Apart from the club lounge, the satisfaction exceeded expectations. We planned to go to Chinatown for dinner, but after enjoying the night view cruise from the evening, we were understandably tired, so we had a pre-dinner drink at the club lounge, took out an eel rice bowl from the hotel restaurant, and enjoyed dinner in the room while leisurely watching the night view. The takeout options were plentiful, including Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine, and the prices were reasonable. However, the check-in at the club floor during the busy season was... disappointing. I couldn't catch the name of the butler? The check-in area was overflowing with guests and luggage, and the explanations were rushed... The lounge guide even mentioned usage restrictions during busy times, giving an initially negative impression... It didn't feel smart. Given the size of this lounge, having a reception on the second-floor lobby might be an option. Some hotels check the congestion of the club floor and flexibly handle it in the general lobby, considering the number, age, and composition of guests, or have a dedicated counter for the club floor within the general lobby. I hope for services that consider the reasons and purposes why guests choose the club floor. Also, recently, there are not a few hotels where the drinks, sweets, and food offered during tea or cocktail time in the lounge have declined in content and quality, and there are moments that feel like a family restaurant... I hope that drinks other than cocktails can be freely taken by guests from servers or large refrigerators, and that food is served in a one-plate style, prioritizing the original purpose of lounge time. I ended up being more considerate of the butler? who was bustling around the not-so-large lounge to meet individual requests. Nevertheless, overall, among the surrounding hotels, the location, environment, and satisfaction of the hotel stay were high, and even in difficult situations, the response conveyed reassurance and trust. It became a hotel I would like to visit again if given the opportunity.
