, and had a musty smell. The bedroom lighting was inconvenient as there was only a light next to the bed. The towels were also not fluffy compared with other Hotels—they were stiff. It felt like there has been little investment in Facilities despite aging. In addition, late at night I repeatedly heard loud banging noises and laughter from next door and woke up many times. When I called the front desk, they only said they would “check,” without explaining what they would check or what action they would take, and the call was ended abruptly. Honestly, it felt completely different from how a top-tier Hotel would handle this. Since the price is low, you could say the service is accordingly—but customer service is part of hospitality and needs improvement. Also, sound carried very easily in general, so I was concerned about soundproofing as well. Given that guests from both Japan and overseas likely stay here due to the location, I hope to see improvements in hospitality.

    We had a wonderful stay.

    The Hotel had a Western-style atmosphere, and the lobby had an exotic feel; being welcomed at the front desk by staff in yukata made it a truly wonderful moment. The Room was also clean, and the view was fantastic. I would have liked to go for a walk if it had been cooler, but it was extremely hot, so I’ll look forward to next time. Thank you very much.

    I’d like the Room and bathroom to be improved.

    I made a Reservation because the Reviews were good and it was close to the station. The building is distinctive, but once inside the Room, both the first impression and the interior felt very old. As a result, it didn’t feel very clean. For 30 m², it also felt quite small. This time I caused an unexpected problem in the bathroom. The toilet and sink were in the same bathroom, but there was no floor drain. When shower water splashed outside the tub, it ran along the edge of the tub and flowed into the sink area, flooding it. This was my first time experiencing anything like this. When I called the front desk right away, a staff member spent about 15 minutes wiping everything up. They said it happens often, but I thought it would be better to fix this if possible.

    The park view is also wonderful.

    I’ve often stayed in sea-side Rooms with a Marine Stadium view, but this was my first time staying in a park-view Room. During the day, the abundant greenery was soothing, and at night, the city lights from the surrounding apartment buildings were beautiful. The bathroom was just as lovely as always. I was slightly concerned that the metal basket for the hair dryer is starting to rust, but there were no other issues. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western options and is always delicious. I would love to stay again.

    A quiet and comfortable night

    It was my first stay in a while, and I was able to relax in a spacious Room. It was quiet at night, and the bathtub was large and comfortable. However, I couldn’t enter the Room right after check-in and had to go out once before being able to access it, so it would have been better if I could have entered earlier.

    Your hospitality and customer service are truly outstanding.

    I was very satisfied. If I had one request, I’d be happy if the TV could stream U-NEXT, YouTube, and Netflix. I’ll definitely stay again.

    Overall, a good Hotel

    The service and the Room were very good, but I later found out that orders for the room-service breakfast had to be placed by 9:00 PM. I checked with the front desk the night before, but they said it wasn’t possible. Since it was already paid for, I used the breakfast buffet on the first floor. However, I felt it didn’t offer good value for the price, including the limited selection. There was no advance explanation about room service; it seemed to be communicated only via a booklet in the Room, which was hard to notice and left me disappointed. Also, there was only one vending machine on the first floor with a limited selection, which made overall consideration feel somewhat lacking.

    Perfect for Special Occasions

    It was a wonderful Hotel. I had an appointment this time, so my stay was not long, but I was able to spend a special time. Every staff member provided thoughtful, unobtrusive service, which seems to create such an elegant atmosphere. Next time, I would like to take my time and enjoy the Hotel stay as the main purpose of my trip.

    It was an unfortunate stay.

    This is a good Hotel that I always use. This time, I stayed the night before taking an early-morning bus to Narita Airport. I booked No Meals Included and used the smallest Room, but it was disappointing that trash such as a previous guest’s used toothbrush had not been cleaned up. Also, it was unfortunate that BS/CS channels were not available. I will continue to stay here, but I would like the cleaning to be more thorough.

    Europe Close to the City Center

    This is a wonderful Hotel where you can enjoy a European atmosphere just a short trip from Tokyo. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly, and they even guided us to our Room, making our stay very comfortable. There were lots of great photo spots, which was fun. We would love to visit again.

    For a birthday celebration

    I was truly impressed when I stayed in the Luxury Twin for the first time last year, and this time my daughter made a Reservation for the Plaza Suite as a birthday gift. When I opened the door and walked through the living room, three beautiful spaces unfolded—the bedroom beyond it, and an elegant bathroom further inside—making for a wonderful stay. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub while taking in the night view. The L’OCCITANE amenities were excellent as well. I was very happy with the birthday message card and baked sweets that were set out in the living room. Thank you very much.

    The Manhattan: Comfort and Reliability

    I’ve loved this Hotel since my first stay. I felt like I’d stayed many times because I love it so much, but when I counted, this was only my third visit after my first stay and my birthday. From check-in, the staff service was wonderful, and the guidance to the Room was very attentive. I don’t usually feel like using bathrooms elsewhere, but I always enjoy relaxing here thanks to the luxurious marble and spaciousness. This time in particular, after being chilled to the bone by heavy rain, I truly appreciated having such a comfortable space to unwind. The dressing area is also a highlight for women, with a large mirror and beautiful lighting. The towels, loungewear, and Room were all very clean, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. Breakfast was also lovely in a space overlooking the garden outside. The salad, warm vegetables, fruit, and pastries are consistently delicious every time. I would definitely like to stay again when visiting Makuhari.

    This Hotel offers excellent service.

    I stayed here because I had a meeting nearby. The front desk staff and bell staff were very helpful. The Room was spacious, and the view was wonderful. The bar on the top floor also had a great atmosphere, and I had a lovely time. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the make-your-own French toast, but I particularly remember how delicious the curry was. The late checkout time was also very convenient.

    As expected of a Hotel in such a highly competitive area.

    From check-in to check-out, there is absolutely no stress of having to call staff with “Excuse me” or “Um…”. The staff are always discreetly keeping an eye on guests.

    It was very good.

    The view was wonderful. Whenever we needed anything, you responded kindly and promptly, which made our stay very comfortable. We ended up with quite a bit of trash during our stay—thank you for cleaning everything so thoroughly. We would love to stay again when we are in the area.

    The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The only disappointments were the lack of a Nespresso machine in the room and the inability to access YouTube or Netflix on the TV.

    All the staff were kind, and it was a very nice Hotel. At check-out, due to my carelessness, some fabric got caught in my suitcase zipper and it wouldn’t open, and I really appreciated how hard they worked to fix it.

    Anyway, it’s old. The Room has furniture that is scratched and damaged. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly. It smells musty.

    We stayed here in January with three parent-and-child groups. Since we made separate Reservations, we were worried we might be placed on different floors and have a hard time getting around. We contacted the property the day before check-in, and they kindly arranged for all of us to be on the same floor and close to each other, which was a huge help. We booked one larger Room so everyone could gather there, and it worked out perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved them. The Room stayed warm, so we could sleep comfortably without feeling dry even in light clothing. Thank you very much. Also, having a 12:00 checkout at no extra charge was truly appreciated.

    A historic, excellent Hotel

    I stayed here with two friends for a one-night trip to the Chiba area. As soon as you step into the lobby, the high ceiling gives it the feel of a classic American grand mansion. The elevator interior is also antique-style and charming. The Room was spacious even with an extra bed, and the large windows offered a great view. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The chef makes French toast on the spot, and it’s nice that you can choose your favorite sauce and jam. The underground parking has some narrow spaces, so I personally think it would have been helpful to have information in advance about the separate larger parking lot to avoid any confusion. Overall, it was a Hotel I was very satisfied with! I’d love to stay again!

    Gratitude to the Hotel staff

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on a business trip. The Room was clean and spacious. When I came back exhausted from work, being greeted at the entrance with “Welcome back” might be normal, but what followed—their words and warm smile, naturally weaving in details from our conversations the day before and that morning—made it “Welcome back” and “Thank you for your hard work.” Even with so many guests, I truly appreciated that they remembered me. It genuinely helped me relax, as the tension in my shoulders and mind simply melted away. Thank you very much. I will stay here again.

    Comfortable and wonderful

    I booked a plan that includes dinner and breakfast with a holiday dinner buffet. The "signature roast beef" at dinner was absolutely delicious, as the name suggests, and I ended up going back for seconds three times. Both dinner and breakfast were carefully prepared, with no disappointing dishes, and I ate until I was completely full. However, I could hear footsteps from the room above quite clearly, so I rated the facility four stars. On an unrelated note, I accidentally left my child's pajama pants in the room...

    This was my first time using this service.

    This was my first time staying here despite frequently visiting Makuhari. The parking lot was convenient with self-parking, and I was able to take my car in and out several times. I also purchased a cake and enjoyed it in the Room. I appreciated the freedom to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much, and I look forward to staying again!
