We stayed at the accommodation and used the Japanese lounge for our anniversary. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and we are truly grateful. All the hotel and lounge staff were kind, courteous, and sometimes humorous, which left a lasting impression on us. It became a wonderful memory, and we cannot thank you enough.
