We had a wonderful stay!

This was my first stay at a RIHGA Royal Hotel, so I treated myself and booked a Junior Suite. In conclusion, I definitely want to stay here again!! The room, atmosphere, service, location—everything was wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Here are my detailed impressions: The room was gorgeous and romantic—highly recommended for anyone who likes a European-style interior! It was also spacious and very relaxing; if possible, I would have loved to stay for several days. I could also watch DVDs, so I spent a quiet evening enjoying movies starring my favorite actor. The service was attentive as well. As soon as I entered the lobby, staff approached me right away and check-in went smoothly. When returning from going out, a staff member even held the automatic door for me. Their awareness and thoughtfulness were excellent, and it made for a great experience. One disappointing point was the room-service breakfast. - How to order: You write your name and room number on the order form in the room and hang it on the outside doorknob. -> This felt a bit unsafe because anyone passing by could potentially see my name (I stayed alone as a woman). I would appreciate an improvement here. - Food: The portion size was just right for breakfast, but it felt somewhat inexpensive/low-end… Considering the price, it didn’t quite meet expectations. Also, I had to move the food from the cart to the table myself—Is that standard procedure? When I ordered room service at RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto before, they set everything up inside the room, so I assumed that would be done here as well. That said, I truly appreciated how kind, polite, and sincere all of your staff were—especially with many younger team members. Please keep up your wonderful service in the future!
