It was a wonderful Hotel.

This was my first time staying here. The room was very spacious, and although the hotel seemed a bit old, it was clean and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness (I believe it used an Airweave mattress), which suited my preference. The bathroom was large, and having a separate shower room from the bathtub made it very convenient to use. The toilet was well-maintained and comfortable as well. The only minor issue I noticed was that the remote control's placement felt slightly too far back. The room's facilities were excellent, including a kettle, an Illy coffee maker, TWG herbal tea and tea bags, roasted coffee drip packs, and green tea bags—offering great variety. I reserved a Bay Club Floor room where drinks and food provided in the lounge seemed carefully selected; everything I tried tasted delicious. The chairs were so comfortable that I found myself lingering longer than expected. For breakfast during my multiple night stay of 10 nights, I could use Café Tosca on the lobby floor every other day. However, when craving Western-style breakfast options, I preferred using the Club Lounge for its calm atmosphere compared to Café Tosca’s lively environment with many guests—it sometimes felt less relaxing depending on seating arrangements. Staying in a Bay Floor room also came with perks like elevator key card access automatically selecting your floor—a small but pleasant convenience not available to guests staying on other floors. Throughout my extended stay of 10 nights this time around, all staff members consistently provided exceptional service with kindness and professionalism at every interaction—truly reflecting high-quality service standards during my visit. Housekeeping staff worked efficiently while maintaining cleanliness perfectly; their efforts ensured comfort throughout my stay for which I'm grateful. Thank you for taking such good care of me during this visit! This is definitely one of the hotels I'd love to return to again someday. Next time around I'll make sure not to miss trying out your pool!
