Asakusa View Hotel

I had planned to stay with my elderly parents while visiting a family grave, but they ended up going home. It was late, but I called my eldest son and daughter who live in Tokyo, and we enjoyed a one-night family stay together. We were able to sleep with four beds lined up, and we also had access to the lounge. As others have mentioned, the staff worked seamlessly as a team and took great care of us—I truly appreciated it. The weather wasn’t great, so I hope to come back for another try. We didn’t have time for the pool either, which was a shame—next time for sure.

Unfortunately, due to heavy rain, we couldn’t explore the Asakusa area, but thanks to the Hotel’s service and the comfort and spaciousness of the Room, we were still able to fully enjoy our stay. First of all, the person who guided us in the lobby and the staff at check-in were very pleasant. During check-in, they taught us various things about Japanese culture displayed throughout the space. This kind of hospitality really feels uniquely Japanese. Personally, I love this style of service and hope it will be cherished and continued. What stood out at breakfast was not only how delicious everything was, but also how kindly the staff spoke to and looked after children and elderly guests. They gently helped our children when their tray tilted as they carried it. Overall, the staff are highly professional. With more foreign-owned hotels increasing these days, this is a Hotel where Japanese guests can feel truly comfortable and satisfied while staying. We would love to visit again.
