Comfortable Room

The room was a twin for single use. It was spacious and comfortable to relax in. Breakfast was served via room service on both days. On the first day, I ordered Western-style breakfast at 10:00, and they mentioned a "15-minute flexibility before or after." This seems standard across hotels. It arrived around 9:50 and was delicious. On the second day, I opted for Japanese-style breakfast and requested it at 8:00 over the phone the previous day. They responded with "between 8:00 and 8:30," to which I clarified, "Isn't it supposed to be within a 15-minute range?" This kind of time setting was new to me. Despite this minor issue, there were thoughtful services like morning newspapers that have disappeared in many places since the pandemic began, making my stay very pleasant overall. The Minato Mirai Hall next door—my main destination—was also very convenient. Thank you for your hospitality!
