    It was excellent.

    ・Stayed in the Miffy Room. A delightful experience for Miffy fans! ・The breakfast buffet offers both Japanese and Western options, making it enjoyable. Be sure to try the ochazuke and sara udon. ・The onsen can be accessed via a shuttle bus within the facility, providing a relaxing experience. Overall, highly satisfying!

    The Hotel is an excellent Facility. The view from the Room and the furnishings, including the bed, were wonderful. It felt like being abroad and was very enjoyable.

    Excellent hospitality.

    During our visit to Huis Ten Bosch, we stayed at Amsterdam Accommodation for one night with dinner and breakfast included. Since a family member has mobility issues, we had reserved a first-floor room. However, as there were still four steps to navigate, the staff kindly upgraded us to a better room free of charge. Additionally, during our time in the facility, the staff offered assistance and thoughtful support, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

    Early Park Entry is amazing!

    We enjoyed an early park entry for an hour, taking photos and having fun. The Hotel staff responded promptly and kindly when we called. The shuttle bus between Nagasaki Airport and the Hotel was on time, and the driver was very friendly. We would love to use this service again.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located within the park. Includes tickets for the next day, making it a great value. Satisfying breakfast. Enjoy 24-hour access to explore the park. Originally reserved a first-floor room, but was upgraded to a designer room on the second floor due to full occupancy. Free luggage transport service to the departure gate was very helpful. Since there were no boats available to Nagasaki Airport during this period, I used a local bus for transportation; however, it seems that guests in higher-grade rooms could use a free shuttle bus from the Hotel to the airport—had I known, I would have booked an upgraded room!

    A Trip to Huis Ten Bosch with My Beloved Daughter

    As we entered the hotel, the scent of roses filled the air, making us feel amazing from day one. This time, we reserved a Miffy Room for two nights. Both my daughter and I were thrilled when handed the card key at check-in, and upon entering the room, we couldn't help but scream with excitement at how adorable it was. The amenities were very well-prepared, making it a dream stay for any Miffy fan. It had been about 20 years since I last visited Huis Ten Bosch, and it has completely transformed since then. We enjoyed peaceful and delightful moments during our stay. I've become a fan of Huis Ten Bosch. I definitely want to visit again! The photos include our room, provided amenities, and the parade view from our room.

    Great location

    We were deciding between Hotel Europe and Amsterdam within Huis Ten Bosch, but this hotel, located centrally in Huis Ten Bosch, offered great access and was convenient for strolling around at night. Both breakfast and dinner were satisfying. The Facility felt a bit dated, but the service of having our luggage delivered to the Huis Ten Bosch exit two hours after departure in the morning was very convenient!

    A great value Hotel you'll want to stay at again

    We used this for a friend's birthday trip, and it was perfect during the beautiful rose season. For the birthday, our room was upgraded, which was lucky. The next day's park tickets were included, making it very cost-effective. We enjoyed an early morning stroll in the park and could line up for attractions before opening hours, allowing us to enjoy many facilities without waiting. Although we didn't know that the airport shuttle service wasn't available for our room grade when we made the reservation and ended up using a local bus instead, it turned out to be better as we could relax at the airport. While the bath in our room was nice enough, we decided to take advantage of the shuttle service to visit an onsen. It was a bit crowded during peak hours but still enjoyable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Next time, I’d love to visit with my grandchildren!

    It's unfortunate that the club room is no longer available.

    I chose Amsterdam because I had stayed there before. The accessibility within the park was a plus, but overall, it left a less favorable impression compared to my previous visit. I was satisfied with the room size and amenities, but I felt there was insufficient guidance from the front desk. For example, information about the distance to the elevator would have been helpful during the reservation process, but no such details were provided. I sincerely hope that the Club Room will be reinstated in the future! The sense of exclusivity it offered made a significant difference in my experience. Regarding the onsen facilities, some aspects were unclear. It wasn’t explained verbally that towels could be borrowed or that separate tickets were required. Additionally, I missed having an open-air bath and seasonal scented baths this time. However, soaking in warm water after exploring Huis Ten Bosch was delightful; having an onsen included is definitely appreciated. The breakfast included with our stay was excellent! There were plenty of options to enjoy over two nights. Having cheese available was a nice touch—champagne would have made it even better! This was my first time using shuttle service for transportation—it worked well overall. However, I would have appreciated earlier pick-up times for arrival and later return times for departure. A more varied schedule rather than fixed intervals would be ideal. While there are areas for improvement, staying at a hotel within Huis Ten Bosch allowed us to enjoy our visit despite not taking walks due to how far our room was from elevators. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! It would be great if additional features like live performances or convenience store-like facilities could be added near elevators or perhaps relaxing spaces like bars adjacent to them. Improvements along these lines would enhance future stays further!

    You can enjoy Huis Ten Bosch.

    To fully enjoy Huis Ten Bosch, staying at an official hotel within the park is highly recommended. Even if you arrive in the afternoon, you can receive tickets for the next day, allowing you to thoroughly enjoy both the nighttime illuminations and the morning at Huis Ten Bosch. The hotel has a classic European atmosphere, which was delightful. The breakfast buffet included specialties from Nagasaki and was very delicious. Although there is no onsen within the hotel, a free shuttle bus to an onsen in Huis Ten Bosch is available for guests. Depending on your room grade, you may also have access to a dedicated airport shuttle bus service. Reservations must be made at least three days in advance; unfortunately, I couldn't use it this time but it seems very convenient for transportation.

    Illumination Experience from Another World

    This was our first visit to Huis Ten Bosch to enjoy the tulips and illuminations. Although the weather wasn't great, which made the harbor view from our room a bit disappointing, the Room itself was very comfortable. After relaxing with the complimentary coffee and tea provided by the Hotel, we strolled through Flower Road while admiring the Dutch-style streetscape. The blooming tulips, windmills, and gradually lighting illuminations were stunning before heading to the Ferris wheel. The view of the illuminations from above truly made us feel like we were in another country. Choosing Hotel Amsterdam for its location turned out to be a great decision. The next day, we went shopping but faced strong winds and rain; unfortunately, two of us broke umbrellas borrowed from the Hotel out of four people. We deeply apologize for this incident.

    I stayed at a hotel within Huis Ten Bosch for the first time. The room's interior was cute and amazing. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. There were many types of bread, and everything I ate was continuously delicious. I also took advantage of the benefits for guests, which were very convenient and helpful. One disappointing aspect was the onsen facility within Huis Ten Bosch. On the day we stayed, the open-air bath was unavailable, so it was extremely crowded with an overwhelming number of people, making it impossible to enjoy a relaxing bath experience, which was unfortunate. However, overall it was satisfactory content that I am pleased with. If I have another opportunity to go again, I would definitely like to use it.

    Huis Ten Bosch Onsen is disappointing.

    We were upgraded to a room and had a very relaxing stay for three people. The bathroom was spacious and easy to use. However, it was very disappointing that we couldn't enter the Huis Ten Bosch Onsen. We were informed at check-in that it gets very crowded during closing hours, but even after taking the bus to the onsen facility, we couldn't bathe due to waiting for available lockers and showers. Additionally, there was a long line to board the return bus, and we decided to forgo bathing as we would catch a chill. It seems necessary to improve the capacity for more people to bathe.

    In Hotel Amsterdam, the Room is the most spacious and comfortable among the hotels in Huis Ten Bosch. The Room on the first floor provides easy access to the outside, and we were satisfied with everything. The only disappointment was that the crab served at the buffet in Akurubeeru was frozen, and the meat was sparse, making other items much better. I think it rather lowers the reputation.

    All the staff were very kind. The breakfast was also very delicious. The facility may be old, but it was well cleaned and tidy. It was difficult to adjust the air conditioning, but I was grateful for the humidifier that was provided. The driver of the shuttle service to the airport was also very kind. Thank you very much.

    Check-in

    Even though it is a Hotel within the park, I thought the 3 PM check-in took too long. I made a Reservation to stay at the park Hotel and relax even at the year-end price, but I got tired waiting for check-in. I have stayed at various Hotels, but this was the first time I had to wait more than 30 minutes. If it's a Hotel within a theme park, I wish they would consider their response a bit more.

    Convenient location within the premises

    Located within Huis Ten Bosch, it's enjoyable to explore the area in the morning and evening. The breakfast buffet is neither particularly good nor bad. The Room and Hotel are impressively clean, providing a very pleasant experience.

    The perfect location to enjoy Huis Ten Bosch with small children.

    The Facility is old, so it doesn't offer much excitement, but the Room is spacious and comfortable. The service in collaboration with Yamato Transport is also good. Additionally, being right next to Amsterdam Square, you can quickly attend events and watch fireworks from the Room (though we went to see them), and although the time after closing is short, you can take photos without people around, making it a good Hotel for families with children. Dissatisfactions include the airport bus Reservation filling up quickly, having to go outside the Facility for the coin laundry, and the buffet menu being the same every night, but overall, the satisfaction level was high. I would like to stay again.

    The manager is excellent.

    The location was hard to find, and the guide was very vague, which made me extremely frustrated. However, the follow-up by the manager and the general manager was excellent, and by the time I left, I felt like I wanted to come back again despite the unpleasant start. The Facility is designed to resemble an old European Hotel, so it cannot be said to be good, but the food is a buffet that everyone will enjoy, and it should be satisfying. In any case, the general manager and manager are wonderful.

    Disappointing Hotel

    I visited Huis Ten Bosch this February. I was looking forward to staying in Amsterdam next, so I made a reservation. The home site stated that only those who stayed in designated rooms could use the shuttle service from the airport, but when I called the official site to confirm, I was told that during this period, all guests could use the shuttle service. However, at check-in, I was told that the shuttle service was not available, which made me very uncomfortable. Is it appropriate for a front desk staff member, who is in a position to serve customers, to say such rude things without confirming first? I think they should confirm first. I planned to enjoy a multiple night stay and relax, but my mood was ruined. Please educate your staff on how to use language and attitude towards customers. I came from afar. Please have the person apologize.

    Crowded during the Christmas season

    The front desk staff were very kind. This time, I had a room on the sea side, so it was a pity that I couldn't see the square's illumination from the room. Next time, I will think carefully before making a reservation. The breakfast venue was crowded, but the operation was well managed, which was good. As for meals, I only had breakfast, but it seemed like the variety had decreased.

    Beautiful

    The room was so cute that I was surprised. The floral-patterned room was very cute, and the children were delighted. The entire hotel was very clean, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. Since it is located within the premises, it was very convenient for families with children to rest in the room when tired. The onsen was far, and depending on the time, the bus does not stop in front of the hotel, so I thought it might be cold to move from the bus stop to the hotel in winter. However, the bathroom in the room is spacious and clean, so it is sufficient. The hotel staff were very kind and courteous, and I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    The view from the window is fantastic.

    I stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor. Despite the unfortunate weather, the illumination visible from the window was very beautiful. The room was spacious and easy to use. The wallpaper, bed covers, and furniture were charming, making it a lovely room. For dinner, I stayed with a plan that included the Nagasaki course at Kisseitei in Hotel Europe. It was very delicious. Breakfast was a buffet at Amsterdam Hotel, which was neither good nor bad, just ordinarily tasty. It is a wonderful hotel that is quiet, calm, and also feels glamorous. I heard that the onsen outside could also be used, but I didn't go because it was troublesome to move by bus. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    The location is excellent!

    I stayed at the Amsterdam Hotel for the first time, and it was a great location for families with children. The Miffy Room's world view and amenities were excellent. It was nice to see the projection mapping from the room, but it would have been even better if the trees outside were a bit clearer. With a twin room, I was worried about small children falling, but one slept on the wall side, and the other could sleep safely by attaching the Miffy panel to the bed. When visiting Huis Ten Bosch, I would like to stay at the Amsterdam Hotel again.

    The only hotel in the park

    The Room felt a bit dated, but it was well cleaned, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious stay. Since it is a Hotel located within the park, you can leisurely stroll through the quiet park before opening and after closing, experiencing a different atmosphere from the bustling hours, and perhaps discover something new. We had French cuisine for dinner at Hotel Europe, which was very delicious and satisfying.

    It was nice inside the park.

    There was a shuttle service to Nagasaki Airport, and the location within the park was very good. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious, and the amenities were nice. However, I went to the Huis Ten Bosch Onsen, but both the bus and the bath were crowded, which was a bit challenging. If possible, I would have liked a large public bath in the hotel. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that there was no shop to buy snacks or light meals. When I go to Huis Ten Bosch next time, I might choose this place again, but I might also opt for a hotel with a large public bath. Overall, it was a good hotel.

    After having a great time, I was able to relax in the Room. The Room was spacious and clean. The buffet offered a variety of delicious food, which was very satisfying. The show in front of the Hotel was excellent as it could be watched without any travel distance. I would love to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Huis Ten Bosch.
