I had a relaxing stay.
Although we couldn't see Mount Fuji, which we were most looking forward to due to the rain, we were deeply relaxed by the staff's attentive service, delicious cuisine, and the Onsen. The baths alternate daily between men and women, allowing guests to enjoy both. The side with the open-air cypress bath was particularly wonderful. One disappointment was that alcohol was not available for purchase at the shop or vending machines, and it wasn't clear if it could be ordered through room service. We had hoped to enjoy a quiet drink in our Room in the evening.

Dear Kaoan, Thank you once again for choosing our accommodation. We regret that during your stay, the unfavorable weather prevented you from enjoying a view of Mt. Fuji.
