Stayed for the purpose of viewing projection mapping at the end of the year. The room was close to the Ferris wheel, and the night view was very beautiful and satisfying. However, the response of the staff in the club lounge was disappointing. Loud private conversations could be heard all the way to the elevator hall. In the narrow corridor, it seemed that staff were prioritized, and guests had to step aside and wait. When I requested a drink menu, it was thrust at me silently. Greetings were returned without even looking at my face, which makes me wonder about their customer service. Of course, not all staff were like that; there were some who were pleasant, which I would like to add.
