The service was disappointing.

Currently, many guests visit any Hotel, but the front desk service was not efficient. Even with a line of guests waiting, the staff did not handle tasks promptly, and despite having two people at one terminal, it was unclear why the queue moved so slowly. Upon departure, although I had already settled my bill for a non-stop checkout process, there were no staff in the lobby. I had to stop by the front desk where no one noticed me approaching until I initiated contact myself. Regarding amenities, while I understand SDGs initiatives, they seemed overly simplified. Considering current high Hotel prices, I was surprised that even water was self-service. Additionally, the speaker in my Room had poor connectivity; when I called about it, no one seemed to know how to resolve it. If replacements were available in stock, offering an alternative would have been better; instead later on they offered a Room change which wasn’t feasible given how late it was at that time. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was also very weak. Despite these negative points mentioned above—I did manage restful sleep during my stay! The breakfast buffet next morning offered plenty of variety & tasted excellent too! With such numerous staff members present within premises surely more guest-oriented service interactions could improve experiences further ahead! Wishing you success—keep striving forward!
