As it was an Executive Room, everything was taken care of for us. We checked in while enjoying a welcome of chilled roasted green tea and sweets on the 6th floor. We were also kindly escorted to our Room while chatting along the way. After that, having a drink while relaxing at the Hanabi Lounge on the 28th floor was truly exceptional. A cake was delivered at the time we requested, and we enjoyed it slowly together with the night view. The Room furnishings were flawless, and the fluffy bed felt like nothing else could compare. Before we knew it, there was a message from a staff member slipped under our door, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again using this Plan. Thank you very much to all the staff members.
I used to have the prejudice that staff in Tokyo might be cold, but that wasn’t the case at all!!I was so happy to find so many cheerful and kind people. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff, and even the person standing by the elevators—everyone’s service was excellent, and I was genuinely impressed.That alone deserves a high score, but on top of that,the breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing!The view, the variety of dishes, and the taste were all outstanding.When I saw a guest holding a baby while trying to serve themselves food, a staff member said, “I’ll get it for you!” and helped them.I thought it was truly wonderful.Highly recommended for families with children as well.I’m not a fan of unit bathrooms,but even considering that, this became a Hotel I’d love to stay at again.Thank you very much!
