    My favorite Hotel.

    The staff's warm hospitality, the well-maintained facilities, and the comprehensive amenities made my stay comfortable once again. I look forward to staying here again when departing from Hiroshima Airport.

    Very convenient, located just minutes from the airport.

    It takes about an hour to get from Hiroshima Airport to Hiroshima City, making this hotel very convenient for those using the last flight from Tokyo or the first flight to Tokyo. While the hotel shows some signs of age, the rooms, as well as the lobby and restaurant, are clean and well-maintained. This is likely thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff—thank you! Amenities are available in a self-service system where you can take what you need, and everything necessary is provided, including bath additives. The reception staff, restaurant staff, and shuttle service drivers are all kind and helpful. Breakfast includes local specialties from Hiroshima and was delicious. I would love to stay at this hotel again. On that day it snowed, which delighted travelers visiting from Taiwan.

    The best hospitality

    At check-in, we received a box of momiji manju. We used the dinner restaurant and received a 20% OFF coupon and a 300 yen OFF craft beer coupon, which we used at the restaurant. When I went to the front desk to buy Haagen-Dazs with my child, the lady at the front desk gave my child some bubbles to play with in the Room, which made my child very happy. My wife went to the airport to buy souvenirs, and thanks to the bubbles, my child and I had a great time without any fuss. I hold statuses with Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton, One Harmony, Seibu Prince, and Tobu Hotel, but the service, hospitality, approachability, and kindness here were exceptional compared to the above Hotels. I interacted with three men and one woman at the front desk and three women at the restaurant, and everyone was wonderful. Since my wife and child were on a different flight, we checked out separately, but I heard they also received a heat pack at checkout. We experienced the best hospitality. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Hiroshima.

    It was a wonderful stay beyond imagination.

    This was my first stay. I stayed the night before to catch a flight around noon the next day after completing my sightseeing in Hiroshima. I chose a room with an airport view, and it was a truly wonderful stay. Just a 5-minute walk from the airport, the planes visible up close from the room were impressive, the breakfast was delicious, and the view full of nature from the breakfast venue's window was delightful. Above all, I was soothed by the friendly and warm hospitality of the staff. After breakfast, I was able to relax in the room with a cup of coffee while watching the planes until check-out, and being able to walk to the airport in 5 minutes made it truly worthwhile to stay. I would love to visit again.

    I used it for the first time to catch the first flight. It is close to the airport, and I walked there, but on the way back, I used the Shuttle Service, which was more comfortable than I expected. Breakfast is available from 6 a.m., so I was able to eat leisurely even for the first flight. There were also fried oysters and okonomiyaki, all of which were delicious. I wanted to have a drink at the bar at night, but since they only had beer, I gave up and bought some alcohol from the vending machine to drink in my Room. I wish they had other alcoholic beverages besides beer. You can see airplanes from the guest Room, and the garden visible from the breakfast seating was very beautiful. The staff's commitment to courteous service was evident. I would definitely like to use it again if I visit Hiroshima.

    It is a very relaxing Hotel.

    On the way back from a trip to Hiroshima, I stayed overnight to catch a morning flight. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere, the staff were kind, and the room was well-cleaned, making it a truly relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and having freshly made omelets and splendid fried oysters in the morning gave me a lot of energy. I was considering taking the Shinkansen next time I go to Hiroshima, but since I want to stay again, I think I'll use the plane. Thank you very much.

    I stayed at the property for an early morning flight. The shuttle bus to the airport runs every 10 minutes, which was convenient. Also, the staff's service was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed in the Airp...

    I stayed in the Airport View Deluxe Twin Room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the view did not allow for a full view of the runway due to the control tower and terminal building, depending on the wind direction, I could see planes taking off and landing quite clearly from the front of the room. When I mentioned at check-in that I wanted to see airplanes, I was informed about a plane viewing spot in the adjacent forest park, where I could see the planes very well. Hiroshima Airport is far from the city, so the location, about a 5-minute walk from the airport, is extremely valuable as a property for stays when using early morning or late-night flights.

    Used the day before for airport use.

    I stayed the night before because my flight was early in the morning. The staff's response was good, and I had a very pleasant stay. I had to give up on the morning shuttle service because it was too early, but they kindly provided a car, which was very helpful. I am grateful. It was a HOTEL I would like to stay at again if I have the chance.
