Please forgive me for being a bit harsh, and if you don't like it, you don't have to serve it. This time, I used the club floor for the first time in a while. I wasn't dissatisfied with the lounge service itself, but I heard that breakfast is now only available for club floor users. I was looking forward to it because I heard from someone else that during breakfast, sandwiches using croissants would be served as a special menu according to your preference. However, what was served was a small buffet mainly consisting of ordinary cold meats, which was far inferior to the buffet in the main dining room, despite paying the same price. I felt that the treatment was indeed terrible. If that were the case, I would have been much more satisfied if I had not included breakfast from the beginning and paid separately to have it in the main dining room. I would like to ask why such a poor revision was made. The gap was huge, given that I was satisfied with the other services. The Takarazuka series Hotel in Osaka was proper, with breakfast in the club lounge if breakfast was not included, and in the main dining room if it was included. Isn't it the service industry's job to provide more satisfaction if you are going to charge money? I don't think there are few customers who feel the same way, and I sincerely hope for improvement.
