The Icon of Minato Mirai!

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with my American friend before Golden Week. We enjoyed a relaxing time in a room with an amazing view, and we were able to fully explore the Minato Mirai, Chinatown, and Motomachi areas. My friend was very pleased as well. Thank you so much. This has always been one of my favorite accommodations, and I often stay here when friends from overseas visit Japan. Even with new hotels entering the market, seeing your continued efforts makes me want to support you even more! Here are some points I appreciated during this stay as well as areas for improvement: - Being able to watch Netflix or Amazon on the TV → Many newer accommodations have this feature recently, but it was great to enjoy movies during a relaxing evening here too. - Large bottles for shampoo and other bath amenities → Instead of small single-use containers, having larger bottles made it easy to use without hesitation! I was also surprised that body lotion was provided. - Limited space in the shower booth for placing items → The space could barely fit three shampoo bottles, so there wasn’t room for my usual conditioner or brush. (I didn’t want to place them on the floor either.) I ended up putting them on a towel outside the shower door and grabbing them when needed. It would be nice if there were more space available. - Body towels (loofahs) provided were actual towels → Since they absorb water quickly and don’t lather well, I didn’t feel like they cleaned effectively. Luckily, I had brought disposable body towels which worked better for me. While some may prefer these softer options due to skin sensitivity or personal preference, it would be great if guests could choose between different types. I’m sure renovations will gradually take place over time along with new rooms being added in the future—if these suggestions could be considered during those updates, it would make me very happy!
