I love this Hotel be...

I love this Hotel because I can step out onto the balcony and enjoy the view. This time, I chose a Room where I could also enjoy the scenery from the bath, and it was a delightful experience again. I stayed with my elderly mother this time, but she found it difficult to distinguish between shampoo, conditioner, and other bottles as they all looked the same. No matter how hard we tried, water leaked from gaps in the shower booth, soaking the bath mat completely. Although we received a new one promptly, improving this aspect would make things even better. Additionally, I would appreciate it if there were more variety in single-item options on the room service menu. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back again!
