It was a wonderful day.

I stayed in a Bay View room on the Club Floor. It was my first visit in 10 years, and I was truly comforted by the wonderful room and the warm hospitality of the staff. The afternoon tea provided during check-in and the variety and deliciousness of breakfast the next day exceeded my expectations. The breakfast seemed to have improved even further in both service and taste compared to 10 years ago. Above all, I was deeply moved by the subtle attentiveness of the staff who assisted me. I would love to stay again. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful day!
