I had a relaxing stay!

I stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my friend's birthday. Since we wanted to relax, we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed both meals. After dinner, a fruit plate with a cake was delivered as per our request, even though it was a special arrangement made in advance. Thank you so much for accommodating our request so kindly. The water dispenser available within the hotel was very convenient and appreciated. However, I faced an issue when I couldn't make it on time as planned and tried to contact the accommodation but found out that inquiries regarding stays were only accepted until 6 PM. I couldn’t find a phone number connecting directly to the front desk on the website or elsewhere, which caused some inconvenience. Due to this experience, I rated customer service as "4." One more small wish: it would have been great if there had been a coffee maker available in the room. Thank you very much!
