    As it’s a long-estab...

    As it’s a long-established Hotel within Huis Ten Bosch, I expected as much, but the Facilities are inevitably dated. However, the staff were very courteous and helpful. We used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and overall the food was delicious. Breakfast gets quite crowded, but I appreciated that dinner service didn’t feel overly packed with guests. Prices are on the higher side since it’s inside the resort. Still, overall we really enjoyed Huis Ten Bosch. Thank you very much.

    Staying in Amsterdam within Huis Ten Bosch is the best!!

    Both dinner and breakfast the next morning were very satisfying!! It was also amazing to be able to watch the limited-time 3D projection mapping right in front of the Hotel around 9:00 PM, just before closing. I felt it was a special privilege of staying inside Huis Ten Bosch, and it was very helpful that we could take the limousine bus from in front of the Hotel to Omura Airport when we left. Our child is three years old and was able to play hard until the end, then slept soundly on the limousine bus. We made wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff!!

    Here for Miffy

    I stayed for three nights just to experience the Miffy Room. I usually stayed at Europe, but it’s old and small, and I got tired of it. This place is casual, there’s no room service, and the Room is equipped with only the bare minimum. But since it’s the Miffy Room, Miffy is there! After getting worn out from walking around the park, I sometimes avoided restaurants with long lines and ate takeout in the Room instead, but having only glasses provided made me question the Hotel’s hospitality. At least plates and cutlery would be appreciated. It’s convenient inside the park, and I’m hoping for an even more fully themed Miffy Room next time—so I’ll probably stay again.

    Terrible breakfast

    All the breakfast buffet dishes were cold. It was terrible. I’ve had breakfast at many Hotels over the decades, but this was the worst—I even had to heat it up in a microwave before eating. I won’t stay at this Hotel again.

    Comfortable

    We had a comfortable stay. There were two sinks, which made it easy for our family to stay together. There was some hair in the bathroom and the cleaning was a bit lacking in places, but it didn’t bother us too much.

    Hotel Amsterdam in Huis Ten Bosch was great.

    We visited Huis Ten Bosch for the first time—my wife’s long-time dream. She was thrilled with our Room at Hotel Amsterdam. We could even watch the projection mapping from the Room, and we really appreciated the convenience of staying at a Hotel inside the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful, and we left full every day.\nThe park was filled with roses and many other flowers in bloom, and the scent of roses was incredible. We spent three days there nonstop, freely using the various Facilities as well as buses and boats to get around, and we were able to enjoy the attractions again and again.\nMy wife said she wanted to stay forever—we’ve already made a Reservation for November.

    The location and atmosphere were excellent.

    Hotel Amsterdam, the only Hotel in Huis Ten Bosch I hadn’t stayed at yet. This time, during the rose season, I visited with my mother and we were really looking forward to it. Located in the center of the park, with a shuttle bus stop right in front, it was extremely convenient for getting anywhere. We could also stroll freely around the park at night and in the morning, which made it feel very special. The stately atmosphere of Hotel Europe was wonderful as well, but Amsterdam’s light and elegant ambiance was deeply relaxing and comfortable. The lobby, courtyard, and Room were all spacious enough and beautifully appointed, and the staff were kind and pleasant. The breakfast buffet included local dishes such as sara udon noodles and kakuni pork buns, which were delicious. The Shuttle Service to the airport was also greatly appreciated and very helpful. It was a truly wonderful Hotel. My mother is delighted and says she definitely wants to come back here again next year!

    I was satisfied because I could use my time efficiently.

    Thanks to the early entry benefit on the day after our stay, we were able to enjoy popular attractions such as Evangelion with almost no waiting time. For breakfast reservations, the front desk explained in advance how busy it would be, so we booked as soon as reservations opened and were able to enter right at opening time, which made a big difference. I accidentally left some clothing behind in the Room, but thank you for your prompt assistance. We look forward to staying again.

    A prime location that makes up for the building’s age and higher price.

    Because it was a crowded holiday period, the advantage of being able to enjoy Huis Ten Bosch at any time really stood out. Since it’s already bright by 6:00, this is recommended for those who value being able to take photos freely with Miffy and the roses in the background. You can enter from neighboring hotels one hour before opening, but only here truly offers 24-hour access. Near closing time there’s little waiting, and some attractions start operating early, so you can enjoy a small VIP-like feeling. Our Room faced the harbor, so we could see the fireworks up close from the window. Other than that, it was quite a disappointing Hotel. The Room felt dated—like it used to be upscale—and had a small old Mitsubishi TV and a small old toilet. At the very least, I wish they would upgrade something as easy to replace as the TV. Breakfast was included, but it was extremely crowded; even with a Reservation after 6:00, we were number 120. We finally got in at 8:30—two hours after opening. If you want to enjoy the quiet park, it seems best to split your visit into before and after breakfast.

    Enjoy the charm of Europe

    As with other Hotels in Huis Ten Bosch, the building exterior, lobby, and interior design were wonderful and gave a European feel. The Room was spacious and the bathroom was large as well, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious.

    An irresistibly cute Miffy-themed room

    I stayed for one night specifically for the Miffy Room. From the moment I received the original booklet and room key at check-in, I was excited. The adorable Miffy and floral decorations on the Room door, along with the cute Miffy-themed furniture and bedding inside, made me blurt out, “So cute!” without thinking…! Even the tea set was Miffy-themed, and being surrounded by Miffy throughout my stay in this special space was a wonderful experience for me, as this trip also doubled as a birthday celebration. The Hotel staff were also excellent—whenever I asked something, they responded quickly and were very helpful. Thanks to all the Hotel staff and lovely Miffy, I had such a wonderful day that I’d love to visit again. It was an amazing Hotel that I would recommend to acquaintances and friends.

    Moved by staying at the accommodation after 10 years!

    It had been 10 years, but instead of deteriorating, it felt like it had powered up! The breakfast was truly delicious with a wide variety of options. The breakfast venue was open from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM (though this might vary by day), but since it seemed crowded, we first entered the park early for a 40-minute stroll and then returned to the Hotel for breakfast. With check-out at 11 AM, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. There are no bottled waters in the Room, but there is a water dispenser available. There are also vending machines and a microwave on the third floor. We stayed in a room facing the city side, so the view was great and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Ahh, I want to stay here again!

    It was my first visi...

    It was my first visit to Huis Ten Bosch. The Hotel is located inside the park, making it very convenient to come and go at my own pace. I especially enjoyed being able to take a peaceful walk in the park during early morning hours when it was quiet. The Room faced the park, and since Christmas had just started, the view from the window was beautiful. We stayed as a group of three, but the Room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.

    I stayed in the Miff...

    I stayed in the Miffy Room! The entire room was filled with Miffy decorations, and it was absolutely adorable! (^O^) The room we stayed in even allowed us to watch a projection mapping show right from the room! You can take home the amenities, including a pouch filled with Miffy goods. Since the hotel is located within the Huis Ten Bosch area, access is excellent, and guests staying in the Miffy Room can enjoy free shuttle service from Nagasaki Airport to the hotel. :) It was an amazing trip—thank you so much!!

    It was a wonderful stay.

    This was our second Christmas stay. This year, we stayed in a slightly larger corner room than last year. The room was fantastic, with everything impeccably clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The bath time was also exceptional with Laura Ashley shampoo and body soap. The location within Huis Ten Bosch is truly attractive as always. We would love to stay here again!

    Completely satisfied again!

    This was my fourth stay. As with the previous visit, the breakfast selection and taste were excellent, the room, though old, was well-maintained, and the front desk staff were polite and pleasant. I had a comfortable 2-night, 3-day stay. The introduction of a water dispenser was helpful as it eliminated the need to bring drinks. If I may mention one thing, I preferred the feel of the cleansing and face wash set from last time's Roller Shray set.

    Even 4-year-old children will be fully satisfied.

    We stayed for 2 nights as a family of three. Having the Hotel located within the park was incredibly convenient. The night show was held right in front of the Hotel, making it easy and enjoyable even with our 4-year-old child. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very satisfying. We also had dinner at the same restaurant, which was great, but there are several other good restaurants near the Hotel that could be worth trying as well. While there were no complaints about the Facility, it did feel slightly dated. However, overall we were very satisfied and would love to stay here again next time!

    The excitement from the previous day's fireworks festival lingers on.

    It has been 8 years since our last visit to Huis Ten Bosch, and this time we came to see the largest fireworks display in Kyushu. Following our stay at Den Haag the previous day, this marks our fourth official Hotel stay with accommodation in Amsterdam. Located at the center of the park, we had always wanted to stay here due to its excellent location. Fortunately, we were able to reserve a Miffy Room and couldn’t help but feel excited despite our age. However, it is true that we wished there was no entrance fee required even for Hotel guests. Lastly, I would like to mention that the staff at Huis Ten Bosch's counter at Nagasaki Airport were incredibly kind and helpful—thank you very much!

    I want to visit Huis Ten Bosch again!

    This marks the third consecutive year of staying in the Miffy Room. Completely satisfied with the hotel's service. Arriving in the early afternoon via airport shuttle bus, we left our luggage and headed to enjoy Huis Ten Bosch. By the time we completed check-in procedures in the evening, our luggage had already been delivered to our room. The amenities are so well-prepared that you could come empty-handed without any worries. Since it's located within Huis Ten Bosch, even after operating hours, you can still enjoy illuminated views from your window—a luxurious experience exclusive to guests of this hotel. Staying for three nights every year allows us to take a break in our room whenever we're tired from playing at Huis Ten Bosch during the day. Having Miffy by your side throughout makes it even more enjoyable! Breakfast can get crowded depending on timing, with many waiting groups; however, once you're accustomed to it and make a reservation while preparing yourself, there's no wasted time!

    Fully satisfied with our exceptional service!

    During our visit to Huis Ten Bosch after about 25 years, we enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay in different rooms. On the first night, we stayed in a Superior Room. The spacious and elegant atmosphere was delightful, and having two sinks felt truly luxurious—perfect for a trip with friends! Being on the first floor made access to the park incredibly convenient. The Christmas wreath on the door was such a charming touch! Plus, tickets for the next two days were free, which was absolutely amazing! Exploring early in the morning when it was quiet felt like strolling through an expansive private garden—such an elegant and blissful experience. Additionally, having a water dispenser in the room meant unlimited drinks without needing to buy bottled water from vending machines—a thoughtful service that left us impressed! On the second night, we stayed in a Designer's Room—and it was unbelievably spacious! We enjoyed tea time and relaxed at leisure. The view from the bedroom made me feel like royalty with its openness and beauty. Having two sinks plus another one in the toilet area was incredible! The floral decorations throughout added such luxury—it truly felt indulgent and satisfying. Also, having free bus transportation on departure saved us money and was very helpful! We visited during Christmas season this time and had an unforgettable holiday experience! I definitely want to stay at Hotel Amsterdam again for another Multiple Night Stay next time—perhaps during spring or early summer for a different vibe. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as my top choice—it exceeded expectations at every level! Plus, staying both nights at such affordable rates made it even more satisfying!

    The location is excellent.

    This time, I requested a sea-facing Room for the first time, and it was wonderful. You can see fireworks, and in the morning, enjoy views of yachts, the sea, and Tenbos. The biggest advantage of Amsterdam is its proximity to the Miffy Zone. The Early Park-In option was very beneficial. If you plan to send luggage from the Hotel, make sure to be ready before 8:30 AM as it gets quite crowded; early preparation is recommended. The staff's service was excellent overall.

    Miffy Room

    I stayed in the Miffy Room I had always dreamed of, and it was so amazing that I didn’t want to go home. Not just the room, but even the Hotel entrance had a fantastic atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, the lovely scent and perfect lighting made me feel like I had stepped into another world. The staff's service was excellent, making me want to visit again. I am extremely satisfied. It was worth more than its price.

    Miffy Room is amazing!

    I surprised my family with a stay in the Miffy Room. They were more excited than I expected and absolutely loved it, saying they want to stay in the Miffy Room again next time. The park was nearby, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff were kind. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

    We had a great time!

    It was a family trip. Although the weather wasn't great, it helped us avoid the extreme heat, which was very nice. Since it was a Hotel inside the park, the walk from the entrance to the Hotel with luggage was tough, but having Miffy nearby made it very enjoyable. I would love to use this service again.
