I stayed with my elderly father who has difficulty walking. When I explained the situation at the time of reservation, they offered to provide a wheelchair, walker, step stool, and non-slip mat. The email correspondence at that time was very smart and kind, and when we arrived with a sense of reassurance, a wheelchair was already prepared at the carport. We arrived at 14:30 as a result of taking our time for my slow-moving father, and they kindly allowed us to check in. The interaction there also gave us a sense of reassurance and comfort with the words, "Please let us know if you need anything." The requested items were prepared in the room, and the walker was particularly helpful as it could be used as a handrail. The room was spacious with a good view, not too dry or too hot, and had a very high level of comfort. The bed height was not too high, and the amenities were just right. We had heard some opinions that the breakfast was lacking, but for us, both the quality and quantity of the meals in the lounge were satisfactory. Interaction with a certain staff member during bar time: When I asked if they had lemon squash, I was told, "No." When I then requested pineapple juice, the glass was handed to me with a "Here you go." Interaction with a certain staff member during breakfast: When the container for scrambled eggs was empty and I was waiting, a person with a plate came, set it up without saying anything, and was about to close the lid. I said, "You can leave it open," and they left without a word. I was unsure whether to write about these two points. They may be trivial matters. However, because the other staff members' responses were so good, it was disappointing, so I hope it can be improved if possible. We were truly taken care of. Thank you very much.
