I love this Hotel.

I believe this is the best Hotel around Minato Mirai in terms of customer service. The staff immediately assist you, even just by noticing your glance, asking, "Are you looking for something?" They always notice before you even say, "Excuse me..." Truly impressive. If you're traveling abroad, staying at Tokyu Bay Hotel will provide a high level of satisfaction. With the Ferris wheel right in front and its not-too-tall structure, it offers a sense of security and comfort throughout your stay. A water server bottle was conveniently set on the table. I used it multiple times; however, I did notice that the bottle itself felt slightly slippery to touch. Despite this minor concern, their exceptional service far outweighs it and does not diminish my positive impression at all. I've stayed here several times now and Tokyu Bay Hotel remains my favorite. I've also stayed at other nearby Hotels but none match their outstanding hospitality that perfectly meets Japanese expectations with meticulous attention to detail. I'll definitely stay here again!
