I had another fulfilling stay this year.

Since around 2023, I’ve stayed here every year from the day before my birthday through my birthday. One reason I choose this Hotel is the unbeatable location right in front of Cosmo World, with that iconic Ferris wheel in view—plus the best of both worlds with either a bay view or a park view showcasing the charm of this port city, and the added bonus of having a balcony. Beyond that, I’m always impressed by the staff’s service. You can really feel how much emphasis is placed on hospitality, and from watching how team members carry themselves during my stay, it’s clear many take genuine pride in professional service. I honestly can’t imagine ever feeling uncomfortable because of how someone treats you here. I didn’t use it this time, but I also love the breakfast buffet. And what truly deserves special mention is the view bath. Being able to stretch out and soak while enjoying an incredible景色 in any weather or at any time of day is a luxury you simply can’t experience anywhere else in Yokohama. If you’re considering this Hotel, I highly recommend choosing a Room with a view bath—you’ll definitely feel it’s worth more than the price. On the bay-view side, dawn and early evening are especially atmospheric; on the park-view side, the city lights at night feel even more romantic. Overall, since I started staying at this Hotel, other Hotels have started to pale in comparison… (laugh) I plan to stay again next year—and honestly would love to come back several times before then.
