Exceptional hospitality

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The staff’s polished service was outstanding, and the room felt extremely clean. The size, amenities, and in-room facilities were all very satisfying. In particular, the room with a balcony this time had a wonderful view and was perfect. The Bay Club Lounge is on a completely different level from lounges at other hotels, and we were able to spend an elegant, relaxing time there. The cocktails, mocktails, and food are always truly delicious and make us feel happy. We sincerely hope these wonderful services will continue unchanged in the future...
