    Thank you very much.

    This was my first stay at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. The made-to-order omelet at the breakfast buffet was especially delicious. I would have liked to have cold tea available among the drinks.

    Thank you again for upgrading our Room. My wife was very satisfied as well. We always have breakfast at Le Saison, and not only is the food excellent, but the service is also wonderful—making it a great start to the day.

    An Honest Hotel

    This Hotel tops my personal “Hotels I want to stay at at least once” list. I stayed for one night on my birthday. I hadn’t mentioned it in advance, but they noticed during our check-in conversation, and everywhere I went afterward, staff congratulated me—it made me very happy. At most Hotels, I ask for a wine cooler in the Room, and this one was exceptional. Often the container is filled with ice and I’m left wondering how to place the bottle (which I assume is meant to keep it cold longer). At the Imperial Hotel, ice was laid at the bottom of the container, and crushed ice could be packed around the upper part; there was also an opening designed specifically for inserting a bottle. Maybe it’s just that I hadn’t seen this before, but it was a first for me—and it showed real thoughtfulness and imagination for guests. Rather than flashy or showy luxury, it felt sincere and distinctly Japanese—an outstanding Hotel you can truly be proud of.

    Conveniently located near Yurakucho Station. The night view from the Room was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

    First Stay at the Imperial Hotel

    I have used the Imperial Hotel several times for parties and similar events, but this was my first stay. The front desk service was excellent, but perhaps my expectations were too high—otherwise it did not feel very different from other hotels. The Viking buffet at Les Saisons was very delicious. However, the dishes announced by the gong ran out almost immediately even if you lined up, which felt quite rushed.

    My first stay at the Imperial Hotel in a while.\nNot only the Room, but also the warm service from all the staff.\nThe attentive hospitality at the bakery shop.\nAbove all, we were very satisfied with the delicious drinks at the Imperial Bar.\nThis time we already had plans for dinner and lunch the next day elsewhere, so next time I’ll plan my schedule so I can enjoy both dinner and breakfast here as well.\nIt was a truly satisfying trip to Tokyo.\nThank you very much.

    Tower Building Stay

    It had been a while since my last stay, and this time I stayed in the Tower Wing again after quite some time. The Room was a bit small, but it was clean and had everything I needed, and the bathroom has a separate washing area so I could relax and use it comfortably. I visited the Old Imperial Bar, and as always, the service was excellent—I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious drinks and food. For breakfast, I chose room service; it arrived right on time and tasted great. It seems the Tower Wing’s operations have been extended, and I’d like to stay again, including in the Main Building.

    It was a truly comfortable stay. My first time at the Imperial Hotel. Because I hadn’t done enough research and didn’t fully understand my membership status, I have a few regrets about choosing the breakfast buffet. However, the staff kindly said, “If you’d like anything other than coffee, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request,” which was incredibly thoughtful—just what you’d expect from the Imperial Hotel! For the omelet, you can choose from a variety of fillings. I panicked and went with the classic cheese and ham, but since it was such a special occasion, I wish I had asked for all of them! The Imperial Viking Sal is very popular, and the staff were busy moving around; if you want to enjoy a more relaxed breakfast, it might be better to choose one of the other breakfast options. I’d love to stay again soon for a “breakfast redemption”!

    The Best Experience

    I had always wanted to stay here at least once, so I chose it for a solo trip. The night view of Ginza from the Tower Wing was beautiful. From the front desk and guidance to room service and Gargantua, everyone I interacted with felt genuinely warm and personable. As an ordinary guest who can’t stay somewhere like this often, I still felt valued as an individual regardless of my appearance. It was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to return.

    I stayed in a twin R...

    I stayed in a twin Room in the main building. At check-in, I was kindly upgraded to a slightly larger Room. The service and meals were excellent, and the amenities were well stocked. One minor disappointment was that the bidet toilet seat water temperature was too hot and couldn’t be adjusted, but overall I was very satisfied with my stay and was able to relax comfortably.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    It was a wonderful one-night stay. Since we stayed in the main building, some of the Facilities did feel dated, and given the grade of the Room we stayed in, I can’t say the view was particularly good. However, what impressed me most was how outstanding the staff were. Their service made me feel that dignity and tradition are created and carried on by the people who work there. If you can experience such an exceptional world—unlike any other Hotel—at this price, I’d say it’s an incredible value. I hope you will continue for many years to come as a leading example among Japan’s Hotels.

    As expected, the Imperial Hotel!

    Whenever I’m worn out and craving some comfort, I strongly feel like staying at the Imperial Hotel. This time, I stayed there while also going to see a show. The front desk staff were wonderful, and that alone was soothing. Thank you for treating me with such care. The sunflowers also lifted my spirits—I feel ready to get through the rest of summer.

    It all comes down to the staff.

    The staff at this historic Hotel are outstanding. Even in the iconic Wright Building, the bartenders made us feel at ease, helping us relax and enjoy a wonderful time. It’s amazing how comforting it is to be in a place with history that remains unchanged—it really warms your heart. We were able to stay with complete peace of mind. Even something as simple as a paper hand towel made us feel how truly guest-first they are. Not overdone, yet incredibly comfortable. We chose the Imperial Hotel Tokyo this time because last year we stayed at another well-regarded Hotel in Tokyo, but our breakfast buffet table (on the terrace) was near where staff gathered, and throughout the meal there was constant idle chatter—so much so that I found myself thinking, “Are they part-timers?” It left me with an unpleasant aftertaste and made me feel things had changed. Since then, I’ve strongly wanted to stay again at a Hotel that once impressed me—so we decided on the Imperial Hotel. Of course, regarding the Facility and Room hardware: with three people, having the bathroom and toilet together was inconvenient, but we accepted it as something likely to be addressed in future rebuilding plans. Personally, rather than a flashy bathroom, I appreciated discovering high-quality, practical fixtures (shower and faucets) and good shampoo amenities (made in Japan). I’m full of anticipation for the new Imperial Hotel as it is reborn while carrying on its tradition and history. We will definitely return as a family.

    Everything is great.

    At check-in, I was truly moved that you remembered I used to stay here often. All the staff greeted me with a smile, and it made for a very comfortable stay. At the lounge of another luxury Hotel, when I was holding my glass to ask for a refill of champagne, I was told to put it down, which left me feeling drained. Here, however, I once again felt that this is a rare Hotel where the service never makes guests feel embarrassed. Also, since I have an Imperial Hotel card, I was able to enjoy late check-out. The Point Rate here is high. If I have the chance, this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    One disappointing thing: room service

    This was my second stay this year. As always, the service was excellent—thank you very much. However, there was one very disappointing issue. To reduce my luggage, I asked in advance whether a curling iron could be borrowed. I was told that a straightener or a 2-in-1 model (straight and curl) was available, so I requested to borrow one. When I checked in on the day, only a straightener had been provided. Perhaps it was assumed that either would be fine, but I can only use a curling iron well, so this caused me significant trouble. I had to go out immediately afterward and ended up leaving without being able to curl my hair. I would have appreciated more careful attention to my request. It completely ruined my mood for going out, and I felt very disappointed and let down. Please ensure this does not happen again in the future.

    As expected of the Imperial Hotel

    I have stayed here several times, and each time I have been satisfied and able to enjoy a comfortable stay. At check-in, the staff member said, “If you need anything during your stay, please let us know,” and handled the procedures efficiently. The person who brought our luggage to the Room explained how to use the tablet and how to use the bath. The bath-filling function completed automatically in 10 minutes, and unlike those at other Hotels, the overhead shower was especially pleasant and comfortable. There were three of us in my family, and both the extra bed and mattress were sturdy, so we slept well. Despite what some Reviews mention, I did not feel any signs of aging at all, and the Room was clean. After dinner, when we asked for plates and cutlery so we could have drinks in our Room, they were brought promptly. It may be standard service, but it made for a very comfortable time. It was convenient that we could check how crowded the breakfast venue was on the tablet in our Room. After confirming there seemed to be plenty of availability, we went at 9:00 to the Imperial Buffet on the 17th floor that we had been looking forward to; however, it was full by then. We waited 30 minutes and only had 30 minutes to eat—this was my only disappointment. If crowding could be anticipated earlier, I felt that an earlier notice would have allowed us to enjoy breakfast more leisurely... Still, although it ended up being a rushed breakfast, I was satisfied with what was offered. It left an impression on me how hard everyone worked—the reception staff as well as those on the floor—and I could really sense their strong sense of responsibility toward their work. Check-out was also smooth. When I thanked them by saying that our whole family had been able to relax during this stay as well, they responded with a big smile; thanks to such pleasant service from check-in through check-out، I left feeling truly grateful for a wonderful experience at this Hotel。I would love to stay again。

    We visited again this year to celebrate my mother’s birthday.

    Once again, we had a wonderful time and were able to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful night view from the Aqua Lounge, and lunch at Rendez-Vous was also delicious. As always, all of the staff were very kind and friendly, and every time my mother and I say, “That’s the Imperial Hotel.” Ever since we held our wedding here 35 years ago, it has been our favorite Hotel. We will visit again.

    Recharge Your Spirit

    I had made a Reservation for September, but I ended up leaving on the day—I’m not sure why, but I really wanted to go that day. Everyone at the Imperial Hotel was very polite and professional. The view from my Room was wonderful. I also enjoyed the uchimizu (water-sprinkling) experience, though I was a little disappointed that I forgot to take photos wearing the Imperial Hotel happi coat. I took a walk in Hibiya Park, a lush green park close to the Hotel—such a lovely place. There’s a restaurant in the park, and having a beer there was simply perfect. Across from the park are high-rise buildings—it really felt like Tokyo. At night, the view from my Room was amazing!! It’s only a little over two hours from Kyoto, so I’d love to stay again. Thank you for your kindness at this historic Imperial Hotel.

    The hospitality and service are truly what you would expect from the Imperial Hotel.

    I stayed at the Imperial Hotel Osaka in July and, this time, at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. At check-in, I was impressed by the polite and friendly service from a young staff member, which made the rest of my stay very comfortable. While service can easily become standardized in many hotels, their flexible, guest-focused approach truly reflected the training of a long-established hotel. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Truly wonderful.

    I stayed in a Standard Double room in the Tower Building. The building does feel a bit dated, but it was very clean, and above all, the staff were wonderful. I’d love to visit again someday.

    We were able to enjo...

    We were able to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing stay after the Obon holidays. The only disappointment was the service at “Nadaman” during breakfast. The staff at reception seemed busy with other tasks and did not notice us until we spoke up. The service afterward remained the same; although the food was delicious, it was disappointing. The buffet on the second day, however, was excellent.

    Our stay was for three people: myself and my two sons. It was my first stay in 30 years, and my sons’ first time ever. From arrival by car to departure, we were able to enjoy our Hotel stay with peace of mind thanks to all the staff’s smiles and the way they adjusted their tone of voice to suit each time of day.     Thank you for taking my previous requests into account; I was able to spend a comfortable time in the Room. The breakfast was all delicious, and I could order both coffee and cappuccino and enjoy them. Today’s fork was from 1984.

    Exactly!

    I stayed during the Obon holiday. The service was exceptional, and I felt the refined elegance of a true Hotel. The building and guest rooms have a sense of history, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was also delicious item by item, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again.
