    Thank you for your continued support.

    This has become our go-to spot for the first night in Okinawa. The main reason is the shuttle bus to The Terrace Club, but The Naha Terrace itself is also incredibly comfortable. Compared to hotels around Kokusai Street, it feels more like a resort, giving us that "Ah, summer vacation has started" feeling. This time, we had tea at Maroad later in the evening and enjoyed a private-like atmosphere with live piano music, making it an exceptionally luxurious experience. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

    An Annual Delight

    I have been staying here once a year recently. Although it is not close to the sea and does not have standout facilities, I am always impressed by the attentive yet unobtrusive service and the calming atmosphere. It is away from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for relaxing, focusing on reading, or reflecting on thoughts. I cannot think of a more fitting hotel for such moments. I hope this place continues to remain a comforting retreat in the future.

    Thank you very much.

    We stayed in Okinawa for the first time in 10 years with our family of six. While we were surprised by how much Okinawa had changed, we felt comforted by the unchanging Naha Terrace. We are deeply grateful for the courteous service provided by the staff, starting with those at the Reservation Center who assisted us initially. Thank you very much. La Shima, which we tried for the first time, was incredibly delicious, and we were able to relax even with our lively grandchildren. We look forward to staying again in the future!

    The service is top-notch.

    It rained before 7 PM, and when trying to arrange a taxi, I was told it would take an hour. However, the taxi arrived in about 10 minutes. This hotel is not suitable if you don't have a rental car. Dinner reservations can be risky. Also, the hotel pool feels too empty—using the pool is more for the feeling of having one rather than actual enjoyment.

    Unchanging hospitality since our opening.

    Whenever I visit Naha, I always stay here. Among the Terrace Hotels, this is one of the most established, and it has maintained its elegance and hospitality since its opening. The calm atmosphere and the dignity of the Hotel are truly remarkable. The Room furnishings are admittedly aging, but meticulous maintenance ensures they still feel comfortable and well-kept. The breakfast buffet is delightful with a wonderful selection of dishes, something I always look forward to. In fact, there was even a time when about 20 of us came just for the breakfast buffet! This time, I requested an in-room massage service. Thank you for arranging such a skilled and kind therapist—it helped me recover from my fatigue completely. This Hotel feels like home while also offering an extraordinary experience at the same time. One small regret is that due to current circumstances—though understandable—the lobby staff are no longer Japanese nationals. However, they were very kind and professional as well. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Okinawa. Thank you very much!

    I checked in at the lounge on the second floor. The atmosphere felt luxurious, and the staff with their kind smiles provided attentive service. They warmly recommended both tea time and aperitif time, making it easy to enjoy without hesitation. During aperitif time, a lovely staff member offered dedicated service, which made everything taste even better. The Hotel has a classic charm and an impressive ambiance that left me amazed at how they maintain such an atmosphere without feeling pretentious. Located in a residential area, it is still a truly high-class Resort Hotel. I've added another hotel to my list of places I want to visit again! Thank you very much!

    It's been a while since my last stay. The lounge's tea time offered various cakes, all of which were delicious. The snacks during cocktail time were also very tasty. I love the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. I would love to stay again.

    I visited via the shuttle bus from the Terrace Club. The staff's excellent service made my stay comfortable and worry-free. I enjoyed spending time in the lounge during tea time, cocktail time, and after outings. The room and room service were both very satisfying. The ambiance of the accommodation was also wonderful. While I used to rely on rental cars, having explored most areas, I now often use taxis or other transportation options. This time, I rode the Yui Rail for the first time. Seeing Shuri Castle under restoration was heart-wrenching compared to before, but it was reassuring to see progress being made steadily. Naha Terrace's proximity to Omoromachi Station was very convenient. I also loved the shop in the annex building and would like to stay again before departing from Naha Airport next time!

    I would like to stay again, but...

    I stayed for a week with access to the Club Lounge. The Hotel staff provided exceptional service, showcasing their warm personalities, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. It truly reminded me of the elegance and dignity of a classic Hotel. I would love to stay again in the future. However, I have some requests: ○ Please enhance the offerings at the Club Lounge. Unfortunately, as it stands now, it falls far short of being an attractive lounge experience. While the staff were wonderful, the selection of alcohol and food seemed minimal at best, making it unlikely for someone to choose a stay specifically for lounge access. ○ Please ensure that limousine bus services are not discontinued. Access from the airport is inconvenient (far from the nearest station), which can be challenging for elderly guests or those not using rental cars. The availability of limousine buses might have been one key reason for choosing this Hotel in the first place.

    The service and restaurant were excellent.

    I stayed alone for 2 nights in Naha for work, as I love The Busena Terrace. The staff at the front desk, cleaning team, restaurant, and shop provided exceptional service. Even without an ocean view, I would love to return. However, the sauna is only available for men. The restaurant La Shima is highly recommended. They offer half portions on the menu, and everything was delicious. You can adjust the seasoning with salt yourself, and the grilled vegetables were varied and flavorful. The glass wine selection was excellent, the staff were wonderful, and the shrimp paella was particularly impressive. I look forward to visiting again!

    The customer service is consistently excellent.

    I always stay here whenever I visit Okinawa. While some parts of the Facility show their age, it is impeccably maintained and remains spotless without feeling outdated.     I discovered a wonderful Hotel.

    I finally had the chance to stay at this hotel that I had been curious about for a long time. It was an exceptional accommodation experience with no flaws. Check-in was handled in the club lounge, which had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, making me feel like I was in a special space. The staff's service was polite and efficient, leaving a positive impression. During tea time, the mini cakes and scones were delicious, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely moment. In contrast to many bustling lounges, this felt like a rare and valuable experience. Cocktail time was somewhat lively but still maintained an elegant ambiance with dimmed lighting for an adult atmosphere. The hors d'oeuvres served on plates were small portions but paired perfectly with the drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of champagne and delighted to try beer from Chatan Brewery as well. It truly offered a unique lounge experience where one could savor drinks in peace. For breakfast, I opted for the half-buffet style at the restaurant where you can choose your main dish. I chose steak, which turned out to be an excellent choice—tenderer than expected and deliciously satisfying for breakfast. The pasta and croissants from the buffet corner were also outstanding. The view from my room overlooked central Naha with beautiful nightscapes visible as well. Seeing other hotels around Kokusai Street where I've stayed before brought back fond memories for me personally. The bathroom and vanity area had more of an antique design rather than showing age, giving it a stylish charm instead. Everything was kept clean with even fresh orchids displayed—a testament to how much care both staff members and guests have for these rooms. Overall, it exceeded my expectations as an unforgettable stay filled with hospitality—from facilities like rooms to club lounge services down to every detail provided during my visit here! This is definitely one accommodation I'd love returning again someday!

    Spacious interiors and a beautiful poolside offer exceptional comfort.

    We stayed for one night as a couple. We arrived around 9:00 AM on the first day, explored the Hotel, and then took the complimentary shuttle bus to Busena Terrace. Blessed with perfect weather, we enjoyed a refreshing time with meals and the pool before returning to Naha Terrace. Although the lobby, restaurant, pool, and other Facilities are compact, they are very calm and comfortable. The pool we used on the second day had beautiful tiles and a serene atmosphere that felt sophisticated—almost like staying at an overseas Hotel. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable (not just the mattress but also the pillows and duvet), while the Japanese breakfast was delightful. The hospitality of the front desk staff was exceptional yet natural in their approach. Pool robes were provided for convenience, making our stay luxurious; however, it was slightly disappointing that there was only one set of Thalgo amenities for two people in our room. As IKYU Diamond members, we received a ¥2,000 voucher as part of our benefits and enjoyed browsing through their shop as well. This has become a Hotel we'd love to revisit for another refreshing getaway!

    All staff members are kind and helpful.

    Stayed for one night on the day of arrival. Although it was a short stay, all the staff were very kind, and I had a pleasant time. The location is a bit far from the monorail station and on a slope, so I took a taxi to get there. However, it's about a 10-minute walk to DFS, and there's a FamilyMart convenience store right next door, which was very convenient. There are several other hotels nearby, and I heard some people making noise late at night, but I don't think they were guests of this hotel. The champagne in the lounge was available from 5 PM onwards, so it was unfortunate that I couldn't enjoy it during the day. However, thanks to the kindness of all the staff members, I had an enjoyable stay. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you!

    Comfortable even after 8 years.

    After 8 years, we returned to The Naha Terrace. Even after such a long time, the staff's warm smiles and courteous service made our stay truly comfortable. Both the new restaurant and the nostalgic dining spots exceeded our expectations, catering perfectly to our needs. From sightseeing in the northern area with my partner to a farewell dinner with friends, every moment was subtly yet beautifully orchestrated beyond what we had hoped for. Both my partner and our friends were all smiles throughout. Thank you so much—we are deeply grateful. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

    This is my favorite Hotel in Naha.

    I felt welcomed as the items I previously requested were prepared in the Room. The staff at the club lounge and entrance were all pleasant, making my stay comfortable. Just one thing, my Terrace Members' card had expired, and I didn't bring it with me. At the front desk, they said it could be renewed and assured me that it was okay without the card. However, when settling the bill at dinner at La Shima (Rashima), I explained this but was strongly advised to bring the card next time.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    We gifted our parents a stay for their wedding anniversary. When we informed the Hotel about this, they celebrated during the restaurant visit, and both were very pleased. The staff was also very pleasant, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. I would love to stay there when I visit Okinawa as well.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for two nights to watch the Ryukyu Golden Kings game. It was a rainy and cold three days outside, but I was very satisfied with the hotel life. I was able to spend a comfortable time in a spacious and clean room. The staff at the club floor exclusive lounge were all pleasant in their responses, thank you very much! I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

    It used to be my favorite hidden getaway, but...

    I revisited after 7-8 years. Although years have passed, the Facility was kept clean and comfortable. What was disappointing was the decline in the quality of service and breakfast. The former "attentive and friendly comfort" was gone. During checkout, I was made to wait unnecessarily. It might be unavoidable during busy times, but it was disappointing to be kept waiting with inattentive service. Also, when being shown to the guest room, we were unnecessarily taken to the elevator hall during a busy time, resulting in a long wait. At breakfast, shortly after being shown to the table, I was asked, "Have you decided?" without any explanation of the menu, leaving me speechless. The buffet had noticeable plates that were not replenished. There were also few freshly baked breads. The only saving grace was the pancakes I chose as the main dish, which were delicious.

    Both the lounge and restaurant services were satisfactory.

    The first impression was not very pleasant as the female staff (a trainee?) at the Hotel driveway did not have a smile (probably due to nervousness), and this was noticeable until the check-in staff took over. However, I felt relieved as all the staff at the Club Lounge greeted us with smiles. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were satisfying in terms of taste and portion. However, one thing that bothered me was the poor sharpness of the knives, which made it difficult to cut the steak and the muffin of the Eggs Benedict. I should have mentioned it at the time, but I thought it was manageable as the food could be cut after moving the knife about ten times. However, recalling it now, I feel compelled to point this out. The Hotel entrance has two access points: the main entrance and the Shintoshin side. While the Shintoshin side provides easy access to T Galleria, there were no directional signs within the Hotel, which I found inconvenient. Although staff members can be asked for directions if they are around, it was challenging to find someone once in the hallway, so I believe some improvements could be made. Despite the criticisms mentioned, I was satisfied with both the lounge service and the restaurant service.

    I was able to spend my time leisurely.

    I stayed for the first time at a luxury hotel of The Terrace Hotel Group, taking advantage of the 24-hour stay offer. Located in a quiet area slightly away from Omoromachi, the 24-hour stay allowed me to relax and enjoy my time. For dinner, I chose kaiseki cuisine at the Japanese restaurant, Manfuu (Washoku Restaurant), from options including a Western restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, a Spanish tapas grill, and in-room dining, and it was the right choice. In Naha, I enjoyed delicious dishes such as matsutake mushroom dobinmushi, anglerfish, and grilled black cod with Saikyo miso.

    Room Service

    It was a very beautiful and elegant hotel, but when checking in at the club lounge, I was told that the snacks and drinks in the room were free, only to be told by the person showing me to the room that there would be an additional charge (which ultimately was not charged). When I called room service at 8:30 PM, I was told that they had already stopped taking orders, even though the site stated they were open until 9 PM. When I called again, they said they could take my order, but there was no apology. It might have been because it was the end of the year and they wanted to leave early, but I felt a difference in the responsiveness of the staff. The hotel itself was wonderful, so it was a bit disappointing. The staff at the club lounge were lovely.

    Christmas in the Tropics

    Every year, I look forward to ending the year by staying for one night at the Naha Terrace in Okinawa during Christmas, enjoying a leisurely dinner and breakfast. All the restaurants are truly delicious, and the staff is kind, leaving me very satisfied. Although it was a short stay this year, I was able to relax at the Hotel. Among all, I love the few trees in the courtyard on the second floor, and I work hard throughout the year just to see these trees. The various trees and illuminations at the Naha Terrace are truly beautiful. I look forward to visiting again next year.
