    The view from the window is breathtaking.

    The room temperature was perfect, and it was quiet without any disturbance from other guests. The city center view was amazing, making the stay very comfortable.

    Always satisfying

    Thank you for always taking care of my accommodation in Shinjuku. The room is on a high floor with a great view, allowing for a comfortable stay. This time, I had reserved a single room but was upgraded to a double room. Two sets of towels are provided per person, which is helpful as it allows for multiple showers or baths during hot weather without any inconvenience. The location is close to JR Shinanomachi Station and offers convenient access to the Oedo Line, Keio New Line, and Odakyu Line. In the evening, I enjoyed watching theater in Shimokitazawa, and early in the morning, I walked to Meiji Shrine for worship. It serves as an excellent base for both business and sightseeing purposes. This time's meeting was held at Keio Plaza Hotel. The weather was nice so I walked there; however, taking one stop on the Oedo Line towards the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office area makes it even easier to reach. I always look forward to enjoying your high-quality breakfast. On this occasion only, I noticed that some parts of the floor were not thoroughly cleaned as hair and dust stuck to my indoor slippers—this slightly concerned me.

    Unfortunately...

    Every time with the IKYU Diamond benefits, there was a Room upgrade, but this time it was not available due to full occupancy... It was disappointing, especially since I maintain the IKYU Diamond status. Also, although I could stay until 12 PM with late checkout, around 10 AM, foreign cleaning staff mistakenly came to my Room multiple times and woke me up!

    The front desk staff were chatting and kept us waiting.

    The quality has declined compared to before. The staff chat and giggle with each other while keeping the guests waiting. They don't even say "Sorry for the wait." It's not an expensive Hotel, but it's too terrible.

    I felt a disconnect between the accommodation fee and the service.

    I stayed because I wanted to work in the room, but I was coldly told that there was no room service or restaurant takeout, and I wondered if this was a hotel at this price. I was also told that there was no microwave for hygiene reasons, so I couldn't eat warm food in the room, which was a mistake considering the purpose of my stay this time. At the very least, the attitude of the service was not sincere, so it was not a pleasant experience. I will never stay here again.

    Thank you for the Room with a wonderful night view.

    It was our first stay in Tokyo in a while as a family of four. We were given a room on the top 35th floor, offering a panoramic view of the Skytree and Shinjuku's nightscape. The access to Shinjuku South Gate was very convenient, and I would definitely like to use this property again when I come to Tokyo.

    Well, is this about it?

    I used it for personal reasons for the first time in 15 years. I had the impression that it was close to Shinjuku Station and clean. Times have changed - the prices have gone up, and there are more foreign guests now. That’s fine, but this time my Room was on the 23rd floor on the railway side. While watching TV, I didn’t notice it, but when I got into bed and tried to sleep, the sound of trains passing by echoed, and I was surprised that it could be heard even at such a high level. It bothered me, and I couldn’t sleep well. Additionally, the periodic sound of what seemed like drainage was also noisy, and honestly, I felt it wasn’t worth the price.

    It was just a short walk from Shinjuku Station.

    It was my first time using it. It was very good as it is close to the station, the Room is spacious, and you can enjoy the view from the large window.

    Reasonable

    In the midst of rising accommodation costs, Southern Tower is a casual city hotel and I believe it is a more comfortable and rational choice compared to the increasingly popular clean business hotels. The location is extremely good, being close to multiple stations, and surprisingly, many destinations are within walking distance. There is a limousine bus to and from Haneda Airport, which takes just over 30 minutes, making it very convenient. The view from the Scenic King is also nice, and rooms with a certain level of spaciousness are recommended.

    Disappointing

    Even though it's a twin room with No Meals Included, the price is high, and there's no mineral water, and the room wear is inadequate. I think the price is set high for foreign tourists, but I don't think Japanese people will stay, so the hotel industry might decline if they don't reconsider. (Two people, No Meals Included on weekdays, 60,000 yen, usually around 30,000 yen)

    It was comfortable & convenient!

    I used it for two nights and three days to celebrate my mother's birthday. The transportation was very convenient, and the access from Haneda Airport by limousine bus was excellent. It was a triple Room, but the comfort of the extra bed was also pleasant. The 1F restaurant GINGER GRASS modern thai vietnamese was used by five people for a dinner with a friend's couple, and both the taste and service were outstanding. My mother was very pleased, and I was able to show my filial piety. I would definitely like to use it again next time.

    The view is excellent.

    The rooms are clean and being on a high floor, the view of the subcenter is excellent. There are two inconveniences. Both are outside the responsibility of the Hotel, but there is no direct elevator from the parking lot to the lobby, and when encountering inbound guests on the first floor where you transfer, congestion occurred even with three elevators. Additionally, there was an event in front of the Hotel on the day of stay, making it difficult to navigate the sidewalk towards Shinjuku Station.
