    Traditional Japanese futon mattress

    We stayed in the Japanese-style family room. The futon mattress was very thin, and it was uncomfortable, so we couldn’t sleep.

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed here for airport access. The staff’s hospitality was very pleasant—just what you would expect from JAL. The Room felt a bit dated with a retro vibe, but it was thoroughly cleaned and there were no issues. The Shuttle Service bus to the airport was convenient, and the drivers were very kind. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Thank you very much for your help and hospitality.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed the night before a business trip using a Plan that includes 14 days of free parking. I also had dinner at the sushi restaurant upstairs (not included in the Plan). On top of that, I was able to leave my car and enjoy a visit to Naritasan Temple and lunch along the approach, so overall I was very satisfied. There was one minor downside: the bathroom cleaning wasn’t very thorough. Another thing I noticed is that even though the price is almost the same when making a Reservation through IKYU, it doesn’t count toward One Harmony records. This Plan doesn’t seem to be available all the time, but I’d like to use it again if I have another chance. Looking at the airport view from my Room made me think it would be a great place to spend an exciting night before heading overseas for leisure travel.

    The Perfect Hotel for Your Stay

    Whenever I travel abroad, I always use the Plan that includes parking. As a smoker, having a designated smoking area in the Hotel is very helpful. The food was delicious, and the staff were very kind and courteous, making for a comfortable stay.

    A pleasant stay experience

    1. A great stay, with a free airport-to-hotel shuttle—ideal for guests arriving on late-night flights. 2. Staff can communicate in Chinese. 3. There is a Yoshinoya restaurant next to the hotel where you can take out curry rice. 4. The breakfast is plentiful, and buying it on-site is cheaper; the kids enjoyed the food too. 5. In the tatami room, it’s hard to open suitcases—you can only open and organize them in the entryway by the door.

    Very satisfied overall. The only disappointment was the water dispenser.

    Overall, the staff provided very courteous and pleasant service. The Room was comfortable, and I was able to rest well. What was disappointing was that, in consideration of the environment, they have stopped placing bottled water in each Room and instead ask guests to use the water dispensers installed on each floor (which I accept). However, there was no explanation at check-in at reception that the water dispenser on my floor was out of service and that I would need to go to another floor. After finally getting into my Room exhausted, I found there was no water so I couldn’t make tea. I wandered the hallway looking for the dispenser, only to find it out of service and that I needed to go to another floor (there was a notice, but since I wasn’t familiar with the building yet, I didn’t know where to go), so I gave up. Fortunately, I happened to have brought drinking water with me, but it made for a start to my stay that left me questioning the hospitality. Also, the desk chair height could not be adjusted and it was too high compared with the desk, making it difficult to use. Tea and green tea were provided; having coffee as well would have been even better. Other than that, it was a very satisfying stay. The food at the café was also excellent. I plan to stay again.

    The Facility is outd...

    The Facility is outdated: the washlet is an older model, the toilet seat was cold, and the sink stopper was broken. The hand soap also seemed to be liquid put into a foaming dispenser, so it leaked continuously and was difficult to use. Overall, I felt it was not worth the price. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, which makes this disappointing, but I don’t think I will return.

    A charming Hotel with an international feel.

    Check-in was fairly smooth, although the front desk was handled by an Asian male trainee with guidance from a Japanese female staff member. The Room was spacious, so I could relax. From the window I could see the runway and arriving planes, which gave it an overseas feel. The Facility feels a bit dated due to its age, so it may be about time for an update. I only had breakfast, but it wasn’t very crowded, so everything went smoothly. I would have liked a bit more vegetables, but since there are many international guests, that may be unavoidable. Overall, it was a good stay. It’s a Hotel I’d like to use again if I have the chance to stay there.

    This Hotel offers attentive, thoughtful service.

    My wife stayed at this Hotel the night before her departure from Narita. The Facility is honestly quite old, but it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted in small increments, and on a day with big temperature swings it felt too cold, but when we spoke to the front desk they promptly brought a thick blanket, and she was able to sleep comfortably. Another plus is the well-equipped on-site 24-hour convenience store and café.

    Narita International Airport

    It was a bit disappointing that the Room felt slightly dark and the view from the window was only of the parking lot. However, it’s very convenient when you have an early flight departing from Narita. The staff around the front desk (especially the female staff member at check-in) were all very kind. Thank you.

    You can see the planes arriving.

    I could see the Narita Airport runway from my Room, and it was fun to just watch the arriving planes. The female staff member who helped me with the check-in procedures when I arrived (I forgot to ask her name) was truly very kind. Thank you very much. It’s very convenient when taking an early flight.

    Wonderful Hotel

    Whenever I use Narita Airport, I always stay here. The shuttle bus is very convenient, and the Hotel staff’s support at check-in and other times is truly appreciated. The Hotel has a restaurant and an on-site convenience store, and the Room is clean, practical, and comfortable to use. I can relax in the Room, and I’m very grateful. I would like to stay here again.

    I booked this Hotel ...

    I booked this Hotel because taking the first train could be delayed, and the deciding factor was that they offer Shuttle Service to and from the airport. In the end, I had to travel on the last train, and it seemed other hotels had already ended their Shuttle Service, but I just made it in time for the last shuttle bus here, which was a huge help. It was also very convenient that there is a convenience store in the Hotel.

    A conveniently located Hotel

    There is a 24-hour convenience store inside the Hotel, so even if you arrive late at night or leave early in the morning, you won’t have trouble finding meals, snacks, or drinks. The Room is well designed overall and easy to use, making for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows suited me well, and I was able to sleep deeply, so I felt refreshed the next day and could do more. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    There were plenty of...

    There were plenty of shuttle buses from the airport, and my stay was very comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were especially kind. I just wished the convenience store had small bottles of wine.

    Moved by the illuminations

    Used it for a night before our trip. We were welcomed by beautiful illuminations that felt like the main part of the journey and left us feeling relaxed. It was very comfortable and we had a great time, so we would definitely like to stay again.

    Convenient Hotel

    There seemed to be more foreign visitors due to the impact of inbound tourism, and there was an impression that the frequency of poorly mannered travelers was higher compared to Haneda. With many LCCs and its distance from central Tokyo, it gave an impression of fewer affluent guests. However, the Hotel stay itself was comfortable, though noisy foreign guests disrupted my sleep. It feels like an inevitable change with the times.

    Exceeded expectations.

    Stayed the night before our flight at Narita. The Hotel had two restaurants offering only special New Year’s dinner buffets. There were also burgers and sandwiches available at a snack bar, but as we didn’t have much appetite, we ended up grabbing something light from the convenience store inside the Hotel, which was a relief. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and was excellent. While the Facility is somewhat dated, it is well-maintained, and we had a quiet night's sleep. Thank you for providing the airport shuttle bus service as well!

    It was disappointing...

    It was disappointing that there was no mineral water service, which is common in recent hotels, but the place was very clean and nice.

    Convenient for early morning airport use.

    I used this accommodation for an early morning flight the next day. The multiple shuttle service options to the airport were very convenient. Check-in was smooth as there were plenty of staff at the reception, allowing me to enter my room without any wait. I had dinner within the facility, and although I was informed it might take some time for food preparation, drinks and simple items were served quickly, so I had no issues and was satisfied with my meal. However, I found it inconvenient that there were no outlets near the bedside for charging my phone, requiring me to use a distant outlet instead. I would like to stay here again if given another opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The Facility did not have heating available in mid-December.

    The facility did not have heating available in mid-December. Although we were given a different room, the heating there also didn’t work, and we had to move rooms at midnight, sleeping in the cold. A staff member used what seemed like a meaningless thermometer and claimed it was 30°C. When I touched it and asked if this was really 30°C, they admitted there was no airflow and it felt cold. It seems likely that they are cutting costs by not using proper heating. The response was unacceptable. Please be cautious when booking here.

    Hotel with Warm Hospitality

    I stayed with a friend before our trip. It was a plan with parking included, reasonably priced, and the room was clean and spacious. The à la carte dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The staff provided excellent service, as expected from a Nikko Hotel, and their assistance for airport pick-up upon return was very kind and satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The Room was compact, but the bed was queen-sized, the interior was new and very clean, and everything necessary was provided. However, it would have been nice to have coffee, even instant, in addition to tea bags. The breakfast was also very delicious and could be enjoyed at a leisurely pace.

    We had a comfortable start to our overseas trip.

    We stayed at the accommodation the night before our overseas trip. The room was a Johnny's-style four-person room, and it was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

    Stay the night before your departure from Narita.

    The entire Facility was spacious and provided a comfortable stay. The elevator was easily accessible without any waiting, and the large shuttle bus made transportation smooth. I would love to stay here again. It would be great if coffee could be provided in the Room or if the café could open early for those wanting coffee in the morning.
