    This is my favorite Hotel.

    I always stay here the night before my departure from Hiroshima Airport. This time as well, I was able to relax in the welcome lounge, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I request the Shuttle Service between the airport and the Hotel every time, and this time the flowers in the lobby were even more beautiful than usual—I couldn’t help but stop and admire them. I’ll definitely stay again!

    Wonderful

    As a Business Hotel, the facilities are standard, but the hospitality is exceptional—better than even top-tier hotels in Hiroshima City. Outstanding.

    The location and services were excellent, with convenient access to the airport.

    We stayed in the Airport View Family Room, and the Room was spacious, with more than satisfactory hospitality and service. The welcome lounge was also comfortable, and thank you for being so kind to our children. Because it’s truly close to the airport, although there aren’t many flights, our kids were excited to watch the planes taking off and landing. This time we only visited Sankeien Garden, but we’d like to explore nearby facilities as well.

    Wi‑Fi

    This Room was in the central area near the elevator, and the Wi-Fi connection was good. I would prefer a central Room again next time. Also, it was a bit disappointing that the breakfast omelet was only available plain.

    On the garden side, relax with sunrise views, a star-filled sky, and birdwatching!

    Although the Hotel had kindly prepared an airport-side Room for me, I asked to switch to a garden-side Room, and they gladly supported me with moving my luggage as well. While I was struggling day after day with various family matters back home, the garden soothed me, and the many heartwarming gestures from the staff encouraged me so much that I was able to keep going. The restaurant staff were truly wonderful, and they gave me tremendous inspiration about how to live my life! I know timing may have played a part, but I’m genuinely happy I was able to have such an experience. The parking lot can get close to full when there is an event, but the staff made frequent rounds and provided reassuring support. The Shuttle Service staff were also always kind and made everything pleasant, which I really appreciated. Thank you all very much! The complimentary lounge was also a relaxing space. Beer and sweet cocktail-style drinks are the main offerings, so it might feel a bit lacking for someone like me who isn’t fond of those. Drinks included beer, sparkling wine, four kinds of sweet cocktails, honjozo sake, coffee (machine), water, etc. Snacks included vegetable chips, mixed nuts, cheese, and chocolate. That said—given that the Room rates that include lounge access are not particularly high—this selection reflects real effort on the Hotel’s part. Thank you very much. What stood out as especially delicious was the paid menu for those who want a little extra. There were items such as cheese or jerky for around 800 yen; when you order cheese, you get crackers plus three types such as brie and cherry-blossom-smoked cheese. “Excellent!” It felt very reasonably priced. I would be thrilled if there were also paid drink options in addition to paid food—such as a junmai sake tasting set or a few classic cocktails like gin and tonic. I think guests who enjoy alcohol beyond beer or sweet drinks would appreciate it. When I consulted with the staff about various things, they thoughtfully worked within what they could do and accommodated me in creative ways—I was truly impressed. Of course this likely depends on how busy things are (there may be times when it’s possible and times when it isn’t), so I’ll refrain from sharing details so as not to cause any inconvenience—but I’ve become a big fan after experiencing just how high-quality Hiroshima Airport Hotel is!

    Conscientious, kind, and attentive hospitality

    It was a Hotel packed with so many services that we almost felt sorry for the price. Even our elementary-school grandchild fully enjoyed our stay, with loaner play items to use in the garden and Room, and a free lounge offering a wide variety of drinks and snacks. We sincerely appreciate the considerate, kind, and attentive hospitality throughout the property. Thank you very much.

    I stayed here just to sleep because I had an early flight the next day, but it turned out to be a much better Hotel than expected. Although the building shows its age, the Room was spacious enough and kept very clean, including the bathroom area. At check-in, they kindly offered me bath salts saying I must be tired, and while the amenities are self-serve, they were well stocked—even hand cream was available. The welcome drinks included sparkling wine and snacks, which really impressed me for the value. Every staff member was warm and hospitable, and even though my stay was short, it was extremely comfortable.

    The hospitality is excellent!

    I stayed here on the day I visited Okunoshima! When I mentioned at the front desk that I was going into central Hiroshima the next day, they immediately brought out a city map, which surprised me! The price wasn’t high, so I didn’t expect that level of hospitality—what a pleasant surprise! I had told them in advance that I’m sensitive to noise, and they were very considerate, so I was able to rest well. The lounge and amenity bar were also great. Hiroshima Airport is right next door, so I enjoyed taking a short walk and watching planes take off and land from my Room. By the way, the plane noise didn’t bother me at all. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious! I’m glad I added breakfast. The omelet was especially good—I ended up having it several times. If I visit Okunoshima again, this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    I always stay here the night before when departing from Hiroshima Airport. The breakfast selection seemed a little smaller, but it still tasted great. Once again, I was able to relax and enjoy drinks and snacks in the welcome lounge. I would like to stay here again.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    The Room was not very spacious, but it was clean and comfortable to use. The lounge service was also good. We could enjoy alcoholic drinks such as draft beer and wine, and there were snacks and a few light treats as well. It was also great that parking was free.

    Impressive Staff

    Every year, we stayed in a cottage, but this time, due to a last-minute reservation, we stayed at an airport hotel. The check-in process was handled with a wonderful smile. We were touched by the thoughtful preparation of a baby crib in the room without us even requesting it, considering we had small children. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained and clean, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. The lounge was available until late hours, so even though our check-in was delayed, we could relax there after dinner. For guests traveling from afar, this is truly excellent hospitality. However, I felt that the breakfast variety has decreased compared to before. I particularly enjoyed the morning curry previously offered and hope it can be brought back again!

    Convenient Hotel Near the Airport

    The location was very convenient, especially for a late-night arrival, as it is close to the airport. The welcome lounge staying open late was also a great feature. The amenities were well-prepared, and I had no inconvenience during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the citrus-scented hand cream, which was very soothing. I stayed in a Room on the 6th floor with a great view of airplanes landing. The Room was spacious enough, clean, and well-maintained. There was also space for luggage storage. Even small details like soft toilet paper added to the comfort of my stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the live kitchen's made-to-order omelets with customizable ingredients were served hot and delicious. This marked the first day of my 4-day trip to Hiroshima, and thanks to the warm hospitality from staff and excellent Facilities, it became such an enjoyable start to my journey. Thank you!

    Staying the night before allowed for a more relaxed experience.

    I stayed the night before my trip to Okinawa, which allowed me to travel with ease and was very helpful. I would love to stay at Hiroshima Airport Hotel again when visiting Okinawa. The parking service, lounge service, and shuttle service to Hiroshima Airport were very convenient and much appreciated. Thank you very much!

    Use for the night before your stay.

    I stayed here the night before my trip. The hotel offers free parking for a week and provides Shuttle Service to and from the airport. The staff are always courteous, making it a reliable choice for me. On my return from the trip, I usually walk from the airport, but due to rain this time, I requested Shuttle Service, which was very helpful. The Room was spacious, so I enjoyed a relaxing evening with delicious room service. However, I felt that brighter lighting would make getting ready easier. Additionally, I was surprised to find the chair quite dirty—so much so that it made me hesitant to sit on it. It would be great if this could be checked. The lounge service was an unexpected delight! Since my flight was later in the day, I opted for breakfast and loved the ochazuke station—it was very tasty. Unfortunately, there were no fried oysters as expected, which was disappointing. I also requested an omelet; however, the male staff member who prepared it seemed reluctant and unenthusiastic about fulfilling my request. The presentation of the omelet wasn’t great either—it dampened my mood in the morning. Despite these minor issues, overall I am satisfied with my stay. Thank you once again! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

    Conveniently located near the airport

    I stayed here as I arrived at Hiroshima Airport at night. Although it’s within walking distance, I called due to the nighttime and was promptly picked up. The complimentary lounge was great, offering beer and stylishly designed drip coffee. For breakfast, I tried various dishes, but the pork rice bowl was my favorite.

    The room and breakfast were good, but...

    The room was clean and user-friendly, including the water facilities, although the lighting felt a bit dim. Breakfast was well-thought-out, delicious, and satisfying. However, one downside was that despite booking a Plan with lounge access, there was no information about the lounge provided at check-in. Additionally, while the selection of alcohol in the lounge was decent, the snacks were limited to items like rice crackers and chocolates, which made it less enjoyable to relax in the lounge.

    It was comfortable.

    We went to the nearby airport for dinner, but returned to the hotel lounge afterward. There were other guests as well, but the lighting created a calm atmosphere. My husband enjoyed beer while I had wine and cold sake. We had a wonderful evening during our trip. The guest room was clean and comfortable for sleeping. Amenities were also well-prepared. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

    As expected from an airport.

    During my trip to Hiroshima, I had a wonderful stay. After working in Tokyo during the day, I took a flight to Hiroshima in the evening. I arrived on the last flight and planned to start sightseeing early the next morning. Since my arrival was late at night, I stayed at an airport hotel right in front of the airport. Although they offered a pick-up service even for late arrivals, I chose to walk as I wanted to stretch my legs. As a treat for myself, I reserved a suite this time. Even though it was nighttime when I arrived, the reception staff were very welcoming. The lounge access allowed me to enjoy some wine, which lifted my spirits and washed away all the fatigue from work! In the Room's refrigerator—what a surprise! There was a beautifully arranged plate of cake and fruits along with beer, juice, and shochu that made me feel so happy! Unfortunately, I ate it all before remembering to take photos—oops! I enjoyed taking an elegant shower in their luxurious shower booth before relaxing for the night. The next morning’s breakfast included Hiroshima’s specialty okonomiyaki along with many healthy options that gave me energy for sightseeing. From my Room's window view: airplanes taking off and landing—it felt like pure bliss having such private space while enjoying this sight as an aviation enthusiast! While preparing for departure later-on; couldn’t help but keep watching planes between packing hurriedly then checked-out smoothly thanks-to IKYU.com Reservation system making everything seamless! From-the-airport itself: Limousine buses frequently run not-only into downtown areas but also Miyajima or major stations making travel super convenient wherever heading-next! If given another chance visiting again someday nearby attractions missed-out include scenic garden “Sankeien” plus famous cream-filled bread shop “Hattendo” both sound delightful exploring further around here too!! Thank-you-for-everything!!

    The welcome drink is excellent.

    Most welcome drinks are served in small tasting-sized cups, but here they are offered in regular sizes, and you can enjoy unlimited beer, wine, sparkling wine, and sake. If you arrive around 8 PM, most airport restaurants will be closed; however, the Hotel serves food until 10 PM. This was very helpful as we had an early start the next day. Please note that there are no restaurants nearby.

    The Hotel had excellent hospitality.

    I arrived at the airport late at night in the rain, and when I called, they promptly came to pick me up, which was very helpful. The staff at the front desk kindly spoke to my child, and their warm hospitality was greatly appreciated. The water facilities in the Room were clean, and my child was delighted with the Room where airplanes could be seen from the window. I would love to stay here again when I visit home next time.

    A Pleasant Hotel

    I occasionally stay here when visiting relatives. While not new, it is always clean, and the Room is spacious and comfortable. This time, I had a Western-style dinner, which was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. My elderly parents who accompanied me were also pleased. Being close to the airport makes it convenient for small shopping trips like buying souvenirs.

    Even without using the airport

    Even single rooms are spacious, featuring a 140cm wide bed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfect for a rewarding getaway even without using the airport. The hotel restaurant offers a rich and delicious breakfast buffet, while dinner includes an excellent value French course if you complete the reservation—highly recommended. This season, the reservation-only Unaju is also a must-try dish with thick eel steamed and grilled to perfection, ensuring no bothersome bones.

    Family-friendly staff and a hotel with airplane views

    We stayed as a group of two adults and one 2-year-old child. First, the staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome from check-in. They noticed we had a small child and were very considerate, which we appreciated. The variety of toys available for rent was excellent, and our child was thrilled! The outdoor play area was spacious, allowing us to let our child play safely. The room offered a view of airplanes, which excited both adults and children alike. It’s especially recommended for kids who love airplanes. It was such a wonderful hotel that we would love to stay again!

    I had a relaxing time!

    The hotel staff were very kind and heartwarming. It was a rainy day, and I had a lot of luggage, so even though the airport was nearby, the Shuttle Service was incredibly helpful! The entire facility was neither too large nor too small, allowing for a truly relaxing stay at the Hotel. The amenity buffet with its wide variety of tea bags made choosing one an enjoyable experience. Thank you for your hospitality this time. I would love to stay here again if I visit Hiroshima in the future!

    My favorite Hotel.

    This is my third stay this year. I always feel the hospitality of the staff. I enjoyed a relaxing time watching planes take off and land from the Airport View Room. The breakfast selection is slightly limited, but I find it delicious. There was also a new ochazuke (rice with tea) corner. I would love to stay here again!

    Monitor Plan Usage

    The Hotel was quiet, possibly because it was a weekday. I had dinner at the Hotel's restaurant. It was disappointing that only Japanese cuisine was available. The portion size was small and left me wanting more. Breakfast, served in a buffet style, was enjoyable. Additionally, I enjoyed watching planes take off and land from the Room. However, I noticed that some fabric chairs were slightly stained, but overall the Hotel was kept clean.
