I helped my relatives with their stay and thought we could relax, so I booked the Bay Club Floor. I accompanied them to the lounge in the afternoon, but the response from the club floor at that time was disappointing. They didn't carry the luggage to the room, so the guests who came from afar had to carry it themselves. There was no room attendant, and we couldn't even find the switches. I had researched the limousine bus reservation for the next day in advance and was hoping for some follow-up. When I started to mention it, I was told, "It's a bus not related to the hotel." Of course, I understood that, but I just wanted some assistance, which was only agreed upon after I brought it up. It was the first time I was asked about breakfast time during a lounge stay, making it impossible to relax. The staff at the 2F front desk were very pleasant, which made me regret booking the Bay Club. I felt like I had made a rare mistake in my choice.
