Overall, the service was excellent, as expected from Nikko! However, during check-in, there was no breakfast voucher, and the drink tickets were not provided for everyone, which gave the impression that the staff might have been new. It was unfortunate because the service was otherwise good, including the person who later brought the breakfast voucher. Although the hotel is undeniably aging, it was clean and comfortable. I understand that a major renovation would be challenging, but I would appreciate it if at least the shower head could be replaced. The hotel is directly connected to the station, and the check-out time is relatively late. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was great! I would like to use this hotel again.
