    We had a comfortable start to our overseas trip.

    We stayed at the accommodation the night before our overseas trip. The room was a Johnny's-style four-person room, and it was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

    Shuttle Bus

    I used the shuttle bus service. The transfer between the Terminal 2 building and the Hotel was smooth, allowing me to enjoy my first overseas trip in a while without stress. Thank you very much.

    Stay the night before your departure from Narita.

    The entire Facility was spacious and provided a comfortable stay. The elevator was easily accessible without any waiting, and the large shuttle bus made transportation smooth. I would love to stay here again. It would be great if coffee could be provided in the Room or if the café could open early for those wanting coffee in the morning.

    It's convenient to have a place to park your car during your trip.

    I used a plan that included 14 days of parking during my trip, as I had a morning flight departing from Narita Airport and needed to stay the night before. For those who want to drive to Narita Airport due to luggage or other reasons, securing parking for the travel period is an unavoidable issue. Parking at a reasonably secure location typically costs around 10,000–20,000 yen, so being able to use this plan for almost just the cost of accommodation was very economical and appreciated. The facility had a convenience store on-site, which was very convenient for accommodating various hotel stays depending on airport departure and arrival times. If I may suggest one improvement, it would be great if they could expand their product selection in the store. The shuttle service to the airport was also excellent and very convenient. If similar accommodation plans are offered again, I would definitely use them!

    We used it for a family trip.

    We traveled with an infant. The staff provided very kind and attentive service, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Assuming this is a hotel we would like to revisit, here are three minor points that caught our attention: 1. A few strands of hair were found in the bathroom. 2. The purpose of the phone in the toilet was unclear, and there was black mold on its cord and surrounding area. 3. Amenities were limited, and makeup remover was not provided. Other than these points, it was an excellent hotel!

    Stayed the night before.

    I stayed here the night before my early flight. The Plan that allowed parking for two weeks was extremely convenient. There is a Lawson convenience store inside the facility, offering a selection similar to regular Lawson stores, making it very user-friendly. The bed with Airweave was very comfortable, and the bathtub was spacious enough to stretch out and relax. I would definitely stay here again when I need an overnight stay near Narita.

    This is the best place to stay near Narita.

    This was my first time staying with breakfast included. The room was spacious, and the food was delicious. The price was surprisingly reasonable considering the current inflation. I highly recommend reserving here early if you need an overnight stay.

    A Hotel with Thoughtful Hospitality

    The thoughtful attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. Breakfast starting at 5:30 AM was very helpful for us, as we were dealing with jet lag after arriving from overseas. Additionally, the buffet restaurant offered a variety of supplement tablets, showing care for guests' health, which made us very happy. The staff were also extremely kind and accommodating. We had a relaxing first day in Japan thanks to your hospitality.

    After several years, I stayed here again during my return to Japan. Exhausted from an ENT illness due to the seasonal conditions at my travel destination, I was deeply comforted by the delicious Japanese cuisine at the Hotel upon my return. It warmed both my body and soul. I had a restful sleep and felt rejuvenated the next day. Thank you very much!

    Room cleaning was disappointing.

    Used bandages were left by the bedside, and long strands of hair were hanging from under the shampoo bottle. It might be worth reviewing the training for housekeeping staff. It's unfortunate, especially since the front desk and restaurant staff are excellent.

    Visiting Graves

    Thank you very much for your exceptional hospitality. As we primarily live overseas, my father-in-law built a grave at Narita Memorial Park, and we visit it every year when we return to Japan. This time was our first visit after the pandemic, so we made a reservation at your accommodation. The service exceeded our expectations, and both my spouse and I were deeply impressed. We usually stay at five-star accommodations, but this time, the service provided by everyone here surpassed even that level of satisfaction! First of all, you arranged a room with a relaxing view of Narita's serene scenery after such a long time. The next day, you perfectly coordinated the taxi arrangement to the cemetery without any issues! We have not experienced such outstanding service even at renowned hotels in Japan recently; thus, both my spouse and I were truly moved by this experience. Thank you so much for supporting us during this wonderful stay!

    My daughter was well taken care of.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. My daughter mentioned that she was very happy when someone kindly offered to help carry her suitcase. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and she said she felt very relaxed. Thank you also for sending the email with directions to the shuttle bus stop. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness. We will make a reservation again when we use Narita Airport next time.

    Overnight Stay for Narita Airport Use

    It was an overnight stay before using Narita Airport. The Hotel is old, but it's not a problem if you're just taking a bath and sleeping. There was enough space to open a large suitcase, which was helpful. My request was correctly handled. Many of the staff were kind and pleasant.

    A Hotel Where You Can't Rest

    I stayed after returning late at night. I was quite tired and planned to leave after resting well, but the cleaning staff were working while singing loudly from the morning, and I couldn't rest at all. I was deeply disappointed with a property that couldn't even show that level of consideration.

    Overnight Stay Before Narita Airport

    Used for an overnight stay before departing from Narita. Close to the airport, if your schedule is set, you can get a reasonable price with an early Reservation. The Shuttle Service runs every 30 minutes, but in the morning, it seems like the number of buses increases due to peak times. The facilities are aging, which is unavoidable, but cleanliness is well-maintained. The breakfast venue maintains a level comparable to Nikko, leaving a better impression than others of the same level. Egg dishes are stable, and sausages and seaweed, which can easily differ if cost is overly considered, are satisfactory. If natto, pickles, and salads were more abundant, it would be perfect. Personally, I find it a Hotel that conveys a strategy of competing with service rather than facilities, so I hope they keep up the good work.
