As a "second home," I have been staying here for over a decade. This time was also a comfortable stay, but I would like to request consideration for three points of improvement: ① The toilet seat has been updated, but it is no longer possible to turn off the seat heater manually, which I found very inconvenient. My skin is sensitive and becomes itchy even with heated seats, so I do not use the heater even in winter. This time, a staff member kindly came (a very pleasant person—thank you!) and turned off the heater for me, but it seemed to be quite a labor-intensive task, making me feel apologetic. From next time on, I plan to request turning off the seat heater when completing my reservation; however, it would be more convenient if guests could control this themselves as before. ② Shampoo and body soap have been changed from disposable containers to bottle types; however, the bottles are too large to fit on the shower room shelf. Since placing them on the floor feels uncomfortable for me, I hope that either smaller containers or larger shelves can be considered in future updates. That said, I find that items like lotion and body cream have become easier to use now. ③ Toothpaste has also been changed into small paper packets with less quantity than before and felt difficult to use. While point ② also relates here—considering current eco-friendly trends—it’s understandable that disposable plastic containers are being phased out; however, it's unfortunate that usability has declined. Although many new hotels have opened in Minato Mirai recently, this remains our absolute favorite hotel! We look forward to staying again in future and would especially appreciate your consideration regarding point ①!
