I had planned to stay with my elderly parents while visiting a family grave, but they ended up going home. It was late, but I called my eldest son and daughter who live in Tokyo, and we enjoyed a one-night family stay together. We were able to sleep with four beds lined up, and we also had access to the lounge. As others have mentioned, the staff worked seamlessly as a team and took great care of us—I truly appreciated it. The weather wasn’t great, so I hope to come back for another try. We didn’t have time for the pool either, which was a shame—next time for sure.
This was my second stay this year. Unexpectedly, my room was upgraded, and I thoroughly enjoyed the views of Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree. Staff were always present near the elevators and entrances, looking out for guests. They even stepped outside with me from the hotel to show me where the bus stop to Tokyo Skytree was located.I’m looking forward to staying again.
