    The accommodation of...

    The accommodation offers a great view of the Otaru sea from the window. It is conveniently located within walking distance to museums and the canal, as well as being close to Otaru Station. The room was very clean, and I was able to rest quietly at night. Although my stay included only breakfast, it featured plenty of delicious Hokkaido cuisine. I didn’t try the sushi this time, but it looked very appetizing—I’d love to try it on my next visit. Since I arrived late, the parking lot was a bit far away; checking in earlier might have been better.

    I have stayed here multiple times, and it is a very comfortable hotel. I only used the breakfast service, but both Japanese and Western dishes were delicious with a wide variety of options. At night, there are great izakayas nearby. This time, I used the Diamond Member benefits such as in-house vouchers and cocktail tickets, making it a very cost-effective trip! I would love to stay here again when visiting Otaru.

    I used the breakfast buffet, but the timing overlapped with other guests, so we had to wait. My husband, who dislikes waiting, grumbled and was in a bad mood. However, once he started eating, he smiled and said it was worth the wait—he was all smiles throughout. Delicious food truly brings happiness! We had high expectations because of the delicious New Japan Sea Ferry course menu, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was a spacious and clean suite where we could relax comfortably. Although it was just for one night, thank you for taking care of us. The only downside was that on Saturday night there were no parking spaces available nearby, so we had to walk quite a bit.

    The classic ambiance is charming overall, but the noise from the heater and refrigerator at night made it difficult to sleep. That was the only downside.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Above all, the brightness and kindness of the staff were wonderful. Everyone's hospitality was excellent. It is a prestigious Hotel with everything you need. I didn't have a meal this time, but I would love to try it next time. I definitely want to stay here again.

    Recommended Property near Otaru Station

    The Hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Otaru Station. You can reach tourist spots such as the canal and Kitaichi Glass in about 10 minutes on foot. We used the suite room for two people this time. The Room was clean and spacious enough. Lounge service was available, and it was always kept clean whenever we used it, which was nice. There was a large public bath on the second floor of the building, but you had to go to the third floor by elevator and then go down one flight of stairs to get to the bathhouse. Although slippers were allowed for round trips to the bathhouse, nightwear was prohibited, which felt a bit inconvenient. I understand that nightwear is prohibited because there is a Japanese restaurant on the third floor, but I wish indoor wear like sweatpants were allowed just for trips to and from the bathhouse. We had breakfast at the buffet; not only was there a great view from the restaurant, but also all dishes were varied and delicious. It was very quiet and comfortable, so if I have another chance to visit Otaru (Otaru), I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    This was my first time using this service, and the female staff at the front desk kindly guided me to my Room and provided very courteous assistance.     It was a good Hotel.

    The spacious corner ocean view room was very comfortable. The amenities were well-equipped, and having a Nespresso was a nice touch. It was a very convenient location for sightseeing and dining out. It was a pity that it was only a one-night stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. Next time, I would like to visit for a Multiple Night Stay.

    I had a very luxurious and happy time.

    It was my first stay in Otaru with my best friend of 30 years. The room was spacious, the facility (barrier-free) was excellent, and the large-screen TV was impressive. The lounge being available 24 hours was very helpful. We enjoyed fruit juice from Yoichi Town and Hokkaido wine. Additionally, the hotel's homemade sweets, such as galettes, chocolates, and cookies, were very rich and satisfying. We had a wonderful time that will remain in our memories for a lifetime. I would love to use it again.
