I was a bit disappointed.

We were suddenly told that we had to choose our lounge usage time in advance, and the cocktail time was strictly limited to 50 minutes, so we couldn’t relax. Looking around, families with small children were busy feeding their kids and carrying food, and many parents didn’t even get a chance to eat. I understand it may be due to crowding, but in that case it would have been better to clearly state something like “alcohol is served from 3:00 PM.” We were also told breakfast was limited to one hour; given how busy it gets, I can accept that. However, the lounge at Hilton Nagoya did not feel relaxing. It was disappointing because everything else in the Hotel was wonderful.
